Its a good place... Though it is situated in Bangalore outskirts but the property is good. And you will be in the lap of nature away from traffic with immense peace.
Located in a village surrounding and having budget apartments, suitable only for mini size family. Kitchen is small and bedroom sizes 10x11 feet. For getting essential items, a small grocery store in basement. Other amenities like gym, children play spaces and mini swimming pool are there.
Its been almost 2 years and 1yr maintenance period is almost over but promised amenities are still incomplete. They promise a lot of things when booking but in reality rarely anything is true

And if u have a XUV , u dont even have the space to open doors after the car is parked.Really dissapointed. Here is my honest review:Pros:1. Affordable2. Builder is empathetic to the concerns of the residents3. Staffs are friendly, responsive and courteous4. The Quality is at par to the price they chargeCons:1. Delay delay delay - this has been the major concern for the customer who has bought this project2. Amenities not yet completed3. False assurance and promises by the sales team.I guess this has been issue with almost all other projects of any builder.Since I always has a positive response from them, I rate 4 stars.ThanksSathish
I am searching for zero star. But not. Worst builder. All fake promises. Delay means 6 to 8 months. But in there case delay means years. Almost 3 years. Stupid

One of the best apartment in around this area, good security and safety measures visitors not allowed without the approval to the main gate security. this apartment located in very peaceful atmosphere. apartment view was awesome from balcony. full greenery taht every one loves.From attibele its around 3km olny drawback is public transport. If u had a own vehicle then this apartment is a good choice for you.when its come to quality of apartment it was very good in this affordable segment.site staffs very helpful. ✌️✌️♥️
Sowparnika is providing the rooms at very good price. But the place is very remote. Still we can get good connectivity through BMTC and they are also providing cab to and fro the bus stand. Rooms are little cozy but at the price point Sowparnika is providing is a quite good deal.

Architect dint understood the meaning of compact Apartment properly.Living Area is finished with 4 people.No space to walk with king size bed in Bedrooms (10x10 size).
Very worst service. Had to cancel the site that was booked with 60k advance due to inconvenience. Applied for cancellation on April 21 2019 and they said they will refund 50k in 90 days. The deadline was on July 21 2019. Its October 8 2019... no refund yet.
Not built as per layout shown. Looks congested, poorly planned, quite far from hospital. Quite far from the citys noise.
My search for a home which not only suits well to my budget but also gives me the extra merit of a good location came to end with Sowparnika Tharangini. I was told about this project by one of my office colleague who bought a home there. I am waiting for taking possession in my new home by mid of next year.

As everyone mentioned,till you pay the money the management will be running after you and once payment is done you have to run after them and get frustrated.There is no proper communication between head office and people at site.The construction is very late and no proper updates.Not sure when will they give the possession and its very irritating.Would suggest who are looking for property to go with other builders. People facing issues should go for Rera complaints. Builder is mentally harassing people.
Overall Property looks Okay for us, as per our requirements in the given Price range.Only challenge is , before you pay Money the Guys would be behind you from Headoffice.After you pay full amount, they won’t care whether you get possession or not. Nobody is going to follow up with you. Very bad attitude from Headoffice Guys. So be careful.Now, I am struggling from past ~2months for Possession & Still after visiting site got to know some work still pending. It’s really frustrating.Lots of Gaps between Headoffice & Site people. It’s causing very bad impression amongst buyers.
Hi, I recently bought flat here in C block. I wanted to share my Experience so, it can be helpful to other buyers.Overall Property location is Village like, so Calm & Serene environment. Flats are suitable only to Small families upto 4 to 5 members. Only advantage is Lower price point in market.Now, Regarding Sowparnika service quality either from Headoffice Or Construction, is not very Good.To Construction : Poor fittings, Loosened paintings, improper finishing etc is very common to find.To Headoffice : They would be behind you, only until you pay Full money I.e. Until you finish Registration & Loan sanction etc..For possession & ensuring all work is done for flat, you need to be behind them ; as after you pay money they wont care about you. So be Careful.Consider all these things & Align properly to Builder beforehand to avoid all these frustration, we have gone thru.Best wishes..
Builder is good but very far location
Sowparnika is the on the best Real Estate builders I have ever Seen along with the best CRM team. The Swoparnika Tharangini is one of their best constructions. The staffs are also very helpful and loyal.I am very happy by booking my flat in Sowparnika Tharangini.
It is a good apartment, well built and the builder is a well know builder and has completed several projects in Bangalore.This particular project was good, spacious and the layout was nice. The pricing was good and the sales executive can give you some discounts on the square-foot price and maintenance charges. The price what you see in the ads is not what you get. It will be bumped up and then discounted and it all depends on your negotiation skills.I didnt go for the property because its in upcoming area and not suitable for working professionals and non natives. As it is in a remote place with bad roads and no street lights it would be risky at nights. For basic provisions the stores are atleast 3kms away. I dont think OLA, Uber, Swiggy, Zomato etc will be serving here anytime soon.It might be suitable for retirement people or native Bangaloreans.

Ongoing project, but the location and the apartments are really very big and spacious..
Good project for Budget buyers but they dont have OC/CC to give. Also project amenities not completed yet entire facility is left un-finished. Builder not ready to listen anything on point OC and CC neither they have intrest to complete the project even basic LIFTS are not there in Block D,E there is only one service Lift in Block A,B,C. Whatever promised and shown in brochure not exactly same. They even changed the Building plan. Its not ready to move as none of things working. STP, Child Play area , Cricket Pitch , Car Parking also not alloted. Project already crossed more than 1 year ahed timeline and still management dont have any clue when they will finally complete the project.Think twice before purchasing any Sowparnika Property.
Sowparnika Tharangini on Sarjapur Road, Bangalore is a wonderful project which is a really good option to invest in. The amenities let you escape from the hurried city life, yet connects you conveniently to all key urban infrastructures with an equivalent distance to three Major IT Hubs of Bengaluru. The aesthetic architecture has 160 spacious 2 & 3 BHK apartments.
Tharangini is an excellent residential property. Very well planned at the right location.
Builder is very slow in terms of providing the amenities... Its been a year now Builder didnt give OC CC certificate.For this price range location is good. In 30 mins you can reach Bellandur/ECity/Whitefield because of good road connectivity.
