Spent Rs 13000 for servicing of my Alto. Major cost was towards AC servicing. But got a very poor result. AC cooling effect is very poor. Rather than rectifying the defects, tried to hoodwink by Santa talk. Second time disappointed for poor service quality Donot recommend at all.

First time getting my car serviced here. I was impressed with the quality of service,the coordinator was also polite and to the point. General checkup was quite reasonable in comparison to other maruti service centers. I will definitely go back here for more services in the future

A BIG LETDOWN!! I had been a very loyal and regular customer of Green Cars for over 10 years. But of late their services have drastically deteriorated. Gross lack of supervision and the junior mechanics running amok have forced me to look elsewhere..

They always give you a new car feel after the service... No matter how old your car is... ! Excellent service and very decent staff.

Best service center for Maruti, since its a authorized center one can drop off cars here and expect high quality service. Also the service manager carefully examines the car, recommends only the necessary replacements and repairs. The service maximum turn around time is 1 day always, they do have express service also.

It was an emergency. I had to donate blood to an accident victim. 9 am in the morning. I have an Honda City car and not a maruthi.something was obstructing my wheel n looked like engine guard was falling apart. I called magnum Honda and explained my issue. urgency to help was not seen. with a friend I reached out to green cars maruthi and Praveen on hearing it was an emergency didnt care if it was Honda or maruthi. he immediately asked his mechanic to fix it ASAP. the vehicle was ready in 10 mins and I was charged nominal for parts only. a good gesture and humanity seen.hats off to u Praveen and team.keep up the good job.

Maruthi service Centre, good staff and decent customer service. Mechanics here does not miss lead you into spending more then required, if needed they recommend or else dont not Like other centers. After sale service is best thing I experienced here. Decent and good service providers. Any issues owner himself would take care if needed.

Ive been using green cars for a long time now, and Im really happy with their service, especially over the last year.Recently, a guy named Khan has been handling my servicing, and I find that he handles everything really well and honestly. If he bills me for any part, he always sends the old part from my car, and I can tell the difference with whatever changes he makes (if he says hes changed the break pad or the steering wheel shaft, its noticeable).Dont really know many other places that I can leave my car with and pay the bill without any fear that Im being cheated.

I serviced my car 2 months back and would like to thank balu and khadir for their promptness..balu is technically sound and has great experience..good going and i have fixed uer service center for my car hereafter.. charges are also reasonable..

Money mindedThey used to do a good job, i have been a regular customer giving my vehicles, I never used to check the bills and always have believed in them and paid whatever was the amount, however i started noticing parts used to get worn out faster and once when i went there to check on my friends car which was given for service they started replacing things in my car without even my authorization and they picked up a fight with me and my friend for questioning them, that was the last day i had visited.Sincere advice to everybody is please check if they are replacing MGA parts and make sure you know what they are doing with your vehicle and what you are paying for

Overcharging in the name of labour charges. Most of the staff doesnt have technical knowledge, especially service advisors. They expect you to leave the vehicle and come and collect it by paying the exobitant prices without asking any questions.

Never give your car to green carsI know that may sounds like a vengeful statement. But its more than that. I have been one of their loyal customers for over 10 years. But of late, everytime i give my car for servicing, it comes back with new problems and then i have to go back again for servicing. They are unwilling to accept human and keep forcing one to spend more.

Poor work quality an bad customer care. Better not to choose these guys.I have seen they are Open for 24X7. I is not about how long they are open, it is about how quality work theirs is

I have never got my Maruti Swift serviced by GreenCars. However for the last 2-3 months associates of GreenCar keep insisting that I have been servicing a Maruti Swift at GreenCars. They share a Car reg number which is not mine. There seems to be some mix up in the Maruti records. Despite informing them several times about this situation, nobody in the company has taken the effort to rectify the database. I am vexed with these calls - I hope this poor rating will shake them out of their sleep and fix this problem. Good luck to myself.

Maruti best car service center

Pooorest customer service ever seen in any service centre ..they used to be good at one time but now services are tooo bad. They just dont value time at all . Visit only if you have plenty of time to be wasted . They can take 6 -7 hrs for 15 mins job as well . Highly disappointed .

Went for Wheel alignment. Came back with a wobbling wheel. When I told the mechanic / Supervisor about the new problem after the alignment they said it will come at low speeds because now my suspension is faulty. Gave me an estimate for some Rs15000/-. Went there with a problem of wheel alignment! Dammed for choosing this garage!
