Taste of its food is good, clean and well maintained. Only veg food is being served here. In weekends, little rush may be seen.

Peaceful place for a quick south indian/north indian food!

There are different people at the cash counter during different times of the day, I have seen 3 different people. But there is one uncle - he was there today morning - he is the gentleman of all in terms of customer service. I wish others were as much good in customer service. 4 stars for this particular uncle, 1 star less because I had not had very good experience when there were others.

Food quality and quantity is good Id be happy if the same goes with the staffs working there. I experienced a little attitude behaviour with some who serve food. Apart from that all is good.

It was reasonably good, food was better than most Udupi hotels.

The food is really good along with the hygiene. The kitchen is infront of you so you can see how they prepare it and you can tell them how you want it to be as per your requirement it will be served. The prices are nominal and the quality is great and its on main road and you can park your two wheeler and 4 wheeler. A must visit place if you love south and North Indian food along with nice tea and coffee.

Ok. Few days back quality of food items have improved. I was regular here and sometimes they serve overnight leftover rice and curry in South Indian meals. Ideal time is after 1:30 to order meals as that time you receive fresh batch. Overall its good but hygiene is ignored often. This time Ill make a video recording secretly and drop of coz the owner msg me and he is not happy with my honest feedback. But truth is truth as he doesnt know Im a food blogger who eats in everything day across Bangalore restaurants. I would have given zero star but options limits to 1. The tables are not cleaned for long time. Im attaching the pictures of main dosa chef who is not wearing any shower cap and behaviour is very casual. Yet owner wants good reviews and instead of rectifying their own errors the management wants only good reviews and comments on google which pleases them.

Cant expect more in that area. Rates are bit high for the area its located and not clean kitchen. You can observe it during taking items from counter. Also too much delay in serving north Indian dishes, as only 1 person for roti section and 1 person for curry section. Minium 20-30 mins waiting over weekends and also during peak hours in weekdays. Manchurian is not all good, dont get disappointed after ordering them.

Place is hygienic and clean..but i am not finding taste for idli_ samabar and sagu for puri...its something different not good..kindly change it

I had a ordered a paneer butter masala (parcel) and waited for almost an hour, n then I received during the closing time and even after I waited for so much time the paneer butter masala I got was watery. And the waiter also was very rude. It was a very bad experience

Shubha Sagar is very nice

Tried dosa here after 6 months, it used to be very good earlier. What surprises is now they provide mix of dal fry as sambhar and taste less. This I haven’t seen anywhere in Bangalore. Yes taste is no more like earlier for sure.

They claim to be a pure veg hotel. But what I got today morning is idly filled with flies. Nobody in hotel cares to talk other than to collect it back. When contacted the manager he said that this usually happens and they can arrange a replacement if needed. Anyways I lost my diet, thanks to udupi shubha Sagar. Attaching few pics as proof.

Took a parcel of Veg Biriyani today at this restaurant, but found a cockroach in it. Very embarrassed with the experience.Used to order food regularly through Zomato & gave good ratings for this restaurant. Realized it is totally Worthless.

Completely vegetarian food joint. Both south Indian and north Indian dishes are available. They have home delivery via Swiggy as well as Zomato. Dont miss the TEA over here. Its awesome.. perfectly blended with milk sugar n taste :-)

No hygiene and staffs are rude. Not only that they eat while preparing with bare hand and when I noticed n questioned them then they justified as they are checking the taste n spice but I suggest them to use spoon instead of using bare hand, then they argued that everywhere same thing they follow to check. I noticed that they were touching front face of mask frequently n using the same hand for taking vegetables n other cooking stuffs.
