One of the best showroom/service centre in Bangalore. The service provided here is excellent. The staffs are professionally trained and are very friendly. Complaints, if any, will be addressed and sorted on short notice.The only complaint I have is the delivery time is being delayed nowadays.

Had very bitter experience here...was starting to Chennai. A small knock sound was heard when the stearing wheel was turned slowly to the rt.& Left. So I had contacted the service engineer yesterday & had given a complaint of same.Test drive was done & the driver was able to here the knock sound too. The service engineer was particular that oil service to be done even though I can run another 2000 km without doing it. But I agreed to get all done as per his wish..with the hope that he will attend to my complaint as the primary one. But today by 12 noon..he calls me to tell that oil service bill is about Rs.12,000/ & now he wants to do suspension work which may cast me another 12,000/ or so...but even if that is done...maybe the noise may still persist..& he may have to continue changing wheel arm bushes etc...I was really upset..the purpose to come here was to attend to my problem..instead the service engineer was haphazardly getting unwanted oil service done primarily..instead he should have checked up the problem posted by me &then should have proceeded to oil service which is not of prime importance at this juncture. Finally now I am leaving to Chennai with the same problem...but unnecessarily spending for oil service etc which are not at all important...for ..ooil service could be done after I run another 2000kms as per the service engineer version itself. Primary problem not attended to...& I am made to pay unnecessarily...driving with the hope I reach Chennai safely without a break down. You cant expect a traveller to suddenly shell out Rs.50,000/ & odd for unwanted service & for an unsure repair cost of the actual problem.Please do not misguide & fleace a person who is depending on Toyota service Ethics ... Very bad experience. I was called to come immediately for change of faulty air bag free by the company. So have I driven my car for the last 14 years with a faulty air bag. God only knows.1. Ravindu - outside space is totally packed with cars. No through way. Car has to reverse back through the entry to get out. Horrible experience.2.:I was told it is lunch time. Then why was I called to come immediately? Bad communication.Very unhappy with my experience.Suggestions : Handle only what you can otherwise you will have more unhappy cliants.Need more training to all the staff.Outside space and handling is pathetic. Had a very bad experience today with the customer service staff.My car KA O4 MM 0779 was met with the accident.By the time when we came to service center with the person who had done it they were influenced by the 3 rd person and supported that person saying false reason.Has a customer from so many years they shud see the problem and solve it.As a service staff their duty is to sevice the vehicle not to interfere into such matters.So,I am really disappointed with customer sevice.

I have purchased innova Crysta 2.8Z, This is my life biggest mistake, this vehicle has 17inch mag wheel which will get damage even we drive through small pot holes, i think toyota has very worst design engineers, From the day of purchasing i got problem of steering obliging when we driving at the speed of 100km/hr, every time when i raise the complaint they keep on saying to do wheel alignment and wheel balance, and 3 tyres has been blasted while driving. At the end i dont suggest to innova crysta and Ravindu Toyota will not help you once the car is delivered.
