I purchased new Honda Civic in April 2020I couldn’t use it being hi end model every 15 days starting problemBecause of covid lock down I use to call Dakshin Honda Mysuru Road they use to come and correct in March 21 completely did not move they toed vehicle said fuel pump manufacturing defect and get part from Delhi and correct again after that same problemVery irresponsible dealersEven service manager had promised 10 yrs vehicle will not trouble within 2 months misfire red signals horribleReally these people have tortured usHonda’s brand name fooled us

I had given my Honda City model 2016 for my annual service on 17th April 2020 at 12:30 PM @Dakshin Honda, Magrath Road, Bangalore and i got the call from the customer assistant Mr. Akshay by 5:00 PM on the same day saying that my car is ready to be delivered. Since it was too late to collect my car on the same day, went to service center on Monday 11:00 AM. I have taken these picture along with the kilometers so that tomorrow Honda shouldnt say that the pictures are taken quite later and so the car is so dirty. I have been charged 13, 168/- rupees for the simple service without any major change in the parts. They tell me the tyres are worn out in just 33,000 Kms and was blamed that i dont do the wheel alignment properly. I have never given my car outside the Honda Authorized dealership so far and the wheel alignment has been done as suggested by Honda in the service center then how i am supposed to be blamed for this negligence. When the bonnet was opened the dust particles were as it is and was blamed saying i have used rodent spray which i have never done, infact all the services of my car was done in Dakshin Honda, Magrath Road, Bangalore. Dust particles even the dash board as it is and it was looking the car was returned to me as it is with more complaints than the actual servicePlease see yourself the quality of the service delivered for the amount quoted and turned me out as an unhappy customer and the reliability on Honda as a brand itself has come down.

Professional people and good service. Have home pickup facility which I think is very good.

I had a worst experience where I booked for a service and once I reached they made me wait for nearly 1 hr after which nobody was attending my car . I had to drop my plan and take my car and come back. It was extremely unprofessional behaviour from the place .

Staff is attentive. They always explain servicing process and follow up if any additional changes are needed. They don’t try to sell additional services unless we ask for it

They charge very high. If your engine warranty is over, better give service outside to known garage

Staff is very careless when it comes to service. Sales staff will disconnect your call post sales, have to chase on whatsapp, not sure how they dont have time for even a small call back. Overall- you can buy your car from here but post that find another dealer nearby for everything. E.g. post RC issuance endorsement has to be done on insurance as a mandatory step, customer has to chase them for this not the other way around.

Service quality is good but they dont fix outside spares which we have replaced

Had a good experience at Dakshin Honda. Had given my car for a 20K service.The service advisor Akshay explained clearly on the need for all the suggestions made as a part of the service and let us decide on what we wanted to cover as a part of the service.

Very slow in attending. Had to wait 25 minutes to be attended. Casual approach by the staff in explaining the service details- even aggressive. Carefully watch your fuel bars- even if they run it only 2 Kms the workers use the AC freely. Professionalism needs to be worked upon. Not recommended.

My Service Advisor Mr Akshay took very good care of me and my vehicle. Vehicle got ready before estimated time. Service was quite satisfactory. Car Cleaning was too good.

Got my brake and transmission fluid changed along with general checkup. Akshay and the entire service staff are very courteous and knowledgeable. Best thing is that they arent pushy about anything.

This is the third time I’m leaving my vehicle for service and even today the wheel alignment wasn’t done. When asked they said the machine is under repair (for the third time). It is advised to do the alignment of the wheel atleast twice in a year and the staff doesn’t even explain why it should be done. And even after telling certain problems I had in my car, they haven’t fixed it yet and when I got my car back the window button was damaged not to mention, I had left my wallet in my car by mistake with 5000 cash in it. I got my wallet back with no money and they did not take responsibility for it. So for those of you who haven’t done alignment, rotation and balancing, please get it done outside!

The service done was prompt. Explanation of the services and the charges by the advisor Mr. Akshay was very clear. Adequate follow-up and timely updates were given by him. The delivery was very prompt.

We had our worst experience ever with this Honda dealership. I own 3 Honda vehicles in my household and my vehicles have been regularly serviced. I am outside the country and my mother recently called the dealership to pick-up and drop my vehicle (Honda Civic) for a regular service. They sent a service rep and got the car serviced and charged me a higher amount than a regular service fee. However, my driver was unable to start the car after the service saying that the battery was discharged and the oil levels were low. My mother who is 78 years old called and complained, and Mr. Umesh (one of the employees) has been extremely unprofessional and has been of no use always making some excuses. I request the manager to look into this matter. Dealership should focus on customer service, retaining the brand equity of Honda rather than extorting money from their repeat customers.

All that you are told while buying the car no more exists as soon as you own it. They charge like hell for every single minor service. Too too costly affair even for just a general check up.

The person who was dealing with me Mr. Vishuraj R service advisor was extremely helpful, clear in explaining and did a great job on my car. I got a repaint job done and i really must thank Mr. Sunil the body shop manager for an excellent job done. In all my years of owning the Honda i must say this is the first time i really enjoyed the experience of dealing with the staff and getting work done on my car. Pls keep up the good work.

Dakshin Honda service at Mysore Road, has given a bad experience after three years of continuous service. Two days prior have booked for a service. None followed up on a prior day notice, the where they supposed pick up the vehicle for service, they said driver is unavailable at afternoon and they will post pone the service one day late. The same could have informed prior notice not on the vehicle service pick up day.

