Apartments are spacious but the build quality is terrible. Ventilation is not good. Rent is too high. Owners are very rude and treat bachelors very badly. They even increase rent every six months citing the average market rate and other BS.

I dont stay there. I went to visit a friend who lives there. It seemed okay from a 3rd persons perspective. One of the things i liked was the convenience store / vending machine at the basement level of the apartment complex. Itll an easy solution for urgent grocery/snacks needs.

Little old. But very good maintenance and located in superb location for Whitefield professionals. Most of the flats are spacious. Stairs are well planned and constructed. Most of the amenities are there. Recommendable.

Balaji elegance apartment just behind GR Tech park ecc road very simple society and have all amenities with best rent closed to all ITPL companys

Homes are spacious and nice ambience. No problem of water and electricity. Very good maintenance. Very decent community. Place is very calm and clean.Outdoor badminton court, swimming pool, community hall are present.Loyal city super market and Bhagini Restaurant are at few steps. Bus stand is also nearby.

Security is not good

This residential complex is built according to a good land scape plan and the houses are kind of good and spacious Inside, has a garden but couldnt find swimming pool inside

Occupied mostly by youngsters and young couples. Close to ITPL. Easily accessible by cabs. Loyal city supermarket is right at the end of the road making it very convenient. Gym, swimming pool and a badminton court are available. Space around the buildings inside the compound can be used for walking. Safe.

We have been staying here for more than a year. It is a nice apartment complex. Off late there is water problems. Visitor parking is not available. It has a gym, outdoor court, community hall, swimming pool. Presently they have installed a BB instant delivery machinery. More than families, bachelors stay here.

Well located near the main road and tech park. The society is well maintained and organised. Houses on rent is not costly either

Situated in a strategic location of being near to ITPL and coming up Metro Station, it is a good apartment with A Khata flats. Have all amenities including gymnasium, play area, badminton court with sitting provision for spectators and a swimming pool. A lot of flats are rented as PG or bachelors accommodation.

Decent residential society with decent amenities. Its a pity that being such a huge apartment complex, this place doesnt have visitor parking place. If you are visiting this place in your own car, be ready to park your car on the narrow toad in front of this apartment complex.

Everything is good except the network issue here !

The place is very close to tech parks like ITPl, GR tech park. The apartment has facilities like gym, childrens play area, power back up...its surrounded by plants, trees & grass. Many super marts for grocery shopping are available....In all a good place but may come at a bit premium price for rent (20k+ ..for 2 bhk)

Well set society. Most of the rented flats are by Mu-Sigma employees. :POne block off the main road (ITPL mail road) so not dusty or noisy. Good parking and average gym. Not many restaurant options nearby. Kapoors Cafe is good. A super market is on 2 min walking distance. Rent is reasonable. So almost perfect place to live if working nearby.

Good place to live. Rent is expensive. For familys its an awesome place to live in Whitefield Bangalore. You can get facilities like gym, swimming pool, badminton court, indoor games like carrom, table tennis etc. There is also a library and a party hall. People will celebrate festival like Pongal, diwali, holi, Ganesh chaturthi etc. For unmarried people its not the right place. Only one building is available for Bachelors.Its not a good place for Bachelors. The building for them has no ventilation in the kitchen, plumber wont come even after informing daily, water problem in bathroom persists. Plumber says he will come and resolve the issue but he wont come at all. Worst experience. Owner only takes rent thats it, she dont even come and see the building, she wont ask people about problem. After informing manager also plumber will come but he will say some tools and other materials required and he tells he will come tomorrow with those things but he will never come. Please if you are bachelor dont live here. Better to live in any PG. And it also saves cost. For 3BHK we are paying ₹28,500 and they will increase rent every year. Also we gave deposit of ₹1,50,000 in the beginning. And they will cut some maintenance charges and give you back when you leave.

Nice apartments to stay in for people working in Whitefield area. The one thing that stands out for this apartment from others is the very wide corridors between flats.

Its a decent society to live in with all basic amenities. It has shops for all kind of needs in the neighborhood.

My 1st home in Bangalore , quite n peaceful place, good for people working at GR Tech park, ITPL.

Good for those looking for 3BHK apartments on rent. Gym and kids play area are available, with access to a supermarket and hospital nearby. For those working at ITPL or nearby tech parks.
