Great location. Sitouts are traditional types not sliding or French window types atleast for the ones I have seen. All the best to the builders.

Very poor quality of project. I have visited it 2 times. Its not more than 1 year but you will see multiple cracks in wall and roof. The floor plan is also very poor.Overall 3rd grade poor quality apartment

You are falsely doing bad propaganda on us and our project. If you have any evidence or proof to support your review, you can come to our office and you can prove it, if not please take back your review. We wait for three days, after that we will legally file a police complaint on you as per law.- Builders.

My Sincere request to all IT professional, please dont invest your hard earned money here and take mental pain. They are very money minded, every small thing they are asking money looks like. They dont have NoC and basic needs yet. I spoke with few owners during my visit, the truth is no one is happy about this project. Many of the ratings given here is forced by builder not genuine.

Luxuriously Spacious with all Legal Documents and Procedures in place. A main reason for me to choose this option is the Best Quality and Experience I have seen in Bangalore.

Project is located on kalkere main road. Excellent connectivity. Construction quality is very good and possession is on schedule. Also, builder is accomodative for any changes as per personal need. Overall, a very good experience.

Srimitra Life Style is a nice project with Good Amenities located at a Prime Location and has excellent connectivity. Being 100 % Vaastu Compliant, Quality of Construction and Schedule Adherence of the builder is commendable. Before finalising this Apartment, I had visited the previous projects of the same builder. I was extremely satisfied with the Quality and completeness of Delivery. Builder is very flexible and accommodative with the changes. Builder is easily Approachable and the Engineer is very co-operative. Provides regular updates and consults the tenant every time for his opinions and feedback. All in All, We are very much satisfied and happy to recommend the Builder as well as the Project to anybody who is interested.

Well Planned Project in a very convenient location from major IT Parks in bangalore, cost effective and mainly the options provided by builders to customize your flats that no quality builders would facilitate.

These apartments are Spacious with wide corridors. NO Common Walls. water supply is through borewell. Swimming pool and play area are under construction. Supermarket at the next door. Sunshine School on the opposite door along with music school. Famous Devamatha School is 1km away.

Excellent project ! Location bang on ! Awesome Builder obliging to any type of customisation . He is there at the site almost daily for any interaction . Kudos to all part of the project .

Srimitra lifestyle is in prime location. Now the hormavu underpass is also completed, it is well connected to main road. Kr puram railway station is also near by, so all within reachable circle. Builder and building quality is good. Its RERA approved and oc/cc will be given during handover. Overall smooth experience with builder. Recommended to my friends also and even they liked it and booked immediately.
