Yeah it was a good experience. But you have to spend 1 full day, I mean be patient as it takes time to get serviced. Good lounge to relax and sit in AC besides watching TV.

Incorrect location, no service center is there at this location, always call and ask for the location over whats app, I was in middle of no where when I reached this place.

I would like to write this review specially for the service advisor Mr.Prathap. He is been taking care of my both vehicles service, very friendly and helpful. He explains in detail of work that need to be carried out and suggest if replacement of faulty parts only if its required. I completely trust his recommendation. Also the staffs of JSP had been very supportive till date. You might think of everything is good then why for star. Its because there is still enough room for improvement in washing and cleaning department. I have to get it cleaned twice everytime as the cleaning is not proper after service. During. During my last service the car was not washed properly. When I informed them after the car was dropped back, they immediately arranged a person to come and clean it again. Thanks for your support. Got my vehicle serviced and I must say that the staff is very professional and the end to end process was very smooth and well organized. Our point of contact was Mr. Vinay who made the entire process hassle free and would call and explain every action being performed on the vehicle. Even if I had to, I cant point out any scope for improvements based on the service received. I had only heard that Fords service is currently the best in the market. Have now experienced it as well. Good and quick service resolved the issues addressed. Mr. Kaushik (Service manager) is very apt and has rich experience with Ford dealership. Overall Good. However the Center needs to expand in terms of size.

Went to the main service center in the Greenwood High School road. The service center was very spacious but parking for the vehicles that come in for service is very congested and not like the Elite Ford service center which has a huge area for parking. But once the job card is made, the car enters the work shop which is quite spacious. The service advisors are good and have a keen eye for detail. They did not try to push any extra services into the bill. They also allowed me to be present with the car during the service which is big plus. They also have a very well maintained and clean workshop floor where the cars are serviced. Very good experience and would not hesitate to recommend them for people in and around that area for their regular service.

I have already praised a lot about this place with all due the service they had offered during my car servicing. This show room is no different. Staffs are warm even when they know you havent come there to buy a car, but to look at their new cars out of curiosity. This attitude will take them to greater heights. There has been a tremendous improvement over the previous dealership which were Lathangi Ford. There are enough staffs to attend the crowd that visits the showroom.

The service teams are too busy and dont really plan their work as they keep moving from vehicle to vehicle. They should manage their resources well and focus on one task at a time. It took around 2 hours just to get the spare wheel cover fitted to my vehicle. Furthermore, the supervisor reported that the fitting guys wasnt around and hence there were none to for the simple sun blinds.

Not satisfied level. I gave for general service and full body polish but I couldnt feel that my car is polished and even they didnt remove any dust inside my car. Really I clean my car better than they cleaned. They didnt remove scratches what they promised me to take for full body polish which is 2800 Rs. waste of money.

This service center is good only for oil change and minor problems like wheel alignment and balancing with good pick and drop facility. They refuse to recognise problems they cannot fix which makes them very dangerous.I told them that there was some noise in radiator and they told it was normal. Later, I got to know that radiator support needed to be fixed, engine mounting had problem and gear oil leakage was there at some other service center. Since all these things take time(may be 1 or 2 days) and labour, these people refuse to inform me deliberately.So, please be careful otherwise you will be stranded somewhere on highway.

Unprofessional staff and unresponsive technical guys. Had to wait half n hour before someone came and spoke to me inspite of taking prior appointment. The mechanic who worked was a professional guy and he worked well. Compared to other automobile competitors Ford really needs to listen to their customers. The service at other competitors is far good.

Very nice experience. My car boot was not closing after taking a hit from another car on a traffic signal. These guys diagnosed the problem and fixed it in 10 minutes. The manager G Mahesh Babu and his staff are very efficient ... Best experience ever I had in a Ford service station

Gave my vehicle for servicing here recently and the guys screwed up wheel balancing and alignment. Did not notice anything peculiar within city limits while driving back home. However, the steering started wobbling at highway speeds due to incorrect wheel weights chosen for balancing.

Worst buyer experience. Took the Booking amount in the evening, issued Docket - 158909 and Receipt JSP/JPN/4403/RT in the morning only to get a call later same day that car is not available and go for higher variant. And series of lies on top of it, no response to emails. Twice escalation to Ford India, JSP Sales manager intervenes for one more set of lies, but net as of today it is 17 days I have neither got booking amount refunded nor promised car with chosen color and variant. No chosen car at the promised deal but even if it is their goof up not willing to acknowledge and refund the amount honestly, but now insisting on process to refund the amount. Let us see whether consumer forum is the next step. Pathetic experience overall.
