Had a worst experience with cloudnine, wherein the staff doesnt understand the current situation of covid, wherein a child patient who was continuously coughing and sneezing was shifted to newly born ward, which raises an alarm on the process this hospital has during covid times. Though not following the procedure, the staff has audacity to argue with the parents who raised an issue. There was no hygiene in the wards , pest such as cockroaches roaming , ants , beds and blankets provided were of not properly cleaned they stink even now. Its a shame for us to select this hospital for our newly born child, so much for an multi-speciality hospital chain run with no proper management and adamant staff who can only argue.

I would rather give a no star if available for 2 reasons .One is the nursing service where I see care was carelessness w.r.t sterilization of 0 day baby feeding bottle where my baby had developed infection and second is the way blood was drawn by technician in emergency room where the baby hand was blue in colour for almost a week.The care given to mother was bad which is still acceptable but a baby where we trust ourself and you all have a anthem of your in safe hands for once felt how unsafe my baby and I was in cloudnine.I understand shortage of staff everywhere during covid times even I manage a hospital but certain things should be kept at high priority which we have all know. It looked more like disciplinary issue amongst staff other than shortage issue.I had worked for cloudnine earlier and had such high regards but now I dont think so I will ever recommend anyone there.

Well, i consciously took over 15 days to form my opinion objectively and i didnt want this to be influenced by my emotions. It gave me heartsick that i always have considered this life saving profession to be noble have now become money grubbing corporates driven by profit at any cost. Its my first experience with a situation i needed an emergency care for my wife. Since we all stuck in pandemic and trusting the digital review (how deceiving) i stepped into this place. The suggestions and options were not problem solving neither what is rightfully good for the patient. They are pretty prompt in figuring what is more rather lucrative. i didnt see any heart nor genuine care! Though it was a sad conclusion for me and my wife! this whole experience made us hate! these places. We all want the best for our family and thats the crux of this business but do we get the best? what is best is up to us to figure! My experience, i dont know where to buy care and right with my money.

Adamant staff and security personnel’s they don’t give proper respect to the people they speak about the management rules . Dear cloud9 there are much more rules u are required to be followed as per MCI will let u know the loophole u ppl are doing this pandemic . U will be get noticed / Summoned the same at the earliest.

VERY COSTLY consultations, and for follow up to show the reports, again you need to pay.Just because this hospital reception speaks to you in English they charge the consultation very high.Are you running a hospital to serve the people or a business?

Worst hospital in Bangalore possibly!! The inefficiency of all the staffs across department including the resident doctors is mind-boggling! Being a hospital for kids, their sensitivity level is at a pathetic low level! my 4.5 yrs old kid was all healthy & went there for a day care test, they kept her at an adjacent bed with another kid & his caregiver & both of them were coughing relentlessly with fever!!! even after requesting they didnt change the bed or made other arrangemnets and as a result my dauhter came back from the hospital with that same viral infection & she is still struggling!! Ironically, the results for the tests for which we went there in the 1st place, came all good!! Now we regretting badly as to why did we go there!!! Pls avoid this hospital & go to Rainbow or Apollo or anywhere else!!

I had a pleasant experience throughout my pregnancy and delivery, Dr. Meenakshi R Kamath was very supportive and friendly.. She didnt let me panic for anything.. She was always cool and made me deliver my baby boy in very short time of normal virginal labor.. Bills were also almost same as the said package.. Less waiting time which made my hospital journey much more easy.. Lamaze , baby care classes were helpful, Thank you doctor..

Doctors and nursing staffs are great. They take great effort for mom and baby. But non medical staff like billing ,payments etc are pathetic and managing post delivery scenarios the hospital lacks a lot. New parents had to struggle a lot if they don’t know many process’sOn doctors and medical staff would rate 5 star.And non medical staff would rate 0 star.we struggled to get discharge on last day, it took 7 hours just to get the final bill and the handover was also not complete properly , also after 5 days of discharge hospital management had not handed over the discharge summary of mother to us. Was not expecting these misses in these basic things from cloud nine which is expected to be premium.Still struggling to get discharge summary’sArgument from billing team is that , their too many cases so hard to manage

She is a wonderful doctor and exhibits great degree of patience and explain us in layman terms of the problems and solutions. Nurses here are well trained and capable of handling tricky situations by themselves. High levels of hygiene in the hospital common areas and room. My son is a patient of Cloudnine hospitals since last 1 year and its commendable how the hospital caters to the needs of the patients even in times of crises such as this Pandemic. With highly efficient team of Doctors and nurses patients are treated in a very safe and hygienic environment.Recently had to take treatment for my son and I wanted to thank the whole team for such care and mindfulness in his treatment.