The guys dont care for the customer at all. The quality of service has been very poor every time. No one picks calls. No one you can talk to in the service center. They tend to accept jobs where they have no spares and then make the customer wait. Their stocks are always low and very likely that this may happen. Write to Honda directly and they wont care either.Editing as a reply to your response: Replying here is of no use. updating the feedback form does not help. Should have got a call back instead. I have been their customer for the last 3 years. I own a WRV which I bought at Dakshin Lavelle Road fromMr. Prem. He was extremely good with all the paperwork and also helped with a good deal. Ofcouse 3 years later I do visit their service station for either minor issues/ servicing / recently I had two accidents in a Month. Mr Richard is the person who helps with the initially process. Extremely patient and is a problem solver. He put me across to Mr. Pavan, who again was so very helpful and I must say he took time and was very clear with communicating the problem and what can be done. They are very helpful with sorting out the insurance too. I couldn’t be more comfortable and absolutely trust them with my car. On the whole it’s difficult for a company to manager both pre and post customers care and at dakshin you will be treated as family.Thank you for the fabulous service

Had a very pleasant experience. Deserved 5 * for todays visitI went there today as my Jazz underbody was giving noises after hitting a huge bumped speed breaker. I was very nervous and scared about what would be the damage, costs, insurance, time to fix etc etc and as my past experience with other dealers was not quite satisfactory, I made up my mind for worst and decided to try Dakshin Honda which is relatively nearer for me this time.Mr. John attended the car and got it to the inspection bay and took me to the ramp. Diagnosed the impact in front of me and to my surprise the fix was very simple. Silencer got stuck to the under body and it was pulled back to be in place and thats all.. Issue was fixed in a moment. I should appreciate for being so transparent and for doing what is just needed instead of unnecessary claims. I think I found a go to place for my Honda Jazz for all future visits.Thanks a ton John !

I had a horrifying service experience today.There are a few points I would like to highlight regards to a pathetic service experience from Dakshin Honda aka elite services,1.The guy who delivered my car after service was not wearin a mask so whats the point in sanitizing the interior before delivery?and charging for it?actually it was not sanitized at all but I was charged.N during delivery they hav to use steering n floor covers to avoid dust but this guy had dirtied the carpet with his boots n not even used a seat or steering cover absolutely unprofessional presentation.2.My cars interior which otherwise is always spick has been dirtied to the extent that there are shoe marks literally everywhere and grease marks on the seats, armrest n even sides of the roof liner n they charged me for interior cleaning and my wife drives my kid around in the car which now is so dirty n needs to be cleaned before anu drive.3.Charged me a bomb literally where more than half the price was for the labour n taxes.4.Few things which were meant to be attended are left out.5.They make u pay before the delivery just to get the gate pass so u r unaware of the kind of job they have done on ur car but end up shelling out a lot of cash.Overall a very bad experience n the guy over the phone said he would look into every detail before sending the car over but all false promises n none kept.I will never give my car for service here or anywhere for that matter coz all these guys are the same they just fleece.

I visited with minor issue with my car. I met Mr. Richard. He carefully listened to my words and inspected on his own. Then within 5 min he called one expert engineer and the problem was solved in 10 min. Thanks to the entire service team. Fully satisfied. They dont have infrastructure to fix new accessories. Rest 10/10

I was skeptical before going and had contemplated to give the car 🚗 elsewhere however thought I will check. I met sunil who was the one point contact. Very patient and realistic and advisory role. Did an amazing job. Wee bit more than what I had expected in terms of costs but I guess its worth it. Good job sunil.

I had AC problem since the cooling was extremely bad though their other service station in electronic city did not attend to it or just replaced d AC filter but the problem remained the same .Since I am regular to dakshin near Garuda mall and Sunil attends my car regularly addressed the same problem . He promptly took up the AC job , though the billing was on a higher side of 5900/- for just AC it is working fine . Since a month back had paid 25K but d service was pathetic in electronic city .Appreciate Sunils efficiency ..

Ive had a wonderful experience servicing my hardly one year old Jazz here. It was a previous experience in dealing with a minor bumper damage that made me change my authorised service center to this unit. And I must say I am happy I did! Thanks to the lockdown, the car was left unused and there was major rodent infestation. Mr Avinash not only made sure I was made aware of this but also did an excellent job in disinfecting the insides with anti-rodent spray. The silencer had suffered damage during a recent road trip - this too was well identified and fixed. The best part is although I asked for a door drop, I was asked to visit and test drive the vehicle so that I am happy and satisfied. Kudos to Mr Avinash and AGM Mr Sumesh in making sure the customer service is as personalised as possible!

Had a really bad experience. Had forgot my sons wallet in the car and the people who worked there stole all the money from it. The management havent taken any action yet to find out who did it. It was very irresponsible.

I had given my Honda city car for insurance claim such a poor work done by these guys then I told them to call there GM there manager told me there is no one and work is ok we cannot do much , I have been using this service station from past 5 years plus now this kind of response even later when I spoke with my insurance company GM he also informed these guys are not good one must go to Magnum Honda , Such a shame for #Honda#Poor Service# Customer care. Will never go back to this Dakshin Honda for anything they have spoiled my car.

Really great service and the manager Sumesh was kind enough to go out of the way to make sure I got the best service eevn during the lockdown. He took care of everything and my car is in perfect condition. The whole team is really great and courteous and over the top helpful.
