The owner of this garage is knowledgeable and can explain repairs. There is a fear of local garages swapping out original parts but AutoXcare does not give off that feeling at all. After 1-2 interactions you will realize they care about customers relying on them for service and repairs. Trustworthy, reliable and friendly. I had given my vehicle for some welding work to stop entering water inside the car. For that they removed entire dash board did some welding. After the job done the leak is still there and spoiled the entire ac system. Instead of fixing the Ac wire properly they left the wire with out connecting. Now I have find ac repair shop for this.

I have a Mahindra Scorpio 2012 Model. I had gone to Autoxcare to get the shaft joints changed. Before leaving the car at Autoxcare the engine was in perfect condition. When I went to pick up the Vehicle there was a terrible noise in the engine. I am sure the engine was damaged intentionally. Tben wben I took the car back the next day I was told the timing kit had to be changed. This costed me 30000. Then I collected the vehicle and after driving about 100 km there was a huge oil leak. Then again the timing kit was opened and it was found that one of the nuts was not tightened due to negligence and carelessness. Again the threading was done for the bolt and fitted back. Again the engine was sounding like a tractor. I was cheated very badly at Autoxcare and ended up paying Rs. 50000 for getting my engine ruined. The mechanics at Autoxcare are criminally minded.

Good multi brand cast service centre. The technicians and mechanics are knowledge and have an eye for detail. They have paint shop as well... No idea about the paint job but can definitely vouch for mechanical and technical expertise

Horrible experience in car denting and painting availed from this place via GoBumpr. The paint quality is as bad as it can get. No clearcoat was applied and due to incomplete polishing, sharp edges have been created on the painted surface. Avoid at all costs. I will post a Team HP review around this , for both Autoxcare and Gobumpr shortly.

I had to use their service a couple of times and both the times I got very disappointing service. They charged heavily and done a shoddy paint repair job which started to flake after a few months. Relatively higher rates for periodic service and they missed some important issues which I had to get fixed elsewhere. Overpriced and sub par quality.

I had a horrible experience with them I gave my car for wash and minor repair. They charged me heavily and still the minor repairs are not fixed and their executive refuses to take my call. Very unprofessional if given a choice please dont take any of their services

Previous there was review from my friends that they replace few parts. But it happened to me. They stolen my car battery, rear mirror and foot pad and replaced with damaged product. After service my car started giving problem ans finally I have to bought new battery costing extra 6k.Its a big loss for me. Beware and save your peace.
