Good one. You have to leave vehicle for whole day to get it serviced.This is under the flyover.

They do service well but the problem is I paid the traffic violation fine i.e, 1. Using Mobil phone 2. Riding without helmet3. Pillion rider not wearing helmet.Total 3 fines I paid after a month when police caught me. After I check the details of the fine. then I got to know that the place was near from this place and same day only I gave my bike for service here. Apart from this they provide good service

Service as such doesnt have any complaints.There is no transparency in pricing and manpower is very much insufficient and takes long time to drop your vehicle to service.They keep calling to remind for every service and keep sending messages even if you request not to.Post service polish and cleaning was never upto the mark. You end up spending 30 minutes more to get it recleaned and polished.Lot of scope to improvement

Never ever go to this service centre if you want your to be in a good shape.Got my scooter serviced here and the brakes were too tight that the tyres werent moving free. Also they made us wait for our vehicle to be serviced because they had a misunderstanding between our vehicle and someone else vehicle which needed some extra repairing.And our neighbours too went to get their vehicle service done here and the front of the scooter had a chiseled cut. And the funny thing is their excuse for that is rat. Like how can a rat bite strong fiber which isnt even a hollow fiber.Really disappointed.

Friendly staffs and good place to give ur bike a beautiful look once again. Charges are bit more compared to local service center but quality is good.

If the service centers cant provide quality in service its better to close it down instead of duping customers..I left my vehicle for service yesterday with complaints as listed by your executive who gave a whole big good list of things to change which I agreed ,again I was called telling some more tare and ware .all said and done ,a whopping sum of 6300 charges to get back my vehicle in the same way I had left it .not even washed sadly.. totally unprofessional..it happens to be the duty of the person to check the vehicle before its handed over to customers.probably all this includes in their job profile..its not just to make profit for the center...I am totally unhappy with the way the vehicle is given to me ...if these mistakes are not rectified plz be prepared to loose out on customers too..I am one of them for now..I would never recomend this place to anyone.

Servicing is good and I didnt have a bad experience until.The only issue I have is with the approach, it is beside the flyover and returning from there is a slight hassle. Other than that I recommend this place.

Earlier the CBR servicing was great with Suraj and Veeresh. I dont know what has happened now but the quality has gone to dogs. Air filter is not cleaned, chain adjustment is not done, chain & sprocket are not cleaned. We have to remind them about this constantly before we get the vehicle. If this is not improved it brings a bad rep to a once great vehicle servicing centre.

They dont do the work properly. Even after the service, the problem persists. When their office call for the feedback, I give the feedback. They asked me to bring the bike and promised that they do free of cost. When we go there, they will generate a bill and force us to pay. For same problem, they take labour charge for several times. I have taken AMC, they offer free wash few time. If we go for Free wash, they ask Rs. 30. All these are deliberate action because it happens continuously.As you requested, I sent my contact details to you. No solution. I visited 5 (3 times they sent me back) times, the problem still persists.Edited...The below reply is just an eye wash. They just called me to check whether it is genuine complaint and did not give any solution.

I had done full service of my vehicle with many spare replacement, but they didnt inform me that subscription can reduce my bill , later when I asked the receptionist, she said bill is already generated, 5 minutes back she couldve done that.Even the bike was not ready though they had called several times to inform to collect the bike.Service was good, lot of work was there on the vehicle, but their administration service is very bad, not helpful to customers