Doctors are good. But the non-medical staff are pathetic. They behave as if they are doing a favor free of cost. They come behind you very politely until you book the package for delivery. Once you book, they are least bothered to answer your genuine queries. We are spending lakhs expecting good service. I have booked and looking forward for my delivery at this hospital, but I am worried what to expect from such lousy and irresponsible staff.

Very helpful and cooperative staff. Recently had been for covid vaccination, payment is online through a link which is better to pay while you are waiting for your token number. And date of birth you have to scroll all the way manually while filling your details for making payment .

Dr mahesh chandra , very very worst doctor i have ever seen. Money minded doctor. He just scares us that your baby is in danger and he wanted us to pay more. I dont recommend doctor mahesh chandra. People dont fall in to trap of dr mahesh. Unnecessary tests even if it is not necessary.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They dont have any concern for its pediatric patients. Took my 2 year old here to meet Dr. Girish Sv, who seems to be more of a crook than a doctor. He suggested we do a series of blood tests, which is ok. One of the parameters came as positive for an infection. The doctor without even investigating further or giving us any alternative treatments, suggested we go for an IV infusion for 5 days. A needle stuck in 2 year old is no joke. Where he would go through antibiotics being pumped into his body for an hour on each day followed by another blood test etc. Thank God we had the sense to get a second opinion. She quickly let our fears rest and suggested we do a blood culture test( which girish didnt even mention) and Start oral antibiotics. The culture report came today as negative and the oral antibiotics are working. One thing has been proven today, these hospitals have no humanity left in them. Its just a plain and simple business.

The vaccination process is too smooth. I had an appointment and the process took less than 5 mins. The observation area is neat and comfortable, you can have water/juice if you wish to. Loved the service. Thank you cloud9. 😊

I got vaccinated here with covi-shield for my 1st dose. The process went smooth around one hour in the morning. The parking was outside the hospital on left side. Doctors and nurses were very helpful and maintained social distancing.

Patient name - Ranjini JWe consulted Dr.Jyosthna Madan in Cloudnine, Jayanagar for two times (June 26th, July 17th) and spent 10k+ amount as of now just for two visits.On 17th July we have been shown heart beat of our baby. But, In ultrasound report It was mentioned that Sac size is relatively small.We were not happy with the first visit itslef as Doctor was irritated on their technical issues and we did not get enough time and environment to express and clear all our queries with Doctor as it was our first visit.We consulted for second time as the same scan should have been repeated and still we were in hope with Doctor to get better advise, treatment as we consulted with friend reference.Here is the problem we faced when we consuled second time - when seeing ultrasound report, Doctor did not go through entire report and started doing right mark for every line in the report.When my Wife itself shown about Sac size issue, she was talking about it and started writing medicines for the issue.She told They will give Injection orally but did not mention in prescription until we ask again .The process you followed for the small sac size issue is, you gave one injection, advised few medicines and asked us to come for next review after 1 month for NT scan and few blood reports.Now we consulted other hospital as we were not happy with the Doctor and they confirmed that our baby heart beat stopped due to there is no growth of baby size and told us previous Doctor should have been told us about this matter and prepared us and importantly should have been done few blood reports like to check hormonal imbalance, chromozonal issues etc. But nothing has been advised from Dr.Jyosthna Madaneven we explained about my wife health issues in first visit itself.Below are the issues we faced at Cloudnine hospital.1) There is no enough time given in first visit.2) Mainly you wont allow second person with Patient to speak with Doctor. Dont you think it is very important as pregnant women needs support and they are in tension at the hospital as it is very sinsitive matter for every family.3) when Sac size is reletively small mentioned in the report , Why doctor didnot tell us about the importance of it and not given proper treatment.4) Why there is no blood reports suggested within 3 montths, started the treatment if any problems found in the reports.Due to your negligence, our baby is died within 3 months and my wife is went through D&C Procedue and suffering a lot now.Finally we are not all happy with Dr Jyosthna Madan as we did not get a right environment to speak with her and not treated in the right way.Please contact me if you would need any clarification on this matter.

