Got very bad experienceI visited for battry change of my bikeMechanic not unboxed battry in front of me and when I asked why you have not unboxed it infront of me he feel bad.

I went there for Dominar 400 service. During the 2021 lockdown roden attack and indicators stopped working. They fixed the issue although the wiring not fully changed . After one week they called me and asked is there any issues. Thank you.

Wow its just awesome service center.

I went for my dominar 250 first servicing here. They serviced the bike properly and explained everything. However i asked them to connect the mobile holder to the battery to which they denied saying that if something goes wrong it will be on them so they wont which is understandable and i appreciate them for their honesty. They also said that i should ride the bike and if i am not satisfied i can come back with the vehicle anytime and they will look into it. Overall satisfactory servicing.

Was hearing some sound from the wheel. I have spent more than 8k and gave my bike thrice. Still the issue was not fixed.

Good acc to service and friendly staff. , Work is not so fast. So. Mostly bike got delivered next day..,In my case I was lunch. I managed to get my bike service done within same day

People here are very helpful and well natured. The service center is well equipped and very accessible. Despite the fact that the place is well equipped and offers friendly service, the quality of service itself needs to improve, especially about attention to detail. I recommend this place very much though.

Good service center. Atleast they analyse each and every problem and work on it. I had a very critical issue in my Pulasar 180 and finally they solved it. Very friendly staffs. Manohar especially is a nice human being. He helps in every possible way. I will say rather going to outside garage please come here and make your job done.

I serviced my dominar400 from this place which was not up to the marks..it was just manageable. They dont have bike wash after service.....

Service is good. If any problem they will not repair the part. They will tell you to buy a new and for every work they will charge separate labor charges. quite costly.

It was really a good experience to visit Praveen Motors Hegde Nagar Branch. My Avenger cruise got damaged and I had to repair it, as this is the closest service centre to my place , we visited this branch ( this was my first visit ). I met their service manager Mr Naveen and explained him how the damage happened, from that time , till delivery , he took care of everything and even delivered the my bike before expected time. His team handled was really a support in the entire process.

Have done standard service of my Pulsar RS200 here twice. Genuine people and as per my observation they dont push you for unnecessary part change which I observed in some other Bajaj service centers.

They made my bike worse than before. The light switch stopped working after the service and the chain now touches the side when I drive. My bike was smoother before I have it to service. The employ child labours mostly and thei dont have any experienced mechanics. I have serviced this bike from hsr layout branch before for 9 years and I was never this disappointed with bajaj. Thei dont do test drive of your vehicle before or after service. No standards in place.

For wheel axle guys added the labour cost I mean to say service charge for 1 minute wwork.

No good customer service..Dont treat customers well..Simply making people wait saying we have to make entry in computer etc etc.. Not happy. Asked for a small part replacement, they are saying small part not available and made me replace the entire bigger part and charged triple the actual cost.

This is the worst service center I ever met , after service done my bike facing lots of issue , if I ask them they telling stories , ur chain socket was gone we have to replace for 17k km . Please guys dont visit this service center. They dont have technical expert in there service center

It was ok servicing. went with a complaint that bike frequents gets Off and lot more. Most of them got fixed. However frequently getting off was not resolved.

Without even test riding the bike, they asked to replace few parts. after replacement the bike ride is not comfortable, not stable, so went to another service center and got the bike fixed ! newbies here.. dont go here
