Fraud people, I asked to fill the tank for Rs 1010, the pump man 1st put petrol of Rs 210, and then he set the meter for 800 without putting it into 0, so he changed Rs 1010 and gave only Rs 800 fuel. Took benifit of kanada speaking.

There is no negative rating option here.Otherwise I would have given negative rating.Petrol pump guys cheat the customer.For new vehicle, even after filling 5ltrs of petrol, not even few kilometres of increase in milege is shown. They just play with fuel nozzle.When we ask them, they just rudely say that it is the issue with meter. Go and get it repaired.Whereas if we fill petrol in other pump, it works perfectly fine.They give old bill when we ask for bill.Not the one for which we have requested for filling petrol.

These people are cheater. It happened twice.If they fill fuel in some vehicle for 50-100 rs and if next is you, they will not set it to 0 and will filling from the same reading. Like if someone tookPetrol of 100 rs and you are next taking fuel for some 1000/2000 then they will cheat you with 100 rs. Also i feel that they have something wrong with their reading. My bike was having 1/3 of fuel as per tank capacity and still they charged 750 rs again. I am surprised because i filled tank in 800 rs many time from empty to full tank. Pl be careful.

Quick and easy. It is also accessible from main road. It has smoke testing center. Air pump does not work 50% of the time. Staff have not tried to cheat me, or at least i do not know about it ! Anyway we have to wait on Silk Board signal, better fill up the tank in the mean time.

How the scam works: You ask to fill your tank for Rs.300. He asks you to check the zero and start filling. He then stops and Rs.100 and casually asks you Is that all sir? and removes the nozzle out. You again repeat that you need petrol for Rs.300. He apologizes and then goes to put the nozzle mid way, not really resetting the counter and fakes entering 200 on the num pad on the machine, also effectively blocking your view of the counter. He moves to block the meter this time and then takes the nozzle and starts filling petrol. The meter goes to Rs.200 and he removes the nozzle once again from your tank before you have time to process what has happened. He asks you to pay Rs.300 for the petrol casually. I was puzzled why he didnt ask you to check the zero this time and thats how I realized something was wrong. I paid up and was waiting for the fuel gauge in my bike to show me half a tank of fuel as it normally does. When it didnt, I asked him for the receipt and he gives me one in which the time was 15 minutes behind. When I questioned the pump operator, he calls me back to the pump and refueled for Rs.100. Then he goes on to say he made a mistake 😂. The other pump operators were chuckling at the sight of him getting caught. I think everyone working there knows whats going on.

Always the quantity of fuel output is less then whats on the meter.I have experienced as low as 50% drop in mileage on refilling from this petrol bunkAttitude of the workers here is also worse. Never I have seen someone to fill the air. I have to wait here always.Please dont refill here if u have any options

Fraud staff... every time I go there and ask them to fuel for 300 they will refuel 50 and say that they have done it by mistake .. next 250 they won’t set to 0 and refuel 200 so total will be 200 .. It’s not once or twice but they have done this more than 10 times already. Be very careful as they will try to distract you.. make them reset to 0 & check the metre rolling till last.

Its is worst petrol pump..they are making fool to people when they are putting petrol in bike.. i have faced 3 times like this. Today morning also i told to put 500/- petrol, that guy enter the amount on petrol machine. When i was giving card to other guy, that guy stop that machine and told that its completed. When i shouted that why ur machine is not showing quantity of petrol, he replied that machine has stopped working. I told to that guy to give receipts from petrol machine, then he has given. I never write review, but this petrol pump made me to write. I dont know why no action has been taken on these people. I will tell you the methods of scam here.Method 1: Once you enter petrol pump they will ask how much, If customer is not seeing the meter then it resumes from previous customers amount.Method 2: If customer is seeing the meter, then they will start some conversation which is clearly to divert your conversation. they ask all your story your place etc etc.Some times another staff will come other side of meter and says Paytm offer, Phonepe offer credit card etc. that time meter will reach the number and they reset it.Method 3: What ever you ask to fill they fill only 100. then it stops. then you say i asked for 300. then they say ok ok like then meter starts and ENDS in 200. here they ultimate cheat if you are not clear or diverted then they say first filled for 100 then again 200 like but actually it resumed from 100 to 200. this is very common.Method 4: Filling multiple times by start and stop, if u ask for 500 they stop every hundred, in this he gets 5 chances to cheat you. and i read somewhere this start and stop of the machine the fuel stay in the outlet pipe will be taken back to stock. so 5 times some quantity of pertol goes back to their stock.Method 5 : This is very open scam, Just check the price in the meter. The price may set little more than the actual price, this no one knows as price changes daily.Method 6 : Card payments : add one zero extra and they wont provide receipt and everyone ignores. we wont check message that time and we will leave the pump.So no action will be taken on them as they are having very good contacts, better avoid these pumps.Spread Word this is the only way to teach them to lesson, when they didnt get customers then they close automatically.

Located in a busy Old Madras Road near Indiranagar BDA complex. But it very convenient to take the vehicle for filling.