Don’t give your bike service hereYou will be charged more for their mistakesAround 5months back everything is perfect i had a good experience but today I felt very bad, I have given the hornet bike for service according to their recommendations I have changed everything but non of them is perfect. the work has not done properly so I told mr service manager regarding the issue (a lot of issues) so he told he will take care the things after keeping the bike for 2-3 days they deliveredAfter two days I found there is a sir blocking issue in the speed of 30-60kmph so went back to service and told them issue then according to them everything is fine they said then I realise that one more issue has started that is the clutch plate issueWhat they have done they created the clutch plate issue and saying that because of clutch plate problem the air blocking is comingEven they are offered me they will discount if I changed the plate that will cost you around 6kSo I decided to complaint and I didthen I got call from them said that we will check once again bike so they took it back and said the same problemI’m afraid of some new problem will occur if I change any parts from themSo beware guys for their unprofessional work they will create series problems and they will charge for their mistakes to youList of problems1 ) even after changing rear brake pads and disk plate the brakes are not performing well2) even after changing the air filter I still have air blocking3) I have told them to change the handle bar which they have given dirty one where it has lot of black mark and rough surface I felt like it’s not original because they are not showing same one more parts to confirm4) after changing the chain sprocket I felt like the chain which they have installed is old5) they have ruined my clutch plate assembly for their mistake6) after giving complaints to Honda customer care they have offered me some discount if I agree to change the parts (clutch plate )7) I received a message from Honda care saying that the problem has been resolved which they said like customer is not agreed to change the parts8) if they have done it properly or if they have professional technicians why they are giving me discounts to change the parts9) I have told them to clean the carburettor not even touched it for the first timeAnd there are lot of small problems are thereSo guys please be careful if your planning to give services hereI have seen lot of people are having problem after given for the service.Finally I fed up with Honda service and planning to sell my bike

Here it provides services of honda 2 wheeler ....spare parts also avilable....it is beside gokula bustop ,beside flyover....little bit costly for 2wheeler services..

They charge for service but in actual work is not done. I had to take dio twice for service. Even after taking for second time None of the advisor bothered to solve problem. After complaining to Service manager he took immediate action and the concern problem was rectified immediately.I request every one to check if the invoice work is done or not.

If u love your bike then dont give here for service. Recently I gave my CBR 250 for general service I never had any brake issue after giving here for general service I am going through lots of problem with my front caliper before quality of service was good now it has become very poor.

In the same of service, all you get is just a water wash!. Your vehicle will start its routine vibration within 24 hours and by 1 week, it will come back to its state where you cant really find the value of service done a week back.

Very bad experience today with First service of my Honda Unicorn BSVI. Very bad service. One UNICORN name side sticker on the bike itself got removed during service. Chain inspection hole cap was removed and not closed it again. I saw it immediately there itself and when asked, then they are bringing that cap. This is how they are taking care of the operations. For the UNICORN name sticker they dont even have stock. They have ordered there and asked me to come back again after few days. Outside only found 2 visible issues. No guarantee about assembling internal parts. They may assemble properly or not. Difficult to check all the things for us. My first impression about service center is they are very much careless.

Customer cheating place. Had been to buy a spare for unicorn. They have a old stock and asking for new price. Over the MRP, they asked to pay. When I asked y I should they gave a silly reason price increase.

Mr. Irfan was really Customer oriented person who understood the Depth of the issues and addressed it. The rating despite the above comments is because of past experience because of which I had to move to another location of Dhruvadesh.

Service is just ok, but charges are more.They have not attended many issues reported before giving my activa for servicing. They have spoiled my scooter horn that was working well before. Milage issues are not attended. Just lubricated, little bit cleaned the body. But they charged huge 4k plus. I have given single star, that itself is more as there is no zero star or minus star.

This is a great scam service… we dont know what to do when you leave your scooter in service ... they charge for an oil change, but dont change, just wash the body and give the scooter at the end of the day .. i will never service here.. Never give your bike for service here. They have a really slow service and they dont do what you ask them to do. Had a pathetic service experience with the outlet. They didnt even deliver the vehicle on time and delayed service by two days.

Good facility, less skilled people they dont ensure if basic is performed properly, rather they focus on money extraction by telling some unwanted checks that are to be done for the vehicle. Vehicle comes with a 5 year warranty, why would they check for 3point wiring correctness and charge for it? The service advisor is delivering the vehicle without my seat bolted to the vehicle.they dont value customer time. Over all very bad experience.

Horn wasnt working so they told they will replace horn tuner . There was no problem with horn tuner as I later repaired it myself in my house instead of giving it to them by disassembling it and cleaning carbon residue between diaphragm and armature in horn.These guys want to make you buy a new part for every problem to make money . All of them are Fraudsters or scammers.

