Getting an appointment is a tedious job. The phone networks in Bangalore are already bad and once you enter this building it turns worse.Appointments are made through a scan or on the website. After updating all the details it takes a lot of time to go to next page. They intentionally make you sign up for terms and conditions which also involves receiving products promotions and advertisements. The service part was alright. Was using mi band 3 and the display corrupted within 5 months of purchase they took it and gave a new one as it was under warranty. They did not have immediate stock but had to submit the older one and wait for 2 days to get the new one. Because under warranty no service charges.Overall ok service
I visited for my phone display replacement. They repaired it quite fast (within an hour). Along with they also checked the overall status of the phone n suggested what is not working and if I would like to get that done too.now my phone is all new .

Very bad service. For liquid patch, they are telling liquid damage. There was a plain polythin sticker in power Bank, which one I removed after bought the product. That power Bank has brought from Sangeeta on 9th sep 21 in emergency basis for a next day trip. I put the power Bank in charge, but its not charging, always was blinking to 2, not increased after charged for 4 hours and checked on 10th September to charge my mobile but not worked. And there is mismatch of product packaging. Which one mi service center shown, there was no polythin sticker in that power Bank. I dont know, who is lying here. I will not buy any MI product from now onwards. Because which one is genuine from MI product, it is difficult to know, even bought from named seller. Manager of this MI service center told to Sangeeta customer care that there is liquid damage, but when I asked where is liquid damage, he told me that its a liquid patch. Totally wrong information sharing to seller also because they dont want to give replacement.Seller is telling, they cant do anything, I only have to visit service center to get the replacement. Currently its under warranty, still not able to get the replacement of power Bank.So I didnt take my power Bank from service center.Had uploaded photo, its liquid patch or damage?One star is not good.

Purchased trimmer from flipkart & product damaged due to poor quality.Since its under warranty they didnt replace the product or they didnt repair. Staff is not supportive after reaching authorized service centere whats the point in calling to customer service centere again this is pure waste of time. Will never buy xiomi products anymore. 1 star rating is also waste.
Staff there are very rude, they handle phones roughly. Multiple scraches found on screen after inspection. When i gave my phone for service, the person removed sim and misplaced it. Later told that the sim itself was not present in phone.
The response is very poor and staff lacks ethics on how to interact or help the customer. People living in and around Jayanagar and Basavanagudi to go to Banashankari service center and avoid this.
Worst customer service, make us wait for hours, doest know how to handle customers. Mismanaged, unorganized and unnecessary delay.

They are more focused on hardware replacement. No extra effort to safeguard data or chip level solutions.Then what is the purpose of a company authorised service.Road side mobile service is far better
While giving the mobile for service show them others parts are working like charging port or buttons or any other parts which are functioning. I gave them to change display panel later they are telling charging board is also not working previously it was working before giving to the service. So before giving to the service show them or tell them these are things working properly.
My phone display was distroyedso I gave it to service center. They have done the work very well.

It is the newly opened Exclusive Mi service centre in Jayanagar... Though it has stock issues as its new so call before u go, but its customer friendly staff, Repair product on time ,Have a token system and as the token no is displayed in TV u are called, accesories are also Available.. overall a good experience.!
Starting off with a positive will be that they are sanitizing and maintaining social distancing between customers. But the staff here are not really proficient and suggest software update for any/all problems 🤦🏾♂️ That probably might be the only way they are making money. The place couldve been made more interesting with posters of latest Mi products. And really get more technically inclined people in the reception.
One of the worst attitude people you will find here I personally was a big fan of mi but the way I was treated definitely the last day I will be using any Xiaomi products .I will request everyone not to visit this particular service center , they should know that their daily bread depends on customer satisfaction.I hope the company resolves the issue by replacing responsive personal

Dont go to this service centre, especially if you still have the warranty. I visited here on 30th of December 2020 to correct the charging issue of my POCO X2 PHONE. They made me believe that the problem is solved completely and they took good feedback from me, despite making me wait for 3 hours.after coming home I plugged my phone, And you know I encountered the same charging problem. After that I decided not to go to the same centre and I went Mangalore for this, specifically MERIDIAN GURU. After the diagnosis they told the problem is with the main FPC, and that need to be replaced and it may take 10-15 days.my point is - the people in RADIANT E SERVICE, BANGALORE dont know how to diagnose the phone or they intensionally did this because still I had the warranty and they cant get any money for the replacement.

Location is wrongly tagged in Google Maps. Corrected it, but still it is under review. It is in the road opposite to Sapna Book House. Had a pretty good experience at the store.Had a bad experience with Radiants service centre at Whitefield, where they messed up my phone under warranty and insurance and refused to take ownership. Mi Customer Care was not useful at all and the less said about the insurance (Mi Protect, done through OneAssist), the better. 2 months of back and forth via mails and calls yielded nothing.Went to get the issue resolved at my own cost here. The service person out here disassembled the phone, showed what the problems were and had it fixed in a couple of days. The charges were nominal. I think it is a good idea to go directly and talk to a servicing professional. OneAssist, is a sham. They are merely couriers for your phone.The servicing location inside the centre could be a bit more cleaner and organised, but the person who handled my case was professional and did a good job of explaining.

It is OK. But too costly. When u visited it uncomfortable as there is no waiting room. Wait period is too long to get my device repaired. I was wandering in the strees if 4th block and 2and 3rd block Jayanagar as my residence is at Arakere off bg road Bengaluru. So they should improve it atleast for seniors like of aged 69. They have shifted the service centre from place to place but it is changed in the wed site. So needs some smartness and alertness. Take care of customer service. Nagaraju a.m. Arakere.
Nice service..had to change mi max battery...they took only an hour to do it and it was smooth...you can wait there or do shopping and collect it later..

All they know replace parts, they wont repair anything. Consider mi note 7 pro, only camera not working they said monther board problem cost around INR 10.6K (I brought that mobile for 9.8K in Flipkart). Same mobile repaired outside for 3.5K.

Technicians are devoid of technological knowledge. They din not respond to me when I took my redmi not 4 to the service centre without seeing the phone they said it will take much time. Later I took it to local service centre and within 5 minute they solved the problem. There were other customers complaining and shouting at the technicians when I visited the mi service centre.

Its my personal experience... When I visited, The staff has been not upto the standard... Social distancing has to be followed... You have 18 chairs inside... 12 are available for sitting as per the marking, but they allowed 2 inside... Thats OK... But what about 5-6 people who are standing outside in a que next to each other? I requested them also but in vien... Second my service experience and interaction has not been satisfactory.
