Good and prompt service by the staff. There is bit of waiting period to get your turn. The technicians are quite skilled to rectify the problem.However seats in the waiting area are very old and uncomfortable. Can make the place a bit more colourful and add a TV to keep people entertained

My device galaxy A71 was having software issue and camera I have explained everything but they are saying you dint mention anything about camera. They dint repair it and was forcing to buy extended Samsung warranty since it was the last day of my original warranty i,e.., 06/07/2021. Now if I ask about camera work they are saying it will be charged now since no warranty. Had a worst experience with this service.

They have replaced my screen for ~16k and have not done the waterproofing quality check properly. Water entered the phone when it was placed under normal tap water. Also they denied it was a waterproofing quality check issue and told me that the phone was subjected to a depth of more than 1.5 meters or the specified pressure. After some argument they accepted that they will check the phone.Also, I was denied slip for acknowledgement of service request. They wanted to keep my phone without giving the proof that they have kept it.I have written to Samsung India head and if they dont fix the issue, will courier the phone to him. He can use it.

Irresponsible staff. My phone was still under warranty period and had turned off due to it being excessively heated up. Initially they told me the phone will be repaired in 2 days and would give me call once it is repaired. Since, I did not get any call from them, I visited the service center after 3 days and they had misplaced my phone which took them almost an hour to find it. After the phone was found, they told me there was an issue with the charging pin which would cost INR 1500 and this would not be covered under the warranty. I agreed to pay after some arguments as to why this was not being covered in the warranty. When I went to collect the phone, they told me that there is a problem with motherboard as well and this also cannot be covered under the warranty for which I did not agree and asked them to return my phone as it was clear that they were simply trying to charge me for the things that could be covered under warranty. I went there thrice and found the staff to be passing the time without attending to the customers. Very disappointed with their service

The manager was very rude just because I had purchased my phone on Amazon.My brand new samsung m30s screen stopped working after just 13 days and like any normal person I wanted my phone replaced but after hearing I had purchased it from Amazon the manager very rudely said he couldnt help me with that and all he could do is replace the screen on my brand new phone (replaced screens are alwats sub par quality) thankfully I reached put to Amazon and they replaced it for me.

Samsung mobile has no damages on screen, they say it is internal damage, but customer has to pay 5500 to get it repair for meter 2 months old. Shocking , they make to room around service center and customer care for approval and finally say you need to pay even though no fault of customer. Horrible service and horrible samsung. Purple pates on screen, no damage on display, but still customer has to pay.

Located on the 2nd floor, services is good. However its on the expensive side including spares. The post device delivery experience could have been better as only one person delivers devices after service and it takes approximately 15 minutes for each token which can be improved. Ample chairs for waiting area.

My Mobile Samsung M30s suddenly switched off while using , then I took it to service center for service, they told our person will call you tomorrow ,I am not received any call from service center, next day I went and ask for my mobile repair, they told water enter inside so it is not coming under warranty, we replace the charging pin it cost Rs.1100/- I told them OK do it I will wait. after 30 minutes they called me sir entire board is gone we have to replace the board and it cost is Rs.8500/-, I told them give back my mobile and I given my mobile outside for repair , after 4 hours they called me your phone is ready. they charged Rs.2500/-..
