Ambiance - Loved the place, loved the service, loved the food, slightly disturbed about music choices though 😂 but over all its a very great place to have some sushi.Food - Great soups, good sushi, I wished they suggested some authentic food than the cream cheese dumpling one just because its best selling.Though I didnt try any drinks, by seeing the other people I could say their drink menu is also well received.Excited about their sushi conveyer belt service, will visit again soon for that.Located at off 12th Main so parking the car wasnt difficult there, I recommend prior reservation to get good seats though.
The restaurant is renamed to Lucky Chan. On entry, protocols were followed and we could get a table without any delay although we had no reservation. Decor looks more like a cafe and no wher a Japanese restaurant. Coming to food we tried the egg drop soup, ramen, and prawn cheese maki..food is flavourful but not worth the over price charged. The waiter was repeatedly hurrying to take orders and was asked to order everything at once and no further order will be taken. Rainbow dumplings parcelled had just a single colour. Dissapointing place.
The costs are very Bangalore-y or too costly but this gives you a whole new experience. Should try this.... Oh by the way, great ambiance!
Bad Service. Bad experience overall. Average food. This is not Misu I knew for sure. Would not recommend to dine in here.
Bad service, bad food. Do not recommend dining here.
A recent find for me and have visited this place twice. The interiors and decor of this place is very well done , kudos to the designer and the owners. The overall look and feel is good.Positives: Menu offers a good range options with a call out of vegan options. Like how they have made it easy for customers to identify the various dishes and clean , uncluttered layout of the menu.Food is yummy with decent sized portions and to top it off a friendly staff. Im in love with their serving dishes minimalistic design, just the way I love it.Try the tofu, green papaya salad and their dimsum are delicate and yumm, my mouth waters as I type this review. Beer cocktails are good.Negatives: parking considering its a main road can be tough at times.Service can improve in terms of speed.
Very good Asian fare served in a rather simple manner contrary to the loud interiors of a place screaming for attention. Not to forget, the great service which is attentive to indulge you and your stomach, is a bonus at an otherwise pretentious place calling out to take a chance and eat your heart out.
It was good to visit a nice and neat place after lockdown. Food was really good Keep it up. Thanks
This particular Misu had newly opened and me and a few friends were very eager to try it out. Went there a little late at around 1030. Ended up having the crab and prawn Maki. Was really good. The wine based cocktails were alright. Was expecting better. The restaurant shuts pretty early at around 11 so dont make the same mistake we did by going in late.
Its not the real Misu. The food was mediocre and over priced, service was slow and delayed but the staff was polite and well trained. The decor makes it look more like a cafe cum patisserie rather that a Japanese restaurant. If you want the real Misu experience stick to Saint Marks road restaurant.
Their cream cheese dumplings, the sushi, the laksa... This place is perfect for asian dining with a Japanese twist!
One of the better dining experience I have had on recent years.
The service was poor but the food was tasty and good
Misu is definitely a place which strikes to most of our minds when it comes to Pan-asian places. This place has been sitting in my brain from quite a long and finally got some time to pay a visit. Now Misu has opened its door to serve the folks of Indiranagar as its second branch in the city.I was there with a cluster of food admirers to indulge in their pan-asian delicacies. My recent visit to Misu was quite delightful. Would you like to know more about it? Take a look at the dishes I delished there👉Som tum salad :The richness of shredded papaya and carrot with peanuts is truly a bliss. Mild sweet taste of papaya and honey dressing brought a pleasant flavour to the dish.👉 Raw mango salad :Fine pieces of raw green mango was served with cherry tomatoes and traces of onions. The tomato and mango has got a tangy taste. This is a must try.👉 Thai style tofu satay :Fresh and tender tofu is fried to golden perfection with pieces of capsicum. This dish is accompanied by peanut sauce. The taste of tofu with slightly spicy peanut sauce is utterly delicious.👉Know suey :Plain noodles are accompanied by coconut gravy, cubes to egg white, soya sauce, dried ginger, peanuts and minced pieces of onion and coriander. The gravy is moderately thick in consistency and less spicy. Once you mix the toppings, this dish has an equilibrium to flavours. The coconuty flavour of gravy and ginger tasted great.👉Kung pao chicken :Fresh and tender pieces of chicken are fried to golden perfection with adequate amount of pepper and spices. One of the best starters to initiate your meal with.👉Japanese soufflé cheesecake :This jiggly and fluffy cheesecake is a show stopper! You could sense the taste of fresh cheese and a sweet syrup layered on its top.👉Matcha greentea Garden :The lemon grass ice cream served in the plate was absolutely fresh and refreshing. Greentea flavoured chocolate mousse was good, but it could be better.Undoubtedly, you can mark misu as one among the authentic pan-asian restaurants in Bengaluru. Do explore this place at your leisure.
