Serving as a medium and tool to enhance diplomatic ties with the world
Its okay but let me tell you something. Delaying the monthly allowance makes students suffering because they only depend on it and no others sources to obtain money.So kindly send the allowance at the beginning of every month
They are good but they should pay more attention to students and make their wellbeing a priority,release the stipends on time why make other kids suffer!
I am extremely grateful to ICCR for blessing me with a scholarship and giving me the opportunity to become independent !
Really bad in everthing, work cooperance, they are not ready to deal with international students
