Service advisors are not wearing masks properly.No social distance being maintained, they come almost close to face when talking to customers!Good to avoid this place.

Good Service but the process of getting a person to take you car is irratating and people dont update you on the status. You have to call a few and then they provide you and update.

I get my vehicle serviced here for last 8 years and no doubt they do really a decent work. My experience was always good and the support staff including Service advisors are really good. Service Advisor Mr. Vishwanath is really helpful and also Service Manager Mr. Shivananda is very supportive. Thanks for the quality service.

I am getting my maruthi swift serviced here since 8 years and I have had no major complaints about anything. I have been getting my car serviced under supervisor Vishwanath and he explains about each issue very clearly. I recommend this place to get their Maruthi Suzuki car serviced.

Very poor service and customer care

My Maruti Baleno was due for 2nd year service. Since the car was not used for many months and kept in the garage due to lockdown, the battery was dead. I called Mandovi Motors service which was near my house in JP Nagar instead of another authorised service center I had been earlier. I explained the battery issue and wanted them to come with jump start kit to take the car for service.Their team came with battery and took the car for service as scheduled and I received a call from service advisor and the service was done and battery charged for 24 hrs at their service station and the car was returned the next day as agreed. Normal service charges was made and no additional charge for jump starting or battery charging. A very professional work force. I am very happy with their work.

JP Nagar Mandovi has been my choice of Service Station since last two decades.The Service Advisors that Ive known over the years like Mr. Shivanand and Diwakaran have become Works Managers over these years...Theyve kept my cars to top condition at all times with sincere reminders and follow-ups...As long as keep owning a Suzuki, Ill keep getting my service done. Oh! Not to forget that they offer Pickup and Drop facilities for Service with the option of Loaner Cars....

Worst possible service center. The SA are only into sales, and not complaints. My cars engine was overheating after the service was done. They made me wait saying let the engine cool down for 1 hour, and nobody cared to respond.

Its our all time favorite place for all types of flavors... nice n yummy food. Staff are very patient n respect the customers.

Executives are not able to make proper commitments for the delivery with mistakes in documentations. Please be more alert while booking and need to always track back for the proper documentation and delivery of new vehicles. Rest all is fine with good rating. Carry the checklist of PDC to verify everything before delivery of new vehicles even though they say we have done and is verified.

This is an authorized Maruti Suzuki sales and Service center operated by Mandovi motors.Located opposite to Vega city mall, the place offers vehicle servicing to all maruti suzuki cars.The staff are friendly and well mannered. The technicians are well trained and serviced my car diligently.

Its a decent service shop for Maruti Suzuki vehicles. You should get lucky with a good SA. As with every sphere of life there would be bad apples everywhere. Always be aware of what is the problem/trouble with your vehicle and whether the same has been attended to. There would be chances for frivolous billing on unwanted replacements. An alert customer is always will get a good deal. There are friendly folks here and one need to show some interest on whats happening around your vehicle and get to know about the same. 👍

Encellent, top class!Our Baleno Alpha had the 3rd Service at MSC in JP Nagar, Bangalore, last Saturday.They rotated the tyres/wheels, refilled all important liquids, did wheel balancing, cleaned and washed the car thoroughly, checked the shock abs, and also changed the oil, everything in front of us.The service was top class, and they were very efficient and extremely polite, and caring all the time.The total cost was about Rs 2200. The car came back like NEW! Total kms run was about 6,500 kms in one year, 20 days.

Service executives listen to issues carefully and provide the possible cases.They also call to explain the cause after full diagnosis and seek permission before fixing.Overall i had a good experience

If you really looking for some professional trainers then join this school. The staff is very cool and calm. You will get to understand the theory and practicals very well. Simulator practicals are plus.Withing 5 to 6 days I have started driving the vechicle in traffic. I highly recommend Mr. Rakshith and chandru if you specially looking to beat the traffic of Bangalore.5 🌟

Worst serviceBefore think of ur vehicle to give a general service to mandovi because after the general service as a normal person we will rectify the problem even the technical person are available in mandovi. If ur identify the problems and inform to mandovi they wont show the interest to resolve the problem. They were responsible upto the exit gate only after the service. This is my bad experience even we given our vehicles to authorize service center and again I approached for rectifing the problem they given the estimation around 60k. And they told replace the items which I have done during the general service in their service center only like head gasket, head, pistons, engine oil, coolent, pads etc. Kindly think as a normal person can bear the cost even the mistake is done by service center.BE CAREFUL and think twice before entering to this kind of irresponsible authorized service dealer
