This place definitely lacks a bit of class as far as the seating arrangement and the way they stack cold drink crates and a huge diesel generator right in front of the store with a makeshift handwash area and a cluttered reception but dont let the size of this place/arrangement fool you, the dishes here pack a punch.Great Tibetian food and very affordable prices with excellent service. Thukpa and thenthuk are delicious. You can ask for the Thukpa to be spicy. Always get tingmo bread along with Thukpa/Thenthuk so that you can dip it in the soup and eat it. Laphing is also a must because the spicy version has an amazing kick to it. Try out the shaptak and momos too.The owner is very friendly, understanding and accommodating. Another big plus point of this place is that 2 wheeler parking is available on the opposite side of the road. I always park opposite Khawa karpo when I am in this area to try out different restaurants 😂

A go to place for Tibetan food. The place is small but cosy, friendly atmosphere. The food is worth the price. The chicken Laphing (dry and gravy) is a must try if youre into spicy salty food.

This tiny little joint is decently tucked away among a million other eateries near the Jyothi Niwas. The place has sitting for barely 15-20 people and is usually crowded. You could expect a 15-20min wait.Now about the food ...Chicken Shaptuk is more gravy than a dry starter but is quiet tasty. The Beef Shaptuk is tastier though a tad more oily too. The Veg Manchurian had a crispy outer but a lot more soy to it. The Beef Thukpa as well as the Chicken Kheema Thukpa was yum. Chicken MomoThukpa was very fresh and bright, though i felt it a bit more saltier to my palate. The Chicken Shabaklep is more like a flattened fried Momo and wouldnt be my favourite anytime.Overall, I felt that the dishes were a bit rushed and were off the mark. But it was a rushed sunday too.

It’s been few years I have been passing in front of this restaurant and never thought of going, but I always see people wait to get a seat. It’s Located in front of the Jyoti Nivas College Gate and they have only limited seatings.We ordered Laphing and Thupka with soup. Laphing was very soft and yummy. Chicken Thupka was delicious.The waiter was good enough to explain the dishes and service was prompt. Definitely would go again.

This place is amazing. Ive been here countless times and each time the food and service is perfect. My favourites are the beef shaptek, beef thenthuk, and all of the thukpas. The tingmo is also lovely, to soak up the extra sauces/soups. They are also priced reasonably. Must visit!

One of the best Tibetan restaurants around. Its a small place but always in demand and crowded. The food tastes amazing . The service is amazing. They are patient to explain the dishes, suggest great foods and service is very prompt. Not expensive. Located on a narrow street, you might find parking difficult. Recommended to walk through the place with various restaurants of variety.Personally, I would advise to try out the Laphing and Theintung.

The best food place in koramangala with affordable price range. Never ever got their thukpa in any places and their taste is unbeatable. Never forget to taste their noodles and momos. Place is very small but taste is too good here

Khawa Karpo Restaurant is a small Tibetan style restaurant located at Jyothi Nivas College Road junction.Cuisine served - Mostly Tibetan and Chinese.The food served is really good in terms of both quality and quantity. Pleased to see that the portions served are quite sufficient for two people.A must try here is the Dry thukpa which is dish of noodles served with a thick gravy and veggies/meat of your choice.Seating is not always guaranteed especially on weekends as the restaurant can accomodate a maximum of 20 people at a time. But the food is worth the wait.😁Do visit this restaurant if youre on the lookout for good Tibetan food at a really modest budget.

Loved this place for Authentic Tibetan food - Chicken Momo Thupka is a must try food here. Spices are at their peak though you will not feal it at the time you eat. The other best foods are chicken Thupka, Chicken shapta, Momos are best no matter if its veg or non veg. Price are reasonable low, small place.

A must visit place for Tibetan dish. It is in a very small place with only 4 or 5 tables. You might have to wait for a while. Ambience is ok. Place is not so easily noticeable. The price is reasonable and quantity and taste is also good. Youll get better laphing here than in other places. Overall its 9/10. Im sure youll visit this place again and again.

This place has been one of my favorites over the course of my stay in Bangalore. Amazing food and comparatively cheap. The only problem with it is the wait. Youll be lucky if you would get a table right away. Ive only had that luck very few times.Compared to a couple of years back, the overall food rating has come down, but it still is worth it.

A lovely place, Their dishes are amazing with the perfect blend of spices and aroma. Momos are worth dying for. Thingmo ,which is a Tibetian bread, is also a must-try dish. They dont have space for a lot of people but it is worth waiting for. It is also very budget friendly.

The food tastes good, but hygiene is a concern. Have recieved hair in my food. Not discouraging but just advising to be carefull. The beef thenthuk is my usual here.
