I had taken delivery of my KTM390 Adventure on 5/0703021, staff was not very friendly. They did not give the feel of new bike delivery, no ktm cloth on the bike at the time of delivery ie no ktm curtain open.Given the keys and pushed me and my wife out of showroom literary.I had purchased so many small and big bike brands but this type of insult I did not face.The dealer did not offer even peg of water bottle in mid afternoon, showroom was so hot and A/c was not working at least no fans instead.The bike was not clean at the time of delivery. The staff should lear how to talk with the customers other wise Bajaj KTM will loose the brand name in the market.This is not compliant, myself and my wife feelings was hurt.Please improve the relationship with customers.Member of many automobiles clubs.Thank you,Ramesh.M

Dropped in my bike for a suspension related issue and poor handling, Sandeep the front office executive was quick to note down the queries and offered to take the bike for a test ride, after a few min he came back and had the list of required repairs ready! Had the work done and took delivery after two days. The estimate was what they had quoted and all the work was carried out , before he took payment he insisted on a test ride; the bike was completed sorted and she rode just like the day I got it from the showroom !!!10 stars for the washing and cleaning10 stars for the work carried out10 stars for the super friendly and attentive staff

They dont have proper trained people for service. my second service done by BG Road and there is an issue with my front tyre .they opened and did service. While re-fixing they did mistake they fixed wrong side .check the image below.

Guys hope your doing well,I highly recommend not to give your bikes here for service, they generated bill for every problem, but the problem was not resolved, but they just take the amount. I had to wait for 6 days just for general service, and the billing section asked me to go to Bajaj billing for paying the bill and the most important thing was she was trying to edit my bill from 3180 to 3786 and that too infront of me, but she couldnt do it so she refunded me the amount..so please be aware guys, this service centre is fraud , you must have got your vehicles with so much of hard work , they just keep adding your bill in invoice but they just dont resolve any internal problems....please be carefull... and one more thing guys...it was 6 days they had my bike...and the funny part is if I call them from the website, they say it is some other branch..if u think I am wrong...try giving a call guys...please change your number

Sales team is okay and helpful, the service is pathetic.Exorbitant prices are mentioned during free service. The person taking in the vehicle quotes 350 rupees for third free service chain lubrication. It costs 220 rupees in all the other service centres. The point of free service is labour charges are waived off but these guys still do.Do not opt in for the polishing as it is completely useless and same as a wash. Also check the ideal recommended parts change running mentioned on the walls. The technicians are idiotically suggesting changing oil filter and air filter on a 4000 Kms run new bike while the recommendation is 7500 Kms.If you leave you new vehicle with lots of petrol, I personally witnessed the mechanics stealing petrol from some guys precious bike. As you see from my video a guy sitting by the bike although it isnt clear.The bike had run 8 kilometres while at service center. Seems like the mechanics take the bike for joy rides and to get their work done. Considering fuel isnt cheap and 8 Kms on a 27 Kms per litre averaging bike. They say the bike was taken for a test ride which wasnt necessary for a bike in its second service with no complaints at all.

So I got my svartpilen 250 delivered today (25/02/2021). The overall booking process was very smooth and the staff was pretty helpful through the whole booking process. They have a decent amount of bikes for checking out. If you live in this area and are considering buying a bike, I’d suggest you check this place out.

Staff is very courteous and happy to help the customer. Patient enough to answer all questions. Showroom manager Manjesh and Sanjay helped to get the bike delivered much before the promised delivery time.

This service center is the worst i have ever seen. I gave my bike for 3rd free service on a Saturday morning and asked them to have break pads changed and to check spark plug, update software. They told that they will give the bike at 4 PM. I went there at 4PM and my bike is not even touched. I just called the service center fellow and he said bike cant be given as all service except the software upgrade is done. When i asked him to tell the truth he said yes. When i showed them that bike is not even touched they dont have a face to keep. Big liars! Then he said come on Sunday morning 10.30 and it would be done for sure. i went on sunday morning 10.30 and found to my surprise that the service center is closed. He did not even pick up the call. I went again on Monday morning to notice that bike is still in un touched condition. It became all dirty and they said its done. I am attaching the pictures of my bike. One more thing is dont give them bike with full petrol tank. I am posting my picture where it became half while collecting the bike. I got frustated and took the bike and went home without paying anything to them as they never did any service to it and i just lost my 3rd free service without getting service