A fine dine with beautiful metallic interiors serving pan Asian cuisine. The place is not too big and has limited seating space, in a way good as one can avoid the hustle of too much crowd and enjoy a quiet comfy dinner. The food menu encompasses a lot of variety, We tried quite a few things right from sushi, dimsums, salads, noodles, satay, khow Suey. But I felt the flavours need to level up in comparison to their competitor restaurants. Unlike the food the drinks menu is pretty limited and bit expensive .My favourite takeaways from overall dining experience would be the salads and matcha green tea garden. I can come back any day just for the ice cream. The pan Asian fare however lacks lustre and needs to be worked on. Service was courteous.
Food was too costly and not worth for money.I have given 1 star only because of service but they even charge more amount as service charge.
We were recommended to this place by our son, for our anniversary lunch. We loved it! It was a unique experience as we were not only served different cuisine but also instructed on how to extract the maximum taste out of what we were served.
Nice ambience. Variety of Oceania cuisine. Range of Thai, Korean, Japanese, Indonesian cuisines are available. Taste could be better. Chicken karage had a very thick crust over the chicken. Shanghai Chicken was sort o chewy rather than being succulent. Thai Wok friend rice was pretty bland. Cost was high but quantity was too less, example the momos were 350 but just 4 in number. Overall, can try one time.Excellent service, very very kind staff.
Good food and ambience...loved the place.
Nice place to visit for Pan Asian cuisine. A few hits and a few misses in terms of the food. Ambience is decent and not a very fancy one.Tried the following:1. Green Mango Salad - Delicious2. Som Tam Salad - Perfect3. Thai Style Tofu Satay - Cooked to perfection and a delicious eat4. Veg Steamed Wonton Chilli Dumplings - It was not at all to my liking. Too much of Schezwan Chilli Sauce actually spoilt the dish5. Spicy Tofu Avocado Maki - Loved this to bits ; great flavour and presentation was excellent6. Thai Wok Fried Rice - Appetising7. Veg Hakka Noodles - It was nice8. Veg Khow Suey - Very disappointing ; looked pathetic and watery which is not the consistency and tasted bad too9. A Tofu gravy - Forgot the name but again I could only taste the soy sauce ; It was badThe desserts more than make up for some of the misses above. The desserts are awesome and leave you craving for more. Dont forget to try the Matcha Green Tea Garden and Banana Mousse with Nutella.Service is good.
A great place for pan Asian food. Lovely decor and good quick service. Very courteous staff-. Food was good . We ordered dim sums chicken pot stickers as a starter followed by main course. Wanton mee chicken was a noodle dish with great flavours. The Moo goo gai pan was a bit bland but went well with the garlic fried rice. The prices were on the higher side but overall a great experience.
There is no Misu Indiranagar. There is just lucky Chan, and they claim to offer the same service but the menu is pretty limited. Service was slow as well but I suppose it can be attributed to an unusually busy night. Most stuff on the menu was unavailable, however what was available was pretty good.
Good food specially their makis. Love the appetizers, their soft shell crab is a must try. Loved their nasse goren. Ambience is good too, except for the table closer to the kitchen. Polite staff and very customer focussed. The only draw back is the stained furniture. The cushions of the chairs n tables are very stained. Need to be careful about the clothes one wears to the restaurant.
I would rate this place amongst the top 2 places for Asian food in bangalore 👏🏾
MISU has become Lucky Chan. Although food menu is not the same as before and Ambience during day time is not special... The food was amazing.... Every dish was tasty... Worth a visit... I will go back....
Misu never disappoints. Udoon noodles, zoodle, avacado maki is my favorite. Also dont forget to try matcha green tea. Place provides valet parking.
They dont know how to make wasabi. If you are a Japanese restaurant and dont know wasabi there is A Huge problem. We order Edamame wasabi domain - very heavy and no flavors (mainly because the flavoring element was completely lost). Also there was no texture to the item- having all the Edamame ground so much was an issue. The tom kha soup was decent but too salty. The avocado maki was made reasonably, but the lack of flavor on the ginger and wasabi made it a bland dish.Service staff are really good.
