One of the nicest experiences i have had at Silicon.Ample parking space provided and a spacious showroom.I think they are the only one authorised dealers to sell Honda super bikes and rightfully so. Rahul their representative was helpful in explaining the pros of the CB300 I had gone to enquire about. They arranged for a test ride and was a good experience and loved the bike too.Located just behind Lal Bagh you cannot miss this showroom. All Honda products on display along with the super bikes as well.Overall a nice feeling after having bad experiences when I had gone to visit a few other showrooms of other Japanese brands.

Worst service ever dont do water wash also only expect high amount from customers and no quality service

We give bought our new vehicle here. Need to appreciate Ms.Manasa for maintaining such warm ambience at the showroom and always ready to help. She helped us in all aspects like quotation, documentation & upto delivery of vehicle. They have some customized offers for vehicles. Very good and sincere staff. I bought my motor bike from Silicon Honda East End road in 2020 . I had a very pleasant experience and am quite happy with both my choice of bike as well as the showroom I chose. Thanks particularly to Manasa , who I interacted with, during my booking, and delivery. She was very cordial and process oriented. Some minor hiccups I had during delivery ,was resolved meticulously and the overall process was very smooth.

Worst service center in Jayanagar, I asked to put one Bolt in safe guard they saying to change entire safe guard its cost Rs 1800 but I have done with local service center in 50rs cost.Its not advisable to visit this service center.

I had recently given my Honda Activa for servicing.I was told by the Manager who I still maintain is an otherwise nice person, that my number plate needs changing, in line with the new rules.I was charged Rs 590 for what should have normally cost Rs 150.I dont understand at whose behest this was done.Probably at the instructions of the owner who is making tons of money and wants to make more at our expense.Today ,I was told by the the RTO that new number plates are mandatory only for new vehicles and old vehicles with defective ones.Today, Iam a sadder but much wiser man.Incidentally my number plate is KA 05 JL 5601.

The server was good. Didnt take any extra charges. For a small server center, they did a pretty good job, considering that there are other bigger service centers who charge the customer like any thing

I gave my active 3g for a paid service here. Got it back with a huge scratch above the taillight. When enquired the representative says this happens while washing the vehicle and need to be examined and if part available will be replaced. Im now unsure what kind of washing they do which removes the paint from the vehicle. Frustrating experience.Horrible service center, never go here.Update: They replaced the destroyed part in a weeks time, gladly. Still skeptical for further service after this bad experience. But appreciate for resolving the issue.

The service was done well except that they broke my scooters external body guard. It was completely detached from its hinges. Their explanation was that it was already rusted and came out on its own. When I argued that why it didnt happen before, the guy said we didnt break it, I can show you all the cctv footage but itll be a waste of time for both you and me. and told me to talk to another guy rudely and left me unattended. The other guy was a bit helping, he said he doesnt know how it came off but he attached tags to it and told me to get it welded, and if I cant then bring it 2-3 days later and hell weld it himself. The purpose of this review is that I expect a more convenient and friendly customer service.

If you are giving your vehicle in paid service then you will be forced to make it in AMC, The Price of the service is reasonable and fast too. But for me the problem in my bike didnt get resolved for more than 2 services. If you are planning to give your bike for just general service then go head.

Theres less rush in this service centre and hence you get a better service when compared to services that one can get at other service centres. Other issues are common across all service centres.

This service centre is kinda okay. But they dont do proper service it looks like they do so, so that one has to go there again and again for the service. They did this to me twice then Ive once got rude to them and warned them to do proper service thats when I got a proper service n my scooty is well till now God knows about the future now.

I went for last free service of the bike. Due date was 20 days ago. Tried to negotiate but they were not ready. Had to go for paid service.Servicing was OK. Will drive and and check if problem is there or not.Simple wiring fix was charged Rs 250. So bad experience with it.

Staff not responding properly

Here bikes accepted for service after 10am also. Usually delivered around 5pm. Services are done decently. Anyhow the free service rules are strictly followed.

Hopeless service they will intially tell you a nominal charge and they call you and come up with a a list of problems and hefty bill for spares unnecessarily they take longer time for service the service guys are not professionally trained I guess if you discuss about a problem they wont explain you the reason they insist to change the past rather the tax will burn your pockets think twice before visiting

They are so annoying.. i wanted a red colour honda dio ASAP ..they told me that deyll deliver d vehicle in a week exactly of whatever colour i ask.. but i had to pay 3000 extra on the on road cost of the vehicle also i had to pay the full amount in cash. I agreed for both ,since in other showrooms i was told the min waiting period was 2 months.After taking the full amount the guy called up n told me there was no red available. i can choose bet white and metallic grey. I compromised for metallic grey, later he billed for red saying it was available. Nw again hes telling only white is available nt evn metallic grey..After saying i ll take my money back.. he somehw convinced me and told that hell b delivering metallic grey.On a whole, dey do a great marketing and poor service and very much annoying. Pls don pay full amt before delivery.

They are just there to loot you .I gave my bike for service and was charged 18000 after an accident .They added unnecessary items which cannot be claimed in insurance .After getting the bike the handle was still not straight and also the head light was not properly fit . They just want money.I am not even sure if they had actually replaced the parts which I was charged for.
