Service is good but be careful of pricing

I went there to get my cars issues fixed after the number provided was answered by a lady who didnt give proper reply. Unfortunately the land is empty now. It is DEMOLISHED. Dont know if theyve shifted elsewhere; the current property does not have the unit functioning anymore...

The hunt for a quality service center ends here, they are professional and keep you updated with photos of the service progress. Richard did a great job on assisting and saved me 12000inr on doing a minor fix on an going issue in my car. 2 service center I visited prior to this quoted 12k for the part replacement.

Quick repair but need to check

Worst quality. My vehicle had Clutch set issue. They have put some old part and they delivered vehicle without checking itself. Clutch issue again I got while returning back to home. Car stopped in between center of the road. Worst Service & Worst quality I have ever seen. Im not sure, how the premium vehicles are getting service done there. I recommend, if any major breakdown of the vehicle, dont go to them. I went by mistake on an emergency.

A1 fraud owner, they Were not ready to resolve my problem nor help me with an alternate stright away they suggest me to replace the part. Initially mechanic check the vehicle and he said issues can be fix then immediately owner came he said no we cannot we fix this and suggest me to replace and he asked more then the market price..

I have had the misfortune of being on the really bad end of their services. In the month of September in 2019 I had given my Hyundai Verna for the change of the AC coil and some bumper painting work.Firstly, they did not keep the timelines promised for both jobs. That was okay as I understand quality work takes times but unfortunately the work was sub par. My car was absolutely man handled. Changing of the coil requires you to remove the dashboard. The work done was so shabby that my dashboard came back with multiple scratches and some of them were on my steering as well. This, they promised would be replaced by them but it never happened till date. I made at least 10 calls and visited them and I was told it will be done the following week.What bothered me equally is that my right suspension started making weird noises every-time I drove over a bump or even a small pot hole. This, is something that never happened before. I eventually ended up spending more money to get it fixed elsewhere. Neither did they provide quality service nor did they live up to their promise of replacing the damaged dashboard.Absolutely avoiding this place moving forward. They love your money unlike your car.

I sent my vehicle on seeing these reviews.I found here bunch of liers. They Charge premium Rates and they play with your vehicle. You can even expect scratches your vehicle...Either these Reviews are fake or This garage has lost its light..Better Go to showroom for engine repairs and service..Never Go here

Though it was little expensive service was good . I am happy vit the service . I would like to visit again in future for services. But even on request the guy did not give small extra service vit brush paint touch for very little scratch. For which I felt bad . And I feel customer should be delighted at the end .

I left my both car for service trusting themmy first car maruthi A-star was good cleaning with interior & exterior but the coolant field was below level.Second safari dicor really speaking on this its worst service ever i faced cleaning of exterior is worst wash on my wheel still lots of sand stuck.While picking the car I clearly informed them about diesel fuel tank was not opening from button but its was opening manually when I pull wire from back seat ,even i called & informed but I received car were they have spoiled both now my fuel tank is opened all times cant close it, when I keep following with supervisor initially he told he will send cap lock with service guy but from past few days now he is disconnecting call.Not sure why no job card was used.KA53MC2061Simple you broke trust of coustomer.I seriously not recommend for this service center.

I have my Skoda vehicle. Some suspension noise was there. I spoke to manager Mr. Prasad he explained me very good there use only genuine parts my problem solved feeling to visit again.

Excellent service bu FixMyKars, I like their service very much and their work is very much appreciated. I had long term issue with my Alto car and went to them on 23/11/2019 morning 11 am and they were found the issue and rectified within evening 5 pm, now my car is very good to drive and no issue.Mechanics are well talented and experienced.

I have accent vehicle for denting and painting one of my friend refered FIXMYKARS they done a gud job i went for full body painting now my car looks like a showroom vehicle iam happy with there service.

They will do that is needed. But they may not do that at once (you need to visit and inspect the work and ask them to give finishing. Can take up to 1 day). You can always expect 1 or 2 days late delivery.

