The sales representative in female section (ground floor) was not even ready to show clothes!! She didnt even allow to open them. Got good response in male section (first floor).

One star because there is no option for zero. Customers are turned back at 7:40 pm eventhough closing time is mentioned at 9:30pm. This was when there was no lockdown. If the staff want to go home early then please close the shop permanently. Please don’t fool the customers.

Fantastic place to shop for Men / women and Kids including Infant. People are awesome and great service. I would strongly recommend this place to shop.

Beware of alternate date parking spaces rules in Jayanagar, shop keepers not bothered to inform customers, if you are caught up on wrong day , be prepared to pay Rs 2000 as fine

The collection in the store is Okay types. When Allen Solly had launched Womens collection way back in the early 2000s, their cuts and aesthetics were much better than the others players in the market. Now theyre not distinguishable !!It could also be that the collection in the southern part of the country is not so fashionable, because people here are not.

If you likes Allen Solly.. This is the best place. Good collection and service..

Good clothing, nice ambience and good offers as well.. But not happy with customer service.. Last Sunday when I visted I asked a, customer service rep to show different size of same pattern she was least bothered.. She just kept the dress and ran away to chit chat with her colleagues.. She didnt even had courteous to come back and tell me about unavailability of the size... But all other staffs are very friendly and helpful..

Good options available and neatly maintained , good service , madhura employees can avail discount here but make sure the billing machine is a set before you shop to Avail the discount. Rest room is available , parking is not available so make sure you plan accordingly .
