The amenities are good but with lots of unwanted restrictions. However the amenities should only be considered if the house quality is good which in Republic of Whitefield case is extremely bad. The newly registered apartment which we are in right now is in the 2nd floor and the tower has 20 more floors. Despite being lower floor, it has developed leaks all through the roofs. No one in the civil team has any clue on how to rectify this. It has been a year of struggle with the maintenance staff and the leaks are continuing to persist.Extremely poor quality building and ill equipped staff.

While the place looks good with various amenities, they still dont have a residents association.Make of the buildings is quite bad too - seepage issues are very common too. You can also hear sounds from 5-7 floors up and down.We were considering investing in an apartment here but luckily our stint as tenants have given us appropriate experience and learnings.Its a decent apartment only if wanting to stay for a couple years or so...def not worth investing in.

Great residential space but horrible staff. They will argue and talk rudely inspite of you talking to them politely, esp the security staff. But they dont do their assigned work properly. I went as a visitor and they didnt even screen temperature of others in the vehicle even during pandemic. I asked the security why the breach of duty, her answer was we only screen driver. No wonder CoVid19 cases are so high in Bangalore. The security staff force you to give mobile number, when I told them that I am scared they might sell it to pesky marketing companies, the security manager informed me that is none of your business what we do with your number. Really rude staff inspite of me always smiling and maintaining my composure. Also, when I asked if I should complain to higher up the security manager challenged me to do. I am not sure if other visitors faced this but somehow it left a bad experience to such a beautiful apartment. Hope the owners association does something as the builders are anyway not interested after selling an apartment. Yes even Divyashree builders dont care after selling the flat, before the sale they will provide all sorts of customer service including free cab pickup and drop.

Good residential property in Whitefield close to all lifestyle amenities like schools, hospitals, malls, offices, metro rail station, BMTC bus connectivity etc.Amenities, engineering & build quality are quite good, and so is their maintenance/engg. team👍🏽Only grouse is their so-called CRM team, a bunch of absolutely incompetent nincompoops like a***ini, s**j*y etc who dont honour promises, dont know the basics of customer service, never stick to deadlines, keep extending it indefinitely, will frustrate customers to the extent of driving them mad😠! 👎🏽Rating +4 for the property build quality, amenities,+3.5 for interactions with their finance team, facilities maintenanceandMINUS 5 for their CRM & delivery experience!

We booked a flat couple of years ago at ROW. We have been living here for the last few weeks and have many good things to share. It is a great place to live a peaceful life, can enjoy nice morning and evening walks inside the campus. Its nice to see so many families come up and enjoy the evenings with children. The club house is open now, lot of people are enjoying playing badminton, going to the gym (good equipment), a few playing squash and TT. Cant wait for the huge swimming pool to be fully functional. If one goes to the cricket ground, which is surrounded by a few trees, you will encounter different birds. It is surrounded by many technology parks, close to good hospitals, good bus service in 15 mins walk, upcoming metro station at Vydehi hospital.The security is pretty tight here, which is absolutely necessary. There is a good grocery store in the basement and is open from 07:00 AM to 10:00 PM for urgent necessary items. Maintenance is available during the day time and have been quite helpful. All in all, we are enjoying living at ROW.

A lot of recent & very positive reviews might be fake ones by internal teams.Worst experience! Never buy a divyasree property. There units were all uncompleted and they have been selling and advertising as Ready-to-move for more than 1.5 years. Sales team is great at lying, till they get their commissions of booking amount n then they dont pickup phones even . CRM team delayed my Unit for 4 months already, they dont respond to emails, dont pickup calls either without multiple followups. If you take loan directly through Bank and not through them they will delay sharing documents for loan. Worst than Govt. Employees. Unprofessional, liars, manipulative business practice.Quite likely they are taking interest free money till 90% completion of unit and and using it on other projects, against RERA rules. Management is non existent and CRM wont even meet you when you visit their office if you go to check status of your unit.

Best appartments to stay... Peaceful area... Spacious construction and awesome ventilation for each house.. Amenities nicely maintained which has 3 pools , badminton courts, foot ball , basket ball , cricket and lot many kids hangouts .... No issues whatsoever for happy house. They have stated groceries store, Dairy parlour, Medical store , saloon inside appartment campus which is good. Maintenance is on higher side . Security is good as maintained by other premium appartments.

