THIS PLACE IS SHUT DOWN AND NOT IN OPERATION.

Went for dinner with family, due to continuous power on and off in the hotel we could not enjoy the evening, they were taking so much of time to switch to DG,every 15-20 minutes interval power was going and they would take more time to switch on the power, being a branded hotel their infrastructure is very poor.

First impressions matter a lot. My experience at the reception desk was very negative.So, this place gets one less star than what I would have otherwise given.The ambience of the restaurant was okay. The service was good and the service was appreciable. It has a good menu. The food can be better, a lot better. Fish fry was terribly salty. Nonetheless we had a good time.

On any Sunday, the service seems to be slow... But overall experience was good!

Im not sure if the Covid lethargic effect is still rampantly prevalent at this place.Food might be good, but somewhere the attentivity and quality of service has become very desirable.Their fastest item - Andhra Meal - took time as though I ordered an a-la-carte dish. Post that, one had to keep reminding for glass for the water, rice, etc., etc.By then I just wanted to get out and get going.If you have all the time in the world and really dont care about the service....... you should venture there.

The structure and decorations itself is old and food taste is not good. But if you want to be alone and discuss something nearby RT Nagar, its one of the best place.

This review only about the lodging facility. Please avoid this hotel if you are accompanied by elderly people, the lift really sucks.

Who doesnt like nandinis biriyani.. but rt Nagar Nandini most of the time I have visited never had biriyani :( however i had ordered through zomato and swiggy many a times to enjoy the flavourful biriyani..

Always talk to my friends about the taste of this Brand.Please Open a branch in Mumbai. Please Please Its a Request. Will soon Visit blore and relish there.

Usually this restaurant is known for its simplicity. F&B service people are awesome, and quick. They are very well behaved. But before the taste of the food was wonderful but now I think taste of food not like before any more. I think group of F&B production department has been changed. But wish they improve it as earliest. But love to visit this place.

I love the taste and RT Nagar Service, Billing team is very cooperative in urgency, regularly we are visiting. Especially for Biriyani

It was an engagement party organized in the hotel top floor which was a good service and had a good quality of food. Nandhini Hotels are very reasonable and have all the facilities available from parking vehicle to the rooms. They also have a party hall for the birthday celebrations or so.

One of the oldest hotels in Bangalore, but I dont know why they go below their standards. I ordered a take away today and to my shock they charge something called as packing amount 😑😡. Its their job to pack and even for that they want money in a lockdown. Cheap tactics. Thuuu

Very good if Andhra white rice meals is your taste. The Chicken items are also good and have a unique taste. The wash area needs to be better. Right now there is no separate wash area. The wash basin is part of a toilet. But no complains about the food and service.

Everything was good, .. Rooms, hospitality. Food was excellent. The reason I have not given 5stars is because the mirror was dirty and wasnt cleant at all. We couldnt use the mirror. Rest all was great

Loved their hyderabadi biriyani. It was not spicy but gentle tingly back of the throat heat. Mellow ambience in the hall perfect for a family to sit and have a nice meal. Its priced a little more than average but its worth it. Stewards are well mannered.

Place is in the middle of the city. You can easily reach anywhere in Bangalore without hassle from here. The place is part if a well established chain of hotels with one in Dubai. The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are very comfy and the linen is clean. The bathrooms are a little cramped owing to the age of the building but are kept clean.

If you are hungry around noon, this is the place you need to be. The hotel is famous for its melt in the mouth South Indian meals freshly served in the afternoon. However other items on the menu could be improved. Mixed opinion on the pricing; some items are aptly priced while others are exorbitant. Food can be home delivered at nominal cost.

Abysmal hospitality: Dishes were banged on the table, fingers of server in the dish, when I requested second serving (for full meals) waiter comments that my father had some left which I should use, but lastly waiter snatched plate while my father was still eating.My thoughts: Forget 2-star hospitality, even for social or personal class inconsiderate man, will you eat if your family behaved same?

Had Breakfast here with my parents and they were very excited about it. We had a great time and I am very excited about the opportunity that I had with my parents here. They were very good at serving the food items here. I was fully satisfied with the quality of the food items here are great

I had ordered food online. Chicken Sholey kebab and mutton roast. It was unbelievable for me I found a worm in chicken Sholey kebab. Its better you guys shut down your restaurant instead of serving such a low quality food and where the price is high. I mean literally you guys are hitting on our stomach. Your rating has to go in negatives Shame!!

