Good building and great facilities, low rating because its been recently built by cutting into a reserve forest that is one of the last lung spaces of Bangalore city. Though it feels like it is outside the city, it is well connected by metro trains and cabs. One side of a few blocks offers great views of the reserve forest. Practically no traffic sounds. Medical facilities are not very close by, though there is an ambulance at stand by at the apartments. The cost of the apartment makes it strictly for the privileged.

Excellent Apartment Complex right next to Turahalli Reserve Forest. Beautiful views. Nice well maintained landscape ,clubhouse is awesome. Swimming Pool is Olympic size and feels like a resort.Maintenance rates are lowest in Bangalore ,excellent MC managing the place very well. Some disgruntled souls may give negative feedback, hence its better you visit the apartment and see for yourself the facilities, etc to have first hand experience. Its a resort like feeling in the concrete jungle of Bangalore 😊,feel good here .

I loved this place.. some fresh air in Bangalore finally.. my kids enjoyed the play area and other amenities here.. it was a nice break from our routine to visit my friend who resides here. Although it will become crowded further as the ratio between the number of flats to the amenities provided seems extremely less.

My brother stays here. Very neatly maintained apartment complex. Enough open area and well equipped clubhouse. Nice children play area. Maintenance is on little higher side. Quality of apartment is top notch.

Good quality construction. Great club house with badminton, reading room, swimming gym.Oak tower has larger flats. Sizes of flats varies. Most are Sobha-standard smaller bedrooms but you can find flats that are larger. Not all flats have views of the forest. Hallways to flats are confined.

A truly unique apt complex. Adjacent to a 500 acre reserve forest (the last forest inside bangalore city limits) and still just 1.5 kms from an upcoming metro station (talaghattapura). It is close to both Kanakapura and somapura NICE tolls providing seamless access to connected areas. And then there are all the great things you associate with Sobha: Excellent quality of construction, good amenities, great neighbours. Very well managed complex (kudos to the successive associations) and a vibrant community that has an eclectic and diverse mix of people from different professions. The surrounding areas are still developing but it is just a matter of time As metro launch is on the anvil (imagine breezing off to indiranagar, mg road and whitefiled from this far end of the city). A unique living experience away from hustle and bustle of Bangalore city and still not remote enough to feel cut off from the city. A great cocktail of “nature” and “Sobha”. 😊

Awesome forest. Turahalli forest is a great retreat, calm among chaos. Good for a nature walk, biking and trek. The temple on the top of a cliff is historical. The view of the city from the cliff gives a perspective. A perfect place for a weekend.

Everything is good about the place, if not amazing. Less stars due to rude and autocratic management committee. They would never consider even genuine requests from residents. Otherwise well built community with nice views of forest, and adequate open areas. The club house is too small to accommodate close to 750 flats. only one badminton court and limited facilities gets really crowded during peak hours and weekends.

This apartment community is well planned. Ample play area for kids, space for elders to walk around. The location is peaceful with the Turahalli forest just beside it!.

Had been there for my friends housewarming ceremony. There are numerous blocks, each block has 26 floors. The name justifies the view from the apartments. There are various facilities including a full fledged gym, yoga room, swimming pool, grocery shop and even an ATM inside the premises. Only disadvantage is that the location is somewhat outside of city. The accessibility will be better once metro is operational in this area.

Good place and just loved it. My cousins lives here and ample space to play with well maintained atmosphere and with parks,clubs,pooletc.I am just amazed.

Sobha developers have every right to be complacent about their construction. This forest view apartments are excellently built far off from the polluted atmosphere of the Bangalore city hub. Perfect place for new couples to start a home with a decent price tag and all amenities near by available.

Its very Near to NICE road take 2nd exit that is Kanakapura road exit. Only 4KM from there. Just 10 minutes drive.

A super premium luxury project where sobha developers have taken their super premium customers for a ride. Cheated them by extremely poor quality construction, sub stastandard fittings, false promises of exclusivity and the worst association in entire Bangalore city. Its nothing but a sham of a project by sobha. The so called quality of Sobha developers is just a myth. They should be now crowned as the worst developers in India. Having paid a premium you expect quality and value but all you get is cracked walls, cieling plastering falling off and door frames coming off. The association was run by retired defence personnel as their personal fiefdom. A shame really.Dont fall for the brand name. Beware. Save your selves and your money. Dont buy. Dont invest.

Good place , but dont expect a forest like you see in movies ... Even if flats are too costly you can buy it coz of the (brand) ... You can see the forest from your flat but its not really as you expect ... Good air from forest and its not so polluted and good facilities ... But not friendly securities, they behave as if they are some kind of guardians of Shobha ... They dont know Kannada or any other languages , they dont behave good .. rest everything is fine , and I recommend Shobha for its safety and a good view ...

This is an AMAZING residential complex. Just off Kanakapura road. The apartment is right next to the very famous Turahalli forest. Its calm quite away from all the noise and pollution of the city life. The area around is rapidly developing with Mantri and Forum malls coming up close to the apartment ( radius of 6 km approx). Bangalore Metro work is under full swing and is very close to the apartment.(phase two) This area comes under the green line . Closest metro station is about 1.3km away. Two nice road toll gates are close by which also cuts travel time to other parts of the city.(Kanakapura to gate and sompura toll gate)If this review was helpful please leave a like.Thanks.
