I had given service of Honda Unicorn here, Tansi Team had done very amazing job. Mr. Shiva Service advisor was super and understood what I need and what had happened to my Unicorn. Nice service and sales experience. I had purchased a Honda dio from this place. Got vehicle delivered in 3 days, number plate installed in 10 days time. Service takes time, for me had to drop vehicle in morning was returned in evening.

They are only interested in your money and not in delivery... Dont understand the enthusiasm of young chaps in buying their first vehicle and delivering beforehand and act though they are doing a favor in handing out the new vehicle when all cash is paid... 4-5 days to deliver a product???

They have started servicing honda CBR. Technician is knowledgeable. You need to have a lot of patience to get your bike serviced.it takes a lot of follow ups and waiting to get your bike delivered. Never be in a rush when dealing with this service center.

The worst service center I have been. In the past 5 months Ive left my vehicle four times for service and they didnt rectify the problem and they are giving excuses and complaining the condition of the bike. I feel the local service providers are better than these certified dealers. Worst experience.

I got my Activa scooter serviced recently in Tansi Honda and it is performing well. Satisfied by the job done by the Tansi service team. The staff are very customer friendly. Special appreciation to Mr Kishore for his good conduct, attention and valuable service advice for keeping vehicle performance at its best. I had self start, meter reading, Dim/Dip Light issue which was resolved with minimal cost. They will have interaction with you before any parts needs to be replaced which shows they are transparent. They will try to change every parts as possible during service. My two wheeler service cost comes more than my four wheeler.Just be careful with the bill they sometimes replace the working parts as well.I have decided not to get my service from them.

Had a very disappointing experience from Tansi Honda, Seegahali branch. Being an old customer, I always preferred to get my bike serviced from Tansi Honda and never had any problems. However, after servicing I am facing quite a few problems with bike not starting often and the ride is also not smooth as it used to be. I have tried to contact service centre number quite a few times, requested urgent assistance, without any positive response. Very disappointed.

This times experience was great. I am extremely happy with my servicing done on 29th July 2020. First of all this time they were really patient in listening to my concerns and assured me politely that the servicing will be of good quality. Then they gave me a call in which they explained me why some parts need to be replaced and assured me that those are beyond use and old parts will be handed over to me.. Honestly I was expecting problems in few of those as my bike.In the time of delivery also they were sincere in delivering the bike, as promised handed over the old parts that were replaced and service executive was attentive and sincere. I took a test ride and found that ride was pretty smooth. Overall a great experience to me.. thank you siva Kumar & kishore good job 👍👍👍👍