Amazing place!! You should totally just go for it!! Theres plenty vegan options and everything tastes out of the world!! Make sure you ask for a server called Hito, hes really kind ^^
Delicious pan-asian food. I especially recommend the green mango salad, the coconut shrimp sushi and the miso ramen. So yummy. Dont miss to try the sdpicy sauces too.
Best Pan Asian restaurant in Indiranagar
Nice and cute Pan Asian restaurant, please try their Spicy avocado sushi, Kung pao chicken & Banana MouseA Must visit place for all those who loves Sushis & DimsumsThey are even on all delivery platforms & tied up with Zomato gold which will definitely make this brand a pocket friendly one for all
Good food and good to have party
Loved everything about this restaurant. The location perfectThe ambience CoolThe menu Has a great varietyThe food Sumptuous and yummy!!!Loved the prawn Har Gao and the Shrimp Ramen the most. The Indonesian bean salad was okay and The California Maki pretty average. Dint have room left for dessert so left that for my next visit.Overall this is one place Id be visiting very frequently. Loved it
Good spread of pan asian food. Well priced, try desserts
The restaurant provides Oriental food. The decor & furniture is of cheap quality and does not have adequate space for dining for a family of four. The table was quite cluttered up even though we had ordered less No of items. The food quality is forgettable & so is the meager quantity that I do not wish to dwell upon. The ambience, decor quality & quantity of food does not justify the prices of the dishes.
Hot and sour soup is good. Tried marble prawns, Taste- avg, Portion- avg, Pricey for the quantity they served
Nothing special. Some common asian dishes.Service is ok
Wanted to visit Misu but turns out its Lucky Chan now that just serves Misu. The ambience did make up for it though. Food wasnt as good as it couldve been.
I was impressed with the classy interiors here. Ordered a veg classic Bao and some garlic fried rice. The watermelon cooler was really refreshing - I would definitely drink that again.Good pick for Asian food. This place justifies its high rating on zomato..
Cream cheese dumplings are good, so are other dim sums. Will visit again.
A very nice restaurant for south east asia flavours in Indiranagar. Great ambiance and service. Had great time with my family here. Dont miss the dumplings(veg and chicken both were good). Lastly, amazing deserts served 👍 Tried the japanese soufflé cheese cake and it was mindblowing!
The food was great
Good food and great location. A little pricey for what they offer.
Good location. Valet parking. Exterior looks more like a night club. Ambience is a bit different. The metallic decor gives it the different look. Music doesnt go with the theme. The seating can be better. Some of the starters were very good. But if you are used to South East Asian Cuisines very well you may find some deficiencies.Overall a satisfactory experience.
Ordered Chicken Pho for lunch. Tastes like a really watered down actual pho. There is no meat flavor in the broth. Chicken was not cooked along with the broth, it tasted like it was added just after I ordered (like the way fast food fried rice is made) Quantity also is very less for the price you pay. Ive had better phos in other places. No other condiments like fish sauce, etc. were provided. Besides that, who adds Pad Thai noodles in a pho? what happened to thin rice noodles?
Tasty South East Asian food.Try the Nasi Goreng and Soft Shelled Crabs.Didnt know what to make of the ambience.Valet Parking available
I have been to Misu twice in the last 2 weeks, with my husband. That should say something 😊 Their menu is quite exhaustive and the taste is great. A lot of places have a very limited menu for vegetarians. But Misu menu didnt disappoint my vegetarian husband. They also have food festivals with a special menu for those weeks. We loved what we tried during the Japanese food festival. The team is also very polite and they made our anniversary very special. Thanks a lot Misu! Looking forward to the upcoming Korean food festival!
Superb flavors...loved it.
We had a good time here in this elegant little restaurant in Indira Nagar. The food is good and reasonably priced. Beverages are always outrageously expensive but cant complain on that because thats how it is everywhere, isnt it? The service is friendly.Theres a valet service to take care of the eternal parking problems.I wish the choice of music was a bit more varied and discerning.
Decent ambiance, food and price. With the quality one would expect from a fine dining restaurant. Located at prime location. Nothing too extraordinary or subordinary in terms of taste. Worth visiting once. Service was also good.
