Being a resident of Adarsh, Ive to say that the flats are real nice (at least mine is). Amenities are good. Gym could be a bit better in terms of facilities. The elevator facilities are the worst ever. Probably worst in the whole world. Ive never in my life come across such horrible elevator services. I live on the 8th floor and i walk all 8 floors. Lift always gets stuck. And it happens in all the blocks and not just mine

Was there only for a house party for an evening. Seemed like a good apartment, with good facilities and big swimming pool. Seemed to have a good crowd and society. A well made and ventilated 2BHK. Had a good time.
