Cleanliness, Kind of Cold environment.4. Organised society, Cooperative Owners association (Management).5. Economical accomodation. 1, 2,3 BHKs available.Cons:1. Flats are a bit older. Maintenance are a bit high.

I like this place because there is unity between the pp staying in the Apartment. All pp of all Blocks come together when ever any function takes place.

Not have large place for function. But it is ok for small programs.
