Their service is good but they have not greased the doors, bonnet and dicky door and also not put caps on the wheels where the air is inflated and also cleaning of the body is okay

Pretty costly, as per the Maruti App the periodic service cost of Wagon R should have been between Rs 3,000 to Rs 4,000. But I was charges Rs 7,000/- which is not understood. The management should have a look into the labour charges being levied, as I was charges almost Rs 4,000 as labour charge alone.Further, while giving the vehicle for service it is the technician who takes the test drive to check for any other problems and while delivering its the customer who should take the test drive. But in my case all test drive was done by the technician.As my car was already in good condition, except for rim bends, hence service wise I cannot comment, as there was no issue before service also.I hope they bring the labour charge at par.

Good but not great due to very expensive labour. I had to pay to big labour fee of Rs 3500/- for 20 year old car!!!Otherwise, the quality was good.Its time, I look out for inexpensive repair shops for old car.It does not any sense to spend 3,500/- Plus Tax for Labour fee on an 20 year old car.

One of the most pathetic service providers i have seen in my entire life.they dont know what they are doing, dont know how to deal with a customer. with every part that is slightly damaged, these people would just offer changing the part without even telling the customer why it needs to be replaced. if asked why, then they would just stare back as if you have asked something even einstein couldnt find the answer too. not at all professional. had interaction with Mr.kumar and Mr. Anand.both of them are just there to mint money out of you. when you go higher to somebody like mr shakeel, who is over seeing all the things, you would just get false promises. once with all great struggles, u get your car, u find out, it is way below the quality that u had given it.this place is pathetic. better give ur car somewhere else as these morons have no knowledge , it would be a miracle if they are able to do an average job on an average problem. better go somewhere else.

The experience was excellent.. I was attended by one Mr. PRAVEEN, who was knowledgeable and helpful. After a quick test drive and disussing all the required services, he provided a ball park estimate. He also offered to get me a ride home and pick up. The car was ready at his stated time and everything I asked was worked on and every check/report Praveen mentioned was spot on. He had even ordered a part that I had asked him to enquire for availability. He was selfless, helpful and courteous which made the experience pleasant. Thankyou!

Pathetic. Simply Pathetic. The service center is run by people who are unprofessional and lack the ability to do basic checks and fix issues.These guys forget to connect the AC water drain pipe and this negligence led to my car floor and carpet was flooded.

The attending service advisors are not well trained

Probably one of the only car service station of Maruti Suzuki in Bangalore who gives a wash to the cars. The service is amazing. You can actually feel difference in the car post service.

Some time back i had bad experience with the service adviser Mahadev Swami. After my review the owner spoke to me and assured to straighten.Yesterday I visited the service station to find the difference. This time I met service advisor Mr. Madahav. He was very professional and throughly experienced . He patiently listened to my issues, and solved all the problems. He also suggested some more for better vehicle maintenance. He could also identify that I had bad experience last time and assured me that things have been straightened up.So the management takes detailed care of customer experience and acts on it.Now my perception has changed. And I recommend the place for good expert services.

Been giving it here since the time i got the car, this time experience was not good, makes me think if the quality is going down. What the response i got from the manager was only if you get the service from there your priority, or else suppose you had given your car for repair and ask then to clean the car as well because i would want to finish it in one place, then there is a serious problem here. Because if is not service rest of the request are neglected and they just give you the car without cleaning. Ask them why, because the showroom was full today and they rejected to clean!!! Why I should go here if I dont get everything I want in one place? Why should i repair here and wash somewhere. we want to make life simple . Also they dint even inform us, unless I was so upset that my car was still dirty and had to be followed up.Quality is a issue here now. Hope this serves has remainder.

I have got my wagon R serviced a few times here and I think they a decent job with less scratches and mishandling except the electrician who looks like a kid and not at all professional. I was so disappointed and angry see him replace a fused out bulb from the head lamp. The way he was pulling the wires...he doesnt realize that he is causing internal damage and the wires can fail etc. He joins wires in a second or two and doesnt tape it properly. He didnt guide the wires correctly. This would cause fuse outs. I had to rework the joints when I got home. Another time when I was replacing a wind shield motor, a different guy was servicing. He was so mishandling the plastic inner of the door. It is supposed to be a press-to-lock type and he was banging it to position. I almost thought he broke it. When we ask these guys to be a bit gentle they reply nothing would happen and they know everything.The cost of services is very high. I do all the simple, small jobs myself than going to MASS(including Nexus) these days because every time I faint looking at the labor charges.

They also can take your vehicle small precocious part or replace by duplicate partsDont trust, I suffered and they also have poor cameras.If u identify, They will come back and say , no no its not there if you argue with them and they will feel you cheatedMy front speaker (one removed and one replaced) and roof rail head cover stolenI have wagon r and two days back only I suffered, entire day gone

Bad service.Service advisor did not address many issues reported.While taking test drive the supervisor was busy talking over the phone.Very arrogant customer executive.Definitely Expensive compared to other providers .They dont even have basic drop facility near the closest bus stop. Took almost 20 minutes to get an autoAlso checkin and checkout took close to 1 hour.
