Terrible. They have created new issues and broken driver side mirror lifter. Pathetic service.Given my skoda superb. Kept for a week for diagnosis as I mentioned vibration issue. Initially they told ignitial coil, I told ok to change ,then spark plugs- i told ok..Then injector.. I told ok..And finally they said nothing solved and needs to open engine ecm which costs 1.5 lak minimum. Big bomb.There were no ecm symbol, now even thats showing as issue,not sure what they did.They charged 23k, when I questioned about right side mirror they told, rust was there so it broke here.. they started arguing with me as I broke in their show room.Terrible..

Service and delivery was timely and as per schedule.Prompt and friendly team led by Mr. Krishna. Mr Krishna is experienced and tenders right advice.

TAFE service.. I just loved the customer handling part... they are Exceptionally good especially Krishna Murthy sir who is senior advisor I guess. They even helped to thoroughly inspect before I got used skoda rapid before I bought it last year.

Very reluctantly brought the car here after all the nightmares that I have heard about pretty much all Skoda authorised service centres.The car had two issue, one was a boot actuator that needed to be replaced and the other was an electrical issue.Dropped the car off the 25th of August. The assigned technitian called on the 25 and 26 with updates and then heard nothing for 2 more days.Called 3 days later, he said the issues are fixed and to call him back in the evening and go pickup the car. Called back in the evening, he then says the car is not ready and he will call me back tomorrow morning.Ofcourse, I dont get a call the next morning. Finally when I call him he says he will check and call me back in 15 mins. 5 hours later, still no call. I call him back and he says the boot is fixed but the electrical issue is not. He says to give him a day two more. Two days pass, still no update. Finally I called and said I will pick up the car and go to a reliable private garage.When i go to pick up the car, he mentions the boot issue is fixed but electrical is not. When I check the boot, it still does not work. He goes into the job work log and then says sorry sir, its not done.So basically 10 days later, nothing is fixed. Multiple times the technician said it had been fixed. Have no idea what that was about. Overall, lived upto the horrible reputation.If your car is under warranty, give it to Skoda Authorised. Otherwise, please stay away.

Feedback on service Maintenance package Dec20:Have availed the service Maintenance package for 2 yrs for Super L&K TSI AT. First one is used end of Dec20, and found it reasonably ok. The entire SMP costed about Rs. 31k for two services, and felt worth to go for it. This includes just the Maintenance costs excluding the wear and tear. As a part of the service, have changes wipers and front brake pads (driven for about 21k kms), and it costed about Rs. 9k including labor. Will have to wait for the 2nd service due on Dec21.Remarks: Fuel filter wasnt changed as a part of this package though it was explicitly mentioned in the scheduled maintained plan as well as in the 2 yrs SMP. The service advisors said that they usually dont change this.Break down RSA & diagnosis Feedback Oct20:Overall very much satisfied with Tafe service unit interms of root cause of the problem for which my vehicle is given there. Kudos to the entire team right from the technician all the way up to the service manager/GM. Very professionally handled, and I highly recommend everyone to Tafe based on my experience.Problem:I had to give my superb for a break down at Tafe Skoda, and this is the first time I had visited this work shop. Earlier in the last couple of years, I had always preferred Vinayak Skoda. Now that Vinayak Skoda is closed down, I had no choice other than get the vehicle to this Tafe service unit which is ~37 kms from my place.Initial impression: Very huge work shop as this was the only service unit for Tafe in Bangalore, and every one were very busy attending other customer cars. Always had a doubt whether the issue will be diagnosed properly or not??They diagnosed the breakdown accurately and replaced whatever necessary under warranty, and delivered the vehicle.Interaction with the folks:Guru was the service advisor allocated, and has handled the issue very well with all the support from Naveen (service manager), Krishna (who manages workshop/service), Mohan (electrical/programming). Infact, had a lot of discussions with Naveen, and Guru from day1 over many calls, they were very patient to accomodate all my questions, and ensured that nothing was left unanswered. Infact, Guru was very patient asking every aspect of the issue, and made a note on the Job card and this way a each and every concern was kept track of. Fantastic work done as a whole team. Infact spoke to Shashikanth, GM after sales and he also said we will extend support wherever required. Overall very much satisfied, and always recommend Tafe for any one in future.Pricing:As usual, the prices and the service charges are a bit on the higher side. This is more or less common with any VW or Skoda brands when it comes to spares or maintenance. Recommend taking the RSA and Service package (discuss this thoroughly with Krishna/Naveen to understand what are included and what shall be charged extra. Only if are convinced go for the service package). I feel they are very transparent in explaining these details.

Had an issue with timing and water pump routine service and to my surprise found Mr Krishna Floor Manager whom I known for last 12 years. He was excellent in his identifying issues and helped in service.He is a rare professional who has hands on experience and understands the first generation Skoda and all the subsequent models to date. This is valuable which the current bunch of professionals lack. Great service and attitude . I trust him with my car than anyone else.will go for more as long as he is there.

Very Good place to service your vehicle and there is plenty of well experienced technicians who takes a good care of vehicle. The billing section needs more attention, as there is a single person who struggles to do the process quick. One more addition will be a real improvement.

Visited here to get the parking brake fault fixed on our rapid . Warning indication was continuously ON in the panel and had continuous beep sound which was irritating . However the service personnel who attended the issue could diagnose the fault in a short time . This shows they are knowledgeable on the product . Either by past experience or well versed with trainings. Due to the covid situation of course there were some shortage with the technicians, but that can atleast be ignored when the customers are satisfied with the service .

Rat bites had caused my ECU to fail on a brand new car. When the insurance claim was rejected, Amudhan the service manager helped me escalate this issue and get my claim settled. I am really happy that I was able to get a resolution. During the negotiation time I was even offered a car until I got my car back. Thanks to the Tafe CRm team and big thank you to Amudhan.

Pathetic is just not the word. Had given my car for body shop. They dont get the spares. A simple chrome strip on the door. Due to which the insurance cannot be progressed even after a month. Very very irresponsible. Dont even think of getting anything here.A very very unsatisfied customer

I went to Tafe today, 6th June 2020 to get the ORVM of my Octavia replaced. I met the advisors Amudhan and Praveen - they were very professional - advised me on the process and estimated time taken; I was made to wait in the customer lounge and they came back with a smile and handed the car keys in less than half an hour! What a delight. I have to say, Tafe Bangalore is the best dealership and service network in India. Service advisors Amudhan and Praveen need to be complimented for their excellent customer service. Thank you to both of them!

Most impressed with their professional and courteous approach. I had come from Indiranagar for some minor work on my Octavia. I interacted with Mr. Kani Amuthan and Mr. Puneeth. Both of them ensured I was in and out in 45 minutes !!! I have dealt with 3 other car brands in the last 20 years, but, never received such customer focused service ever. Great show guys. Keep it up !!

Every aspect was good except car parking for fly away customers of other car brands. More discipline in login time hence appreciating customer time need to be considered.

Well, there is no other alternative considering there are no other service centres across Bangalore. They are definitely trying their best and seem to have embraced technology well. Waiting time was high but the service advisor was knowledgeable and did a good job. It is quite far for people in North Bangalore so I hope they open another centre soon.
