WORST SERVICE CENTER, WORST CUSTOMER ATTITUDEThis is the first time I am writing angry posts, but I have never met such arrogant, optional and cunning people in the service sector.05/03/2021 I managed to order parts for a vacuum cleaner in this service center (megatex-service). Having called the phone number indicated on their website, I got to their director Ekaterina Skokova, having learned about the availability and cost of parts, I was asked to transfer 100% prepayment to the card through a click, which I did by transferring320,000 soums, I was assured that the details would come in 3-5 days. As a result, a week passed and no one called me, when I started calling their numbers, no one picked up the phone, just like no one answered in the telegram, in the end I had to spend my time and come to their service center to clarify the situation, I was told that there were holidays, a delay, etc., etc., lets wait another week for which I agreed. For the sake of interest, I began to call other service centers, in particular on Malik and Abu Sakhiy, where the cost of parts, firstly, was cheaper by 100,000 soums, and secondly, the parts could be picked up immediately. As a result, a week passed and no one called me and did not answer in a telegram, I again spent my time and went to the service center to pick up my own paid money (since there were no details again), having arrived there on 05/22/2021 I was asked to write a statement about refund and assured that the money will be returned before 05/26/2021. The money, of course, was not returned, after several attempts I got through to the director of the center and they told me that the money would definitely be returned until 05/27/2021, they again were not returned, stating that the money was refunded within 10 days after writing the application (which for some reason in advance no one told me). These 10 days have passed, having phoned the director of the center not from the first attempt, I found out that it turns out from her words that their account was blocked by the tax authorities and when they return the money, they do not know, despite the fact that I transferred the money to the card personal and not to the card of a legal entity, then they allegedly have problems with the tax authorities, and I have to suffer from this for my own money. Realizing that they were stupidly hanging on my ears, I had to contact the Agency for the Protection of Consumer Rights, the General Prosecutors Office and the district police department. Having written a statement to the police department on June 19, 2021, the district police officer summoned me to find out the circumstances, arrived at the place and explained everything, he said that he would go with the application to the service center on Monday, 06/21/2021 without stopping calling from the service center to find out my card number after almost 2 months they returned the money in full. TOTAL I don’t know how they still work, given such a number of complaints and violations, but I would have had the time, on principle, to sue them for the time and nerves spent.

Terrible service center. Replaced the phone screen. I handed over for repairs on November 9, 2020. They demanded a 100% advance payment.