I am giving 4 star, because they have not cheated me. Filled petrol for Rs 280 and paid through credit card. I found in the slip it is 2800. When I questioned he agreed as he did mistake by adding one zero.The staffs told me after some hours to come back to collect the difference amount, since account closed for the day in morning and dont have enough cash to refund.I told, I cant come back because i am far from the station and asked them to do paytm. Even that will take some time to get approval from incharge. Later when I checked reviews about them it is worst and I thought my money has gone.Next day they only called as they can refund via paytm with one more day excuse.Finally on second day they called me and told refund is made. I got my money back.Without any follow up and fighting they have returned my money.

My bike tank capacity is 12L , and already in my bike fuel was there around 200rs fuel. then i went there and full my bike tank. they charge me 980rs. I am not able to understand how they are charging. when i fill the petrol the petrol price is about 77rs.Now you can imaging how there machine is working.

The staff in this petrol pump are real cheaters. I have faced multiple situations here. I usually fill my bike with petrol for 190/- but yesterday I filled for 200/- and this has consumed just 50kms but my bike usually covers 90-100 kms for 190/-. I dont know what magic these guys have done. Earlier when I used to give 500/- note after filling for 190/- the staff gives a change of 210 instead of 310. I faced this 3 times and they simply say they missed it. Since then I started paying by phonepe or paytm. Be careful and pay attention if you go to this station.

This petrol bunk is situated on the left side when you go from Jayadeva Circle to Silkboard. The fuel station caters to cars and two wheelers. The place is a little small and so it is not advisable for heavy vehicles to park for fuel filling. It is next to cafe day.

Worst business... Cheaters. They wont fill for the exact amount. I asked to fill for 200rs and they told mistakenly filled petrol for 300 and gave bill for 300rs but they filled petrol for less than 200rs...

A strict NO to this petrol pump. The staff are goons really and very rough in behavior. Plus they are cheaters. They will distract you into something like asking for money while petrol is filling and when you turn your eyes away from the meter, they somehow manage to jump the meter or do stuff like that. Also, always they say there is no normal petrol and will force you to take premium petrol only. One of the worst petrol pumps.

I wanted to raise complain for this petrol pump and its workers as they are doing fraud with local vehicles who are coming to refill petrol.My personal experience, pump guy will try to divert your attention before he starts to refill so that the starting amount would differ.Before me one person filled for 250/- and i asked for 10 litres, the sales man keep on asking me in different language so to confuse me. When he started from 250/- I have to start complaining to manager. Other person came to consolidate the mistake. I told them I would be complaining to indian Oil and government about your fraud.Then they said u only pat for original- 250.I will not go to this place again.U guys also avoid please.

Worst petrol bunk ever I have seen. They will divert you and fill the premium petrol and instead of normal petrol. If you ask to fill for 500 they will fill only for 400 by not resetting the machine will try everything to divert you.

Alert!! Beware of boys filling petrol at this bunk. When one guy filling petrol at this bunk, another guy will distract you from other side and ask you mode of payment. If you get distract, guy who is filling petrol will stop filling in between and tell you its done. Another trick , once you, distracted by other guy, guy who is filling petrol will not reset to zero and would start filling from last reading. Mostly they distract you when filling would take longer time. I.e. you ask petrol for Rs 400 or more. I lived in btm 5 years, so l cought them 2-3 times. I am sure they would have cheated thousands of people. I think bunk supervisor also involved with them I wish police catch them red-handed some time. Similar trick I faced on indian oil bunk near kalyan nagar outer ring road. I soughted at them , not disturb while filling petrol.

Their employees cheat the most times. Please be careful. Here it goes on how they cheat.The vehicle owner will say fill fuel for say Four Hundred INR. The Guy will say Okay. He will start talking to you about payment method is card/cash, mileage given by your vehicle or any vehicle/fuel related topic. Meanwhile he will be pretending to fill fuel. He will stop telling he filled for One Hundred INR.The consumer will say he wanted refill for Four Hundred INR. He will tell sorry sir, I did not hear you right. He will promptly enter 300 INR as he already have pretended to fill 100INR worth of fuel. He will fill for 300 INR.So where have you been cheated? Glad, you asked. The first hundred he did not fill fuel at all. He was pretending as he is filling fuel. He entered 100 INR. Pretended for a while, cancelled and entered 300INR in the system and filled your vehicle with 300INR worth of fuel. Charged you gladly 400 INR.You may have to fight a lot to prove that he cheated. You would know he had cheated as your vehicle will indicate substantially over 1L of fuel lesser than your usual refill indication.Solution:These bunks generally have small screen and the consumer cannot see the amount entered by the bunk operator. Avoid these bunks.If you are not able to avoid the bunk, when he asks you how much to refill tell him clearly how much you want and ask him to repeat. Show him the fuel reading in your bike before he starts the refill.If you show him the reading before opening the fuel tank, there is nearly zero probability that he will try to cheat you. Even if he tries, you have a solid case as he has seen the reading before the process of refilling.It is meager amount, but cheating is wrong!

Very rude staff you ask them for xtra premium and they fill in the normal petrol and then they will fight with you and will do the racism and ask to talk in kanadda.....Worst place ever never going back there again and even their manager doesnt care and helped me on the same...

Cheats....The employees distract you while filling the petrol and fill in petrol for a lesser amount. They do not reset their meters to zero before filling, or another employee distracts you while filling in petrol and within seconds it would fill up and they would say its done. Please avoid it all costs or it will cost you!!!
