Very big appartment which is located TC Palya road near Ramurtinagar.

We resided over here more than 2 years during our stay in Bangalore. Its a pleasant place to rent/buy with ample of facilities as in swimming pool, Table tennis court and so on. The gym isnt the best however we cant expect more from a apartment gym. There are better gyms nearby. Regarding the apartment, rooms are spacious, spacious parking, reliable security and homely community. The power back-up is reliable and doesnt disappoint. Its good for people working in Whitefield but want to stay near Kammanahalli. There is an inside route to Whitefield which i cherished quite much during the weekdays on my way to work.

Its peaceful with a nice swimming pool and a lawn with a few trees. Painted with grey/white about a year back. Lifts could be better I should say. Theres also a party hall, table tennis, KHOWA office. Other stuff like snooker, chess is there too. Theres also a gym which is fine. Park for small kids too

Flate numbering is very poor and lift is very old model that door close and open... Keerthi hormonery owner must be old mindset person and so kanjoos ( miser)

Gated community fully secured. Swimming pool, gym, mixture of residents from different parts of country. Good behavior of staff and assistants. Centrally located. Market very close by. Very good maintenance.

Has two entry gates. When you call a cab ensure you get them to reach the right one, or end up walking a lot.

Varendahs are mostly dark,rooms are not having proper ventilation and dark specially kitchens need light lamps burning all the time, otherwise cant see anything.. cause is hole construction is East to West linear.other facilities are ok.
