Very good society. the apartments are big amd spacious. very good for families. it has a great swimming pool withna kids section. 2 badminton courts and lots or other play areas including pool billiards table tennis lawn tennis etc. My friend lived here for a year and i lived nearby we loved the place.

A decent apartment near Belathur and very good for kids and sports enthusiasts as it ha many amenities to offer like Tennis court, Badminton courts, Squash courts, Basketball dribbling court, swimming pools, children playarea, gym, jogging tracks, cricket practice net, spacious areas for kids to cycle and do skating, in-house bigbasket instant store, amphitheatre, party hall, water softener, steam room etc.

Trifecta esplanade is good housing society situated near to kadugudi.This place almost has all facilities like gym, swimming pool, walking space, squats room to add more. Only concern is parking here as space allocated to each one is somewhat less,rest is ok.

One of the most peaceful society on belathur main road. This society consist of 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats along with a well maintained club house, swimming pool, lawn tennis court, 2 badminton courts, half basketball court, children play area, an ampitheatre and a nice walking lawn. Big basket is also present here in case of emergency or late night food cravings. There is 24x7 water connection, power backup, parking facility and security on main gate. This society is just 700m inside from the main road and there is also a YULU parking stand just outside the society. This society is also accessible by Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra and other courier services.

I have been in trifecta Esplanade for last 4 months and my overall experience with the community is average.House keeping staff do well in cleaning and garbage taking. Security is also good. Amities include club house, badminton court, children play area and pools. A few things I’m not satisfied with are 1. Garden is not maintained well and it’s a mess instead. 2. Build quality apartment is very poor 3. We get extremely hard Water. 4. Even after weeks of raising complaints about wiring or plumbing nobody will fix it, u have to call a dozen times to get assisted. 5. Most importantly, basement parking area of the apartment is a big fail.in rainy season drainage get blocked and it ruins the basement and ur vehicle. 6. Sometimes drainage smell comes even to our rooms. Good place for a low budget rental stay

It is indeed quite a nice place. They are well maintained, people living here are friendly too. Waste is collected each days. Maintainence services are easily available. Mostly A-rated buildings. There is a parking space for each family. A swimming pool where we are strictly required to wear swim suits, and a decent Gym.Parking is a bit congested. Most of them will struggle to park their car into the lots allowed.Security guards are good and is always friendly with us.Overall a nice place for family.Clean and quiet.

Am living here for 2.5 years. Very good society with good amenities. Have good and organised security system make sure my family is safe.Trifecta Esplanade is surrounded with nice places, with lots trees (Hope it will be still there).One issue I know about the area is DUST.

This place is amazing. Its a peaceful place to live in with two supermarkets in the neighborhood that supports all the basic needs. It also has the BigBasket instant support in the common club area to support your daily basket too.The club area and the gym is wonderful with all the equipments. The swimming pool is well maintained and has different shifts to be used for men and women .The 3BHK rooms are really spacious and has two balcony and a living/dining area

One of the best apartments I have visited. It has great space for walking and there is a sit out. Laundry facility is available within.Parking is ground level and big..Most flats are bought by NRIs ... Flat cost are on higher side... But they dont care about public... They constructed two very obsurd humps on either side of the apartment just to allow the vehicles of apartment to move out smooth.. its a lot of pain for public. The humps are out very bad quality.. for vehicles with low ground clearance, its pain to move on it... Pathetic initiative by apartment association... They have to be responsible enough to care for public.
