Nice apartment, bit interior in Sarjapur road. But they have good facilities including water treatment plant and play area for kids. The only con is the high rise apartment coming nearby which will entirely block the sunlight to one side of the apartment. Note : I didnt stay here, just visited though.

It is one of the best place to stay near Sarjapur road. It has superb apartments plus gym and swimming pool. Rent and buying the apartment is really costly, but in Sarjapur you will barely get a nice house at a low price.

Bought a 3 bedroom apartment in Concorde Amber location for now is not in crowded area, peaceful nice views! Near to carmalram railway station! Wipro corporate office! Decathlon!

Very expensive . Located in interior of Hoda Siddapura village off Sarjapur . Road leading to the project is very narrow and in poor condition with minimum light for night time. High rise coming up nearby so sunlight and ventilation blocked here.

Pros : Concorde Amber has around 130+ houses that includes 2 & 3 BHK.Located just 200 meters away from the back gate of new IT Park (RGA IT Park) has all the required aminities like recreation center, Swimming pool, basket ball court & children play area.It has a DG backup and well maintained currently (by the builder Concorde , it will be handed over to the apartment association by the end of this year.Most of the residents are IT people and very friendly.Cons: Currently, there is no much connectivity from the apartment gate to Sarjapura main road which is exactly 1 KM, hope to see some shuttle services soon. As the area is still improving we do not have good options for grocery or vegetables as we have to depend on local stores. Its around 4-5 KMS from Wipro office where we can find decent shops like M.K Retail or Star Market, hope to see similar shops near by Amber Apartment soon (may be in an year), as the IT Park has started with few companies already settling down.
