On 12.08.2017. We had given our Alto Car for rattling sound in silencer. They gave a good service by changing the cars silencer on immediate basis. And we were complete satisfied with service provided by Pratham Motors Rajajinagar.Service Advisor was Mr. Azad Khan. Who was customer oriented person.

Visited this branch since they shut down the one on queens road. Not a very equipped service centre as compared to others that i have visited. Very less space, service bays arent well maintained and are untidy. Entry and exit ways are narrow. Waiting lounge is not very pleasant. Toilet is dirty. Service executives are good but i would have appreciated more personalised experience. Always chaotic in there with mechanics yelling at each other. Overall a very haphazard service station in my experience while comparing to other two service centres of Pratham that I have been. Now i know why they urge for pickuo and drop service even if customers are willing to visit themselves. They shud move to a better facility. Also open one quickly to replace queens road branch.

Very satisfied with the prompt service provided by Pratham motors and Azad Khan. They arranged for the necessary spares within a day when other showrooms were quoting 10 day waiting period. Overall I am very satisfied with their service.

Tried couple of times calling for a service appointment and every time its a long hold and then gets disconnected, get an SMS saying someone will call soon. That soon hasnt come yet :)

Service is excellent. But 2 negatives:: 1) Staff is asking us to provide good review, infront of them. 2) While billing, Dont provide your number, bcoz for every car they attend henceforth, will be updated with your number. You will get service reminder SMS, for each car number. This is not good..

They have not solved my problem instead they have created new problem. I am totally not at all satisfied n I dont appreciate the work done here. Here after I never ever allow my vehicle to pratham motors. Worst service. I request them please be serious about ur work.

They took my vehicle Brezza ka03nc7136 for second free service and end of the day it came back with scratches on both driver and rear side door edges. Had couple of minor scratches on car bumper already which I requested to touch up but least bothered.
