Cheaters,Yes,At the time of booking they had shown us Sai Golden Orchid ,phase 4 once booking was done and paid Emi for almost 2years,when it was time for registration,they said land has some litigation issue so we cant register in phase 4,but we are developing new phase in other nearby location with same project name we will allot site in that phase.but we didnt agree for that asked for cancellation and refund of our complete amt again for that they say we deduct 10-15‰ and we also refund the amount in EMI basis.here we were stuck inbetween,i have paid complete amount now there is no other option I have to go with the new phase,its a complete farm land it takes another 2-3years for the project to complete.Before Registration they treat customers very well but after registration they say Who are you,there voice tone changes changes if we ask about development work and the staffs keep changing every 3monthsNo updates on development work ,only previsits of sites before work development but no post visit after development work.Even after reading this review if still u r interested in there property,my suggestion is take everything in writing about The phase,site no,cancellation n refund rules.if they agree for it,process for booking.Ofcourse they wont agree.

I had booked a site at Apple Nest project, due to some issue i had requested for cancellation. They said 10% would be deducted and they also said that they will issue a 45 days pdc cheque. I agreed for that but now its more than 14days still they not given me cheque. They are telling check book got over. Applied for new one.. Theyd dont stand on there words..

I am regret to inform to all after completion of Registration there is no proper response from top to bottom management in this aastha properties..it quite un expected as they deal before sales not satisfied the services..When we ask any body regarding development of aera as committed no body is updating.. thats way the Rating has come down to 3.4 instead of 4.4.earlier..This ready reference..Please improve the communication s..so that automatically rating will appear otherwise..it will become 2..

No proper and updated details

We can find the meaning of lie in astha, what this people say is 100% lie. In rate procedure everything.I booked a plot went to see found with the local people that not worth of 499/sqft.As discussed and agreed before if not satisfied we can cancel and refund will be 100%. After this people said 10% will be deducted I said ok.Since 15 days I am getting follow up for refund cheque but not yet got refund.In the Nagarbavi office The name called Ms Divya & Sathya 3 date & time committed but failed to provide cheque. If I called says sir now you can come & collect the cheque but if I went to office nothing will be there instead of lie or false reason.In the other company in the same area I have received the cheque with in 5minuts of cancelled.Now the conclusion is for only 15k we are finding such issue how can a customer believe and pay them in laks.I request to all to dont go with Astha property for anything to avoid such struggles.

My friend had bad experience here. He invested before project launch. Hepaid all the amount. But when sites are ready for registration owner started asking to pay present rate. 1 lakh extra for some resort membership and 1 lakh for e khata!!! By seeing this, me and my friend dropped the idea to invest here.