Excellent is the word I get when asked about Fix My Kars. Gave my car with dent which was caused due to dog hit on highway. They charged me reasonable for dental and paint. Cannot make out the paint. Really awesome. Even my water tank for wiper was broken, they fixed it and excellent information. The side number was little outside from almost 4 years. Have asked Trident Hyundai to fix it at least 3 to 4 times but noting was done. Fix My Kars fixed it withing minutes. Highly recommended it for service, dent and paint.

I had given my volkswagen polo for tinkering and painting.Quality of work 5 star. They are very knowledgeable about the work and very professional in handling customers. They give more importance to quality and not money. The best part is 100% paint matching and company finish. No can have a slight doubt that car had undergone a body work. Prasad was very down to earth in explaining the processes and tries his best to minimise the cost to customer.

I had a big dent in the rear bumper. Did it while taking the reverse in tight space. Looked very big and ugly. Went to Fix my Kars and they looked at it and said they can fix this in a day and it wont even be noticeable. They were very courteous. I dropped the vehicle in the morning and in the evening,I was struggling hard to find the original dent location. Work was neat and clean. Will recommend the place.

After service looks good till payment made. After service there was some issue and promised to get it repaired. Till date they never done. Manager not responding to my calls, tried more than 30 times calling. He never responded till date. Today inemergency my car didnt started, after their service, I called him but his number not reachable or never responded. Decided this was my first and last visit.

Tried calling these service guys. First of all they werent interested to talk or have courtesy of providing basic details like their operational hours or booking process.The guy on phone says come to service centre to get details. Their service centre is quite far from my place but seeing reviews I thought of giving try and call them before driving so far without getting proper info.

Extremely bad experience with fixmukars garage. They eaten my money and later not picking up the call when problem reoccured again. So please dont give your car for any kind of service.

Horrible n lair people. Called these people and send them photos of dents which were supposed to be repaired. They gave estimate of 8-9k. I told them Ill be coming from 15 km, so provide the correct estimate. When I reached there things were totally opposite. They estimated 18k for same work. Customer service was also very poor. They cheat their customers. Please think 100 times before going there. Dont know how they got 4 stars rating. And most important there is not much difference between what they charge from authorised service centre charge.

Horrible interaction with the customer. I had send my Honda City for a touch up work on the bumper and door handles they gave it back to me with a door which could not be opened. Fix My Kars charged me 17 k for repainting two bumpers, two doors and door handles with out any negotiation expecting for the perfection I handed my car which they gave back with a broke handle and charged me 1000 extra for replacing the lock which is clearly what they broke.In case you are going to send your car for repair to this place you will have to visit this place timing and again.Please dont try calling the person who owns the place cause hes definitely not going to answer nor is he going to call you back.

Worst experience ever. They are unable to find what the problem is with my car. For a small problem they took 4 days of time. But the issue is not resolved. Mostly focusing on billing not about the customer concern. Waste of 10000rs. And 4 days of time. They are trying to convince me by saying an un necessary things. If u love your car and if you dont want to waste your hard earned money. Please avoid this.

Poor support. Service advisor forgot specific jobs told. Assigned mechanic was so slow that it took him 1.5 hrs to do a oil change. No supervision of what happens on job floor. These guy open the car and then go for spare part hunt. Would not recommend.

I had done denting and painting for my duster. Service is too good and they assist you based on the photo send to their number. I have checked with others and price quoted by them was very cheap, same time work is excellent. Manager sunder is always there to assist us.

They have a done a great job with my car denting and painting job. Color match is 100% accurate which is the most important thing. Dont forget to bargain for the charge as they ask for quite a high amount. But thats mostly everywhere.

There was a minor dent in my car. The price is based on how deep or bad the dent is. They have a minimum charge of 500 approx (excluding GST). which is quite reasonable compared to other services. The dent was fixed withing half an hour, that is too because I reached there early morning and the staff were yet to come. So it would have taken lesser than that in actual. The staff are very polite and answers to all the queries.Thanks.
