Silicon Honda is hondas two wheeler vehicle dealer located near Teachers College. In this facility they have sales, service and spares support. Showroom is good and neatly maintained, sales support is as usual. Coming to service this outlet is always crowded and need to wait long time to get job card done and they will deliver vehicle only after 6 pm on the same day. I felt cost wise they are bit expensive and services are satisfied.
Service here gets the work done, but some times not at its best, when they have many vehicles for service.Compared to other authorised services silicon honda is better as per my experience.
Scamsters. Told me that engine has siezed and it would cost 15k. Then I gave the vehicle to a local mechanic he serviced it and there was no issue with the engine.

The order process was smooth until the payments start.So many last minute change in pricing. Getting bills which have no description as to why the amount is charged.After all this we got the bike delivered.When we picked up the bike and reached home did we see so many parts are so dusted . Cant they wash the bike before delivery?Got repeated calls for 1st service. The owners manual has a print staying the bike was issued on 5th of November 2018 , but we took the delivery on 14 November 2018.Being said that the bike must be serviced after 30 days or 750km which ever is earlier. I dont understand why my first service was forced to be done on or before 5th of December. Where as I took delivery only on 14th November.Service within 20 days but why?My odo reading is 661km still. 30 days has not reached or the 750 km.After all this took the bike for service was asked to come to pick up at 6pmThe said Ill receive a call from them saying the bike is ready. No calls until 6:30pmWent directly to pick it up. Only to my surprise the bike was not washed properly.When asked why the bottom side of the bike is not washed the workshop manager is giving a reason Honda India has banned under body wash as its harmful to the environment. When I asked why the sides of the silencer is not washed hes tight lipped. Wen I asked why below the side foot rest still having dirt he has no words wen asked why the body plastic part meeting the metallic part still continues have the dirt which we noticed after reaching home on the 1st day.Immediately he jumped up saying we use chemical based soap to wash . Theres the shocker I got. What! Why chemical based on paint ! He replied saying its Honda sending the chemical based soap, now your complaining about Honda ? I said see when I asked you about why the under body was not washed you said under body contains toxic chemicals which will effect the neighborhood, now why the world you cared about neighborhood and using chemical based soap?Are they disposing the washed water into a septic tank or into drainage lines provided by BWSSB. EITHER of them as no sense.He then started saying for small small dirt your pointing out , Ill give you a refund on the service which ever is possible and also wash the bike again in front of you.I said when you had to do your job you could not do now you want to justify your actions.How can I trust you again.I came to this dealership because my dad bought his Activa 16 years ago in this dealership. As a loyal customer I went there even though I has dealership very close to my residence (City Honda)This was my experience hereThanks silicon Honda for this amazing experience. Just because you sale 3lk bikes in a month pan India doesnt mean you can slack off on after sales service.On my next visit Ill collect as many proofs and documents if you slack on it . the same will be forced to be addressed by the HQ legally.

Youll be the top lister in the worst service provider.I would like to share my experience on there services,They charged me 995 (my first service after a month of taking delivery) for oil change and liquid filling(anti puncture liquid). Even though the price they charged was High, accepted for it .But While returning my vehicle (dio bs6)the next day,The front mudguard and the reflectors were broken.After an hour and half of arguments they accepted for the replacement, they took almost 5 days to return my vehicle replacing those parts, but also they only replaced the mudguard and not the reflectors.They asked me to come the next day for those reflectors. Finally not willing to argue with them anymore , I took my vehicle and replaced those reflectors myself. Couldnt be spending money on Petrol ,any how they will be giving reasons and ask me to come next and next days.There employees wont take responsibility for the mistakes done. Theyll be blaming on each other.Think before giving your vehicle for service in this service center.

Yes, ypu heard right.Walked in for CBR250 mirrors.Very understanding and helpful person at spares counter; a kindly mechanic who materialised at the right moment.A sales employee who was promptly helpful.And all this for a client who didn’t even want to buy their motorcycle.World’s not a bad place after all eh?

Have booked the vehicle in Jan 2020. But after 10 months also no news of vehicle delivery. Had to follow up for status every time. Service is not upto mark and pathetic. Finally decided to go to other show room and cancelled vehicle here. Which I know these guys dont even care. To get refund i had to run from desk to desk. Dont go with positive ratings.
Decarbonising of silencer was done to my honda activa.But in invoice they had mentioned it as painting and had to pay even though no painting was done to my vehicle.Does the Reputed Honda company not provide the right software to their dealers for billing?The answer is no as per the billing clerk and service advisor.Knick knock are you listening??? No social distance, staff not wearing mask, sales executives are really worst they have not weared mask when we visited to book vehicle, collect the receipt, and also during the delivery of the vehicle.Request all not to visit this place, as it is unsafe and exposed to spread covid 19.

Cheating..they bill you for so many things on services but they dont do it as committed.Service supervisor told that he will get the coating done in the silencer so that it will prevent the corrosion but it eas not done but it was billed.I had to wait for more than an hour to get it removed from the bill.Every time the waiting time to collect the vehicle after servicing is more than 45 mins.After free servicing dont visit this place for paid servicing.

They are known to damage the bikes rather than fixing them, everytime we visited there, I always used to see unhappy customers fighting for not handling vehicle properly during service and I never bothered about it until my turn came. I noticed scratches while collecting back the bike after service then I asked how it happened, funny thing is they told me its very old damage where in we were easily noticing as new scratches. No sense is discussing with them

Parking and store ambience is very good but staff are not very supportive for the clients and no smile and no greetings, we should go and ask than only they will answer very bad experience. They will do like if they want they will buy like that behavior.
The service is good but I always end up having to wait cuz theres too many vehicles or the person who has to take my vehicle hasnt come (I have a CBR250 and the normal advisors wont accept the vehicle, which is also a pain ) and I always get the call saying the vehicle is ready but still end up getting there and waiting cuz the bill isnt done or the person who has to get the bike down is busy or some nonsense. If the can fix this I dont mind giving the 5th star

Dear Silicon Honda,I am writing this to you with a lot of humiliation. Experienced at your R V road showroom, This evening I was at your showroom to purchase a Honda Activa 125cc BSVI. I did not expect to meet such a rude lady Smt. Ranjini at your showroom. I had a request to accept the card payment, She replied that the card will be accepted only on additional cost of 1.5%. I requested her to consider the card payment without additional charges. But suddenly she started showing carelessness and her attitude towards me and my father was very bad and rude. My parents felt very bad about her attitude and behaviour. Your other employees at the counter were polite. After 10-15 minutes we returned home with huge humiliation.I doubt that, I would ever come to any of your showrooms if such rudeness persists. Hope you take disciplinary action on her.

They have not done the service properly..I gave the vehicle for service and told them milage is tooo low...service advisor called me and told, sir we should replace spark plug and air filter...but in last they didnt changed anything simply they done oil service and delivered the vehicle...and for silencer coating they charged me 400rs...so I request to my frnds dont leave ur vehicle for service in SILICON HONDA RV ROAD...
The service provided is not worth the money. They almost charged me 2.5k and could not see any difference when the service was done and the vehicle was delivered. In fact there were stains in few parts which was completely visible.Normal garage could have done much better than these high end showrooms. Highly not acceptable about the service provided. They dont even explain why are they charging more which seems really unnecessary. Since I bought the vehicle from this showroom expected they would have better service but not happy with the staff behaviour and service .

I had come here to have a look at the new africa twin. Your executive Rahul made sure i understood the workings of the bike easily. Later, during the test ride he made sure to explain the different riding modes and how they felt on road. It was a pleasent experience comparing to other big bike showrooms. 5 stars!