The Manager in the dining is an mad guy. He does not know how to treat customers. It was an worst experience. Food quality is not maintained properly. when i tried to ask him about the same, he is so rude. hopeless guy. I dont know y people hire such an stupid guy as an manager. Rooms are big enough and clean, but needs maintenance. Rooms are centrally air conditioned, so one cant adjust the Room Temperature. Room service is very good, I had free Breakfast with the room and the food was really tasty with good quality. Overall, the rooms of the hotel are good, but a bit costly.

The hotel receptionists were not responsive. The location is excellent. The rooms were not up to the mark. The AC was not working. The check-in time is exactly noon. If you opt for extra bed, they​ will just place the mattress on the floor. Overall it was not so good.

Good location in the Centre of RT Nagar. Accessible from airport without passing through Bangalore traffic. Good parking area (underground). (-) cleanliness could be better.

To spend a day, rooms are okay with less effective AC. Do not expect fresh atmosphere. TV channels also not working properly. Restaurant time is odd. Complementary Breakfast variety depend on room bookings. Service is okay. If we conclude, to spent a day Hotel is okay.

No AC at reception, common or waiting area. Decent rooms, food was good. Customer service is getting bad day by day. People who intend to host functions be aware that some food that are prepared early will not be heated or servers warm. I attended naming convention and when asked why they are serving cold mashroom Manchurian, the staff said they cannot reheat the food and do not have facility to keep pre cooked food warm. This was a unexpected answer from a reputed hotel.

Worst stay ever.. They dont keep one complimentary water bottle also.. In the morning we asked for tea, they got the tea from outside and said they dont have cup with the tea. What was that? And, very old towels, The used plates were kept in the corridor by other guests were not cleaned by staff. Never preferring nandini again..

I actually went to book the banquet hall, which i really didnt like at all. Except the banquet hall the reception, waiting area,etc etc. Was really good. Yes the staff was good too

Very untidy rooms and varandah. One can only smell cigarette everywhere. Party hall is very spacious. But that positive factor can be easily ingnored seeing the cleanliness of the place. Very poorly maintained restrooms.

RT Nagar - Nandhini has lost its value. I dont prefer to go there at all. Looks like they have lost interest in this service. I am mainly commenting on the food quality & service place. Food is horrible & they are still having the same 15 yr old dirty chairs & tables but the prices have increased accordingly. I don;t recommend anyone to go here for food or drinks. Over priced for the this place.

My experience was so poor at this restaurant that i would never like to return to this. Especially the manager Vasu is an illogical person who dont serve customers with desency.

Previously this was a vegetarian restaurant. Now they have introduced non-vegetarian menu as well. Taste wise the food is good. If you want to spend some time eating and talking then good place to spend as the service is very slow.

Went for dinner today and ordered for Guntur chicken. The chicken was raw and smelling rotten. It was half cooked and tasted like onion fried with chicken. Pathetic taste. Quality of food is compromised.Only good thing was ‘Govind’ who patiently listened to me and changed the dish to a different one.

Nice place to have south indian food in RT Nagar area. Service is good. Meals and chicken starters are good. Biryani is okay to taste. Its a Bar and Restaurant, if you dont like drink smell there is another wing only for families.

Although located at a prime place, the hotel us not so maintained well. While the lobby looks to be good as soon as you come near to lift you can make out a smell. Rooms are relatively ok but many room AC is not working, insects inside room, water leaking out of roof(AC), many power plug does not work. If u want to stay please select comfort rooms as they are relatively bigger.

I ordered meals through swiggy. Found cockroach in sambar. Request to all people watch carefully and eat . Paying so much its not worth and these guys wont change their process.

No star. Because of today we had our dinner there, we ordered chicken Kebab, they served us fried chicken masala in place of chicken kebab. The chef dont know how to prepare chicken kabab. He should go for learning at near hotel such as Albek and retreat.. This is my suggestion for you.

I am not against the food been served and though I like to certain extent the food been served hereHowever, my visit on 24/09 had a surprise. Ambience was the worst here. When I visited Non-AC section, it was really stinking and tried AC section which was filled with alcohol fragrance.Starting from security to the staff standing to welcome you will make sure create confusion by guiding you in wrong direction.Hats off...

Bad experience, Ordered a normal chicken dum biriyani but we got served with some shady and salty hyderbadi biriyani which had kebab chicken in it. Also the waiter totally denied the same, Only wen the restaurant manger had to walk upto our table and agree upon the same. VERY RUDE STAFF. POOR SERVICE. NEVER GONNA VISIT HERE.