If you are looking for a unique dessert experience, head to Misu and try out their Singapore Style Ice Cream Sandwich (Lemongrass). Yum yum yum! A definite must-try.
Cozy place near Domlur. Interesting decor but lighting gets a bit too dark. The chairs are cramped: you cannot get up without disturbing the person sitting behind you. The food itself is quite good, lot of variety here even for a vegetarian like me. The coconut based soup is quite good, as are the dumplings. We tried the grilled mushrooms which were okay. The avocado starter is a must have. Deducted one star mainly because there are a few better restaurants for Japanese/Chinese/Thai cuisine in the city and while the food is good, it doesnt really stand out in any way. However if you are in the vicinity, do try it out.
Food was wowwwww
This restaurant is trying to do too much. Most dishes I tried were average. There was little special which impressed.
I love there food it really amazing every one shot try it thanks you guys for amazing food experience
Food is so good that we forgot to take snaps until the very end. Excellent variety. Something for everyone. Food portions are a bit small and place feels a bit crampy. But the service and taste makes up for it. Most importantly each dish tastes different. The coconut flavoured soups is exceptionally good, strong but not too overpowering. The Burmese ginger salad (veg) is a must try for all.
While I would rate the food and the ambience a 5/5, the staff needs to be trained to be empathetic and a bit more responsive. Food as always was undoubtedly outstanding.
Nice concept with exotic dishes. Quick service. Could have given a better rating if the food was warmer, music less loud and lighting less dim. Its a new place so, most likely these will be addressed soon.
What you would expect from a fine dining place. Nice ambiance, good food and great service.
Great food and amazing pan Asian choice, I just wish they had more options for their sushi(seafood ones)
Absolutely good food and the ambience was top notch. The service was really good with some very polite people around.
Nice ambience with very good food. We ordered the green mango salad and the Som Tam Thai both of which were excellent. The masaman curry is a must try. The staff is efficient and courteous. Dining here was a pleasure.
The place is small and the ambience is nothing great to write about. The food is indianized version of oriental. Tad overpriced for the mundane food and overall experience. Would not recommend.
This is the Asian restaurant and the good part I liked about this restaurant is that non of there starter were below average level and even price is not that high. We were group of six non veg lovers and we had ordered for totally 4 starters to start with and this filled our stomach almost and then we ordered for main course and I was expecting I would not be able to finish it all but to my surprise the main course portion was just optimal so that I could finish that one too
Amazing food. Music and ambience can get better! ❣️
The food is good, but the ambience doesnt justify the prices. The air conditioning wasnt working and the music suits a night club rather than a fine dine restaurant. Over-priced, and underwhelming.
Nice ambience... Warm reception... And d food...just awesome... Too good
Good food, but very small portions for the price.... The staff can help.by explaining the dishes for those new to some cuisines...
Great food just like the other branch. However the ambience here is more relaxed and the place is a lot more spacious
What you would expect from a fine dining place. Nice ambiance, good food and great service.Expect the price to be at par for the service and food you get (pricey!)
I really liked food
For a place named Misu, the Japanese selection is very limited. There are barely any sushi or maki rolls on the menu. I tried a couple and the sushi was very loosely wrapped, ratios were all off. I wanted to order their red snapper but it was out of stock. We ordered a few other dishes from the Thai selection but they were all big let downs. I would recommend skipping this place altogether. I will not be going back.
Both veg and non veg Sushis are out of the world. Amongst the best I have eaten in India. Orange Earl grey tea mocktail is really refreshing
Japanese cuisine is my favourite and this place is my absolute favourite. Misu aced Japanese cuisine. Even the kimchi is light and delicious. Its an absolute gastronomic delight. The Miso soup, avocado and tofu sushi, green curry with jasmine rice was super yumm. The ambience could have been matched to make this place more authentic but no worries. Loved it.
Hands down the best pan Asian place in town!
Slow service and ramen broth tasteless
Not as overwhelming as I thought it would be. Food was not bad. No need to add in bucket lists
Good ambience and service. Over priced for the quantity and taste. Thai golden bags, pineapple fried rice, fruit punch, japanese cheese cake were good.Do not try Shanghai hot and sour soup.
More than acceptable asian food with good sushi rolls, great baos and a special mention to the Thai curry noodles(I must say that was exceptional).Ambience overall was good owing to a rustic, crisp theme. Definitely going there again!! Also dont forget to try the cocktail Mimosa 😁
