My car is now a year old and all the thre services were done here. My service advisor 2 out of the 3 times was Kritish. He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and very patient. The experience has been very good so far. I would highly recommended.

When I entered the service center ,I was feeling scared and fear, after the accident was happened and reached the service center kia epitome yellankha.I was welcomed by the kia staff warmly .Kia hospitality was outstanding and further that documentation was done and relieved from there with proper clarification further what to do .After few months of my car became to normal ,due covid 2nd wave it was delayed .After receiving my car it was fully satisfied with performance. Good hygiene facility at a very good location. I went for the service of my seltos vehicle. Happy to see the customer longe area, where you can see in front of your eyes what work is getting done in your car. Starting from oil change to any repair or replacement, all is visible. The lounge has charging points so I was able to wait there from morning to afternoon and attend all my meetings from there while watching my car service. Anees was helpful and provided repeated updates. Washrooms are also very neat and clean. Overall a good experience.. much better than other service centers where you cant really see what work is happening.
