Not maintain properly

Filthy n no maintenance apartment

Very ill maintained apartments. The vibes are dull, gloomy and negative once you enter. The amenities are on the top floor. To add to this, the maintenance is unrealistically high.Location is a boon only on Sundays and during non office hours.

Yes, reading the previous reviews, its quite descent, not too bad, its safe place and close to the mall... but really building is not well maintained, gym had already just three old machines, now almost all of them are out of use. Nothing never gets fixed. Swimming pool is almost always dirty and closed more than half of the year... without and especially with open windows or on balcony, a lot of noise due to heavy traffic on the main rd. Not really relaxing place.shame, it could be much better, if staff and concerned people were caring.for the price, Id not recommend it.

The apartment is poorly maintained with almost no functional amenities. Gym is there but no equipment are functional. Swimming pool is not functional for over 9 months in the year. The maintenance amount is exorbitantly high and standing at 12000 rupees per month is undoubtedly the highest in East Bangalore with no basic amenities.

Good location

Bad gym. Barely a small room. Flats are big but however wardrobes are too small.

Not well maintained. Gym is in bad condition. Swimming pool is in bad condition. Building looks very old May be association not maintaining it well.. lot of noise because of the heavy traffic in main road..