I am using this facility for more than 5 years now but the quality of service has come down drastically. The scooter is very rarely used and only within residential roads which are of good quality. But the vibration, rattling noise issue is not fixed even after spending on body resetting for 3 times. Also on an average the service cost is coming to 3+K everytime. But quality of service is not good. The service advisors are only interested to make the bill as high as possible but advising all nonsense like teflon coating, silencer painting etc..may be to achieve targets for extra perks. Overall the service is pathetic.

I left my bike at the service centre as there was leakage of coolant of my CBR...I was told that the bike will be checked and delivered in two days. Waited and called them up and they replied that the bike is ready and can pick it up, after travelling almost 15 from my place to the service centre I was told that the bike still needs to be fixed as they couldnt find the part and asked me to come after 2-3 days, waited and went to collect the bike and was shocked to see that the technician has not even observed the main issue (coolant leakage) they had just washed the bike and called me to pick it up... Again they asked me to come later as they couldnt find the part, I was actually surprised that the authorised dealership doesnt have the right parts and have to get it from somewhere else, after 11 days they called me to collect the bike... Later found that the front mudguard had deep scratches all over it.. Truly disappointed of the pathetic service they offered.. I had been a proud customer since 2013, the place once was one of the famous CBR service centres in Bangalore has lost its reputation from great to disgusting.. Have decided never to get my bike serviced at that place..I would like to appreciate Supervisor Mr. Manjunath who did help me through my hassle & responded my follow ups..The previous reviews also states the same, poor service experience.You just lost an old customer.Hope you get your service skills improved.

Relying on this place because its the only one that deals genuinely worthy all parts rather than some third party shop. The problem is they are inconsistent with the standard of service.

Its my blunder I turned up with the trust. They charged me Rs.2800 for new owned vehicles. There was a minor battery issue where they cheated with me.All total fake.

I gave my activa here for servicing,they have charged Rs 2000 for servicing. After servicing also, I have same problems as earlier like vibration, handle loose and some kind of sound from under seat. So many people suggested me not to give for servicing there. I thought they have changed their way of treating customers. PS: I gave my activa servicing only after I have received 10 calls from their side for servicing request.it s better to give your vehicle servicing to some trusted mechanic.

I gave my activa for service 4 days before and they charged me rs2500 and the next day some sound was comming and i bought my vehicle back to service station. They said that some screw is gone and the changed it. After that my vehicle started vibrating and again i bought it back to service center and they are saying that i have to change the brake pad which i had already told to changed during the service before 4 days.I think its better to give my vehicle for service outside as they do this better than these peopleIm very disappointed from the service provided .

Charging more with unnecessary service options like Denting removal etc....but they will not carry out any servicing about that.After servicing i Received my active in same day but after my inspection iam observed left mirror and brake liver is not tightened fully.. front seat safety guard/grill not tightened i am having doubt weather inside parts if dey do like this it is difficult... charged 3230 INR without oil change (including silencer painting 500Rs) This is only for general services.Suggestions for service center to keep exclusive verification personal to verify everything before delivery to customers.

This HONDA authorized service center provides service of scooters and motorcycles. As a customer of this service center for the past 12 years Im quite satisfied with the quality of service they provide. The infrastructure is good with all modern facility and is well maintained. The visitor lounge inside the service center is good. The staffs here are polite and possess a friendly character. While giving the vehicle for service all concerned points are noted down on the job card. They have a good system of contacting customer asking for their feedback after the service.However, cleanliness of the vehicle after service is not satisfactory sometimes, especially underneath the chassis. Also, the time taken for delivery of the vehicle is too much, which can be cut down.Overall it deserves a rating of 4 out of 5 stars.

Absolutely bad service. What I asked to repair wasnt done properly. Got my vehicle after 5 days which was a 2 days work. Response from the service mechanic was bad. Doesnt answer to calls nor calls back. They tell you to come at a certain time and make you wait for hours. Waited there for 5 hours. Will never go back there.
