Excellent location. Well planned. However amenities are yet to be finished. Very close to BTM udupi garden.

Its a newly launched building and also the flats are very beautiful to see because its a awesome place in BTM and its best appartement in BTM near to the police station and also for every physical needs the safety is more secure here its the best place in and awesome palace 😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

BTM lacks decent projects cause of the kind of stop gap crowd it caters to. This is probably the best around.Location is on the verge of two kinds of crowds. Between the normal residential and the PG area. So don’t expect great views around. Block B and C are still under construction in the time of this review. Hopefully the end product is the delight which was promised at the beginning.

One of the few gated societies in BTM.

We brought an 3 bedroom apartment in 2018 Aug and since then we have plagued by one issue or other . Wall are wet , celling is discoloring , fungus in cabinets, kitchen modular inside is peeling off again all due to high moisture content . Need to sale and move out from here .
