I own Venue that I purchased it an year and half ago. Since few days I had issue with AC cooling. I live near Electronic City and so went to Trident Service Center at Hosur Road. They misguided me saying that it will cost me approx 15-20k for repair. I was surprised as my car is still under warranty.I called Subramanya Nair who is a SA, at Advaith Hyundai at Bannerghatta road.He did great job during my car services before as well. I called him and told about the issue. Must say Ganapati is an excellent service advisor. One must admire his professionalism and down to earth behaviour, well spoken and so clear about his job. Was over whelmed the way he took care of my car and delivered it on time.

First and foremost, their service level is irritating. After taking a prior appointment and based on the confirmation, we reach this place in the morning by 8 am. After formalities, you will be made to sit endlessly in the waiting cabin ( Dont take it as a lounge/room). Even after we request that we be late to the office, you will be asked to wait, saying we will assign somebody to attend.After briefing the advisor on the problems, he will tell you he will call back and let you know if any additional issue is there, and once you say confirm, we will carry out the repair and hand over the vehicle by evening. Now, the advisor will call at 3 pm. These parts are faulty, and you need to make the payment for them to arrange for the parts from their Whitefield Wearhouse.And you will not get the vehicle on the same day in addition to the repair cost. We also have to shell out on taxi, and After all these, the bill comes for 30K, which is in Jan end.Now April, beginning after the service AC is not working when contacted the same issue, please pay the payment as a process we will get the parts from our Whitefield Wearhouse. My question was that what did you check during the service earlier? Which was a COMPLETE service once a year. Now again, you have charged 9K and waiting for the car.I have much more experiences here i find it will be too lengthy.

It was my first time at a hyundai service center. I dropped off my BILs car. The service process is mostly automated! They will review the vehicle for existing damages, check the car and ask for specific requirements! A rough estimate will be presented at the spot! The service can be expensive as they give you everything thats not working and give you the impression that everything needs to be replaced right away!

Yearly service and maintenance for my Hyundai Elite i20 car. Excellent service and maintenance job by Advaith Hyundai Bannerghatta Branch. Car was picked up and sanitised before driving it to the service center. Mr Yashwant Sagar was the service manager and he ensured on keeping me updated on the repair jobs. There were lot of wire cuts due to rats and the vehicle needed a thorough check and repair. The AC had some noise while functioning, battery status and Engine needed a check. He kept me posted on each and every step of the repair. He advised against unnecessary costs and gave very good explanation on all the activities involved. During drop off as well, the car was sanitised and verified by the service person. All in all a truly professional service delivered by Advaith Hyundai.
