The apartment is self sufficient with door delivery of the essentials on a daily basis... Well built, good parking spaces spread over two floors for the residents and also visitor parking area. The security department is good too with details taken for every visitor and approval by the residents through the apps. Occasionally stalls are put up by different brands which are another bonus too!! The surroundings are peaceful, spacious corridors, houses are well lit and good air circulation too... The nearest metro station is about 2.5-3kms... The roads that lead to the Apartments are generally isolated and badly maintained without even tar roads!!!

They hv stp right in front of d gate n it stinks sooo badly, just cant stay for half mnt also. Normally its put at d bk in other apartments. Here its located just in d entrance.