I went to see an apartment here for my colleague and we were looking for the bigger units of the society. There was not even a single thing that impressed me about this place.First of all the carpet area is very less, it would not be more than 70% of the super built up area. Felt nothing premium about the flat as it was being advertised. The bedroom had a very odd small ventilation window on the wall where the headboard of the bed is supposed to be. Window did not have the option to be locked and if a kid stands on the bed and opens it, there is a very high chance of the kid tipping over. A major design and safety flaw (was in the unit I saw, I dont know about all units).The lift lobby was spacious but had odd looking hydration pipes hanging which was told to me that it will remain that way and would not be concealed. The lift lobby further had sort of an L shape and had 3 flats on each end. It gave a feel of a Chawl as doors on each flat opens on each others face. If occupants of each flat open their door at the same time. There will not be enough place for all of them to get out at the same time. No privacy and gave a very low class apartments feel.Rooms were small, Lack of enough balcony. Kitchen was small, not enough space for a big refrigerator (side by side door units). What is premium about it then I dont know.Overall, dont waste your hard earned money on this. Nothing premium about it.

Lived here for 2 years...Way too expensive. Unfurnished 2 bhk will cost 27-30 rent and 4k for maintenance.Seems okay since offices are nearby but there is always construction going on... always.Amenities are there but the capacity is well above 1000 families so youd be lucky if you get a chance to use them.Finally, every other week there is some kind of celebration, drums or music will fill the gap left by construction noise.

Ya even i heard about CDP road (BBMP 2031 master plan) coming between the buildings and all amenities. CRM staff never told us about this.The sale agreement will have clause saying association will have to surrender cricket field/tennis court/badminton court land to BBMP when the road construction begins.Check the DIvyasree website for master plan and they have put a red dotted line for the road.

Bad sales staff! They ask your expected price and when I said mine, he treated me like sir you cant afford here so better leave and dont waste my time. We did have a look at the flats after escalation with his manager but overall I am very unsatisfied. The project is very deep inside a techpark with only 1 entry/exit point and the cost quoted is too high. The flats are very small and unliveable.

Republic of Whitefield (residential apartments) is located *inside* Divyasree Technopark (or DTP - a SEZ). Road leading to DTP is narrow and extremely congested due to numerous companies in the vicinity. The entrance to DTP is common for both - resident of ROW and the employees of companies inside DTP. This will obviously lead to more congestion in future as more residents move-in and new under-construction commercial spaces get occupied. As of now there is no supermarket for basic needs and one would have to travel to Vydehi signal/Inorbit mall which is around 1/1.5km. There are few restaurants near the Wipro building but they are bit over-priced and I doubt if they are operational on weekends. There is a huge dumpyard (adjacent to DTP) and I would not be surprised if occasional stench from it bothers the residents. This place is ok to stay if you work in DTP and work is life for you as you would be eliminating the nightmarish commute time of Blore. For everyone else it would be depressing to see office-goers from your balcony day in and day out.

I personally own a 2 bhk apt here.The 2 bhk is slightly smaller in size.But overall location wise , price wise and amenities wise it is a much better property than others around.I was in Prestige Shantiniketan for last 8 years. While PSN is much better in terms of value in space and quality and space in society , the entrance an exit is a big hindrance bcos of the current convoluted traffic and expected future traffic. So ROW is better in that aspect , that there is no traffic while trying to exit or enter the society.

Welcome to Republic of Whitefield. Sorry, welcome to the area of Dump Yards. Yes. The area next to the Divyashree Techno Park and kundalahalli Lake, the area has been turned into the Dump Yard. I work for the company within the Divyashree Technopark. Most of the time, there is very bad foul smell (which is blown from the dump yard which is at a elevated height)May be the concentration of the smell, contamination may get diluted by the time, the air reached Republic of whitefield apartments.Couple of my colleagues who had booked/purchased the flat here are thinking of selling (with no profit/no loss) as this area is turning out to be a big time Dump,If you do not believe me, I am sure, you would do goolge (either search or maps) to validate this, instead I would request you to visit the site through this route, so that you will encounter the reality.Take the route in front of Igate/Manhattan office, turn come towards GE office, turn right. Then take left after hitting the end, take left. you will find the dump yard on the right side of the road, and left side is the GE office. (Avoid taking the route through Vydehi and Whitefield police station). Its for your safety that I am writing this information.
