One the best apartments on Jalhalli east, Vidyaranyapura post. No issues with water, people or the management. Best part is the hygienic gym, pool, baby day care, bedminton and Table tennis indoor rooms. Love the view from my balcony.

Apartment located in best place always calm and peaceful. Security and cleaning team was good... And they provided gym, badminton and Table tennis to spend our evening awesome

We purchased a flat in 2016. We are very happy with the administration. They helped us all through, from giving us all the papers required for the housing loan up to the registration of the flat. The maintenance is also very good. The association is proactive and addresses the concerns of the members promptly. They are friendly and helpful.

Good place to take a flat on rent. Please do not buy a flat as the material used is not up to the mark. Most of the flats have developed cracks in them.

Budget apartment with no frills. Located in North Bangalore so its far for people who works at other part of the city like outer ring road and electronic City. Location is still kinda remote yet to be developed, so uber, ola, swiggy and zomato availablity are comparatively less.

Hi I am the resident , the apt is good looking from outside , but don’t waste your hard earned money on this apt , the builder has used very cheap quality materials either it’s a tile , brick , doors etc , we are residing in the apt from 3 yrs , there were cracks from the first year itself, and there are lot of issues , the builder doesn’t respond for any problems or suggestions ,and the alloted car parking is just a mess ,they have mentioned amenities like children’s play area ,swimming pool , not even 10% the builder has provided us by taking so much of money, better not to waste your money ,many owners in the flat have already rented the house bcoz after seeing the quality you will really start feeling that buying this apt was the biggest mistake, the apt is full of cracks, if anybody is willing to buy the apt plz think 10 times and try to contact 10-20 residents of the apt they will show you all the cracks and cheap quality issues

I had a bad experience even before buying. I was impressed by the photos and reviews and was keen to explore the apartment.I spoke with the builder Who mentioned that I can visit the site on Sunday till 4pm.Unfortunately when i went to the site no one was in their office to show me around.When I called him he didn’t respond and didn’t even return the call. Waste of my time.

Amazing space this apartment provides. This is first project of this Hyderabad based builder in Bangalore. Each apartment is bestowed with borewell and other water connection. Best part is no common walls, mad good provision for light, excellent build quality, very near to Indian Air Force campus, secured and has security round the clock, ample parking space, Good locality, access to hospital, college, stores etc. And many more. Fascinated by all these I have purchased one house and already seeing appreciatiation in value.

Writing this review because , builder is not responding to the problems of flat owners, after several meetings with him. Still he is very negligent about the open issues.1) Poor construction quality - Lots of issues with existing flats, like wall cracks, seepage, quality of doors and windows, if rains, roads become raja kaluve, tiles broken in bathroom & kitchen, etc...2) This is not gated community - (No compound yet, disputes with surrounding land owners, some of them resolved, not sure if all other related problems solved. No proper Security here.3) About builder - Does not communicate progress, even after followup from flat owners from last few years. He is very negligent, does not care about flat owners. He just wants to make money from all ways, compromising with quality of work.4) Amenities are not as promised. Yet no swimming fool, kids play ares, club house and many moreStill many more issues to write.

Very peacefull from the hustle of the city but equally far off. getting Ola & Uber difficult. Online delivery of food too difficult. Spacious flats and lobby. But some compromises required to reside here

I have come across a wide number of builders and developers in the city of Bangalore. I must say that they have well furnished homes . The executives are really supportive and help me in purchasing the home of my choice .

Low budget, compared to the typical bangalore. Quiet area to live in. Good quality. Cheaped out on some annoying design aspects. Area is on the edge of Bangalore, separated by a good length of road with Defence quarters on both sides.. so pretty silent and scary to travel at night. Parking is a mess, pillers all over, no way a full-size sedan or SUV can go through the piller-laiden lot. Overall good.