Cloudnine had conducted a vaccination drive within our apartment.Here are the points that standout.- Every medical/faculty staff member were wearing protected gear and maintained safety protocols (face masks/sanitized hands/social distancing)- The queue process was maintained timely and orderly with limited members per slot to avoid risk of contamination.- Their vaccine drive was to start at 10.00 a.m and they started on the dot. Kudos to their time efficiency.- They had an ambulance on spot and a pair of nurses directed the vaccinated folks to sit for 10 minutes at a designated area in case of side-effects.- Streamlined payment process and the staff were professional in verifying the documents on Cowin portal.- Before the vaccine shot was given, theyd show you the vial and explained exactly what you were receiving.- And most importantly, despite the painstaking and life risking duty they had a smile on their faces and never shyed away from explaining the procedure to everyone that sat on the vaccination seat.Id like to extend my warm appreciative gesture towards every staff member of Cloudnine for vaccinating communities with a smile on their face and with such an orderly conduct and thus, saving lives.

The experienc of having your baby here is incomparable. Dr. Leela Bhagavan is a commendable doctor. She will advise you and guide you in the right direction. She is someone who will not force you for a c section. I am indebted to her forever.The staff here will go to all lengths to help you handle your newborn and especially if you are a first time mother.

One of the best vaccination center in Bangalore. I was vaccinated here on 27th May 2021. I was quite happy the way everything was arranged with good social distancing norms.All staffs were quite helpful. I would definitely recommend others. I hope will get my 2nd dose slot here as well.

Corporate Hospital with some excellent doctors but money first mindset. They will charge excessively high for everything and if you do not have a health insurance, you are in for a ride.The founder Doctor Kishore Kumar has a ton of experience and but doesnt have the time to show empathy towards his patients. Hes just straight forward and doesnt give you time more than a few mins. Theres absolutely zero Personal touch. Not a great experience with this pediatrician.Dr. Padmini Issac is a extremely sweet and one of the Excellent doctors for women. Shes both a gynac and obstetrics doctor. Excellent experience with her.The cloudnine app (Its our baby app) is one of the most advanced Mobil app for personal medical records. Simply amazing job done. But the hospital charges you ₹150 each for the app time you consult any doctors here.

It was a very smooth process. I didnt have any appointments it was just a walk in. Registration was simple and no crowd at all. It took just 10 mins to register and get the vaccine.

We have been regular visitors for 2 yrs, and are highly appreciative of the doctors at Cloudnine. But the support staff (Front Office reception, OPD nurses) show complete lackluster in their job. To top it up the security guards too are rude and lack empathy... We really feel the support staff are just not up to the mark and compeletly let down the Doctors and Cloudnine... Due to this poor experience we often feel the need to switch to another place, than put up with this arrogant behaviour each time.

Money minded faculty and hospital.Once after the consultation, just to show the report to doctor, they made me pay again.I insisted the receptionist to consult the doctor about the payment if I need to pay just for showing the reports. They said its nothing to do with the doctor, its the management rules!!I insist not to visit again.

I contacted the hospital for more than a week checking for package details. No response. And after a weeks follow up got a contact and when she understood that I am asking the package charges without getting concieved yet, she says come and visit first. I am a person who prepares well before anything. Ms. Sanjana needs to slow down with details. I didnt understand a word she said. If they realise you are middle class then dont even expect a good response.People who ask for package charges without getting pregnant are planning financially. You cant decide what we should do.

I am writing this review after visiting the hospital for 8 months. I am writing this accompanying my wife who is admitted at cloud nine Jayanagar for an emergency at 2AM. The rooms are hot as oven, basic necessities such as ACs dont work. Charges 5 star, provides pathetic service. Needs to improve a lot. Service is not up to the mark. Took me one hour to understand what should I do next for an emergency. Its just an average hospital. Long long way to go.Edit: lousy staff, no communication between each other, no one point contact person for emergency, I had to go around asking people who is responsible for what. Overall very miserable experience.

Happy with Doctor Anuradha for consultation and extremely happy with Dr. NAMITHA for scans. She is patient and gentle.

While the doctors and service staff are very friendly and helpful the administration is absolutely abysmal. I had to wait for over 4 hours to get admitted despite the fact that rooms were available. This hospital is coasting along only by the grace of having good doctors working there. If it had been possible for me at any point of time to consult Dr. Meenakshi Kamath at a different venue I would have walked out of this place in a heartbeat. For the price they charge they can definitely afford to do more for the patients.

They recommend unecessary phototherapy to the baby, eventhough baby is normal.. jaundice is normal in any baby. Extra two days charges for phototherapy.

First of all definitely DO NOT GO with the name.Starting from car parking very poor Car parking management, being in a hospital sanitizer dispenser not working.Reception, enquiries and billing all in one counter managed by two people with long queues at entrance door.Taking appointments do not matter here as even after taking appointment they take first come first serve approach, so no point in going ontime.Government hospitals manage better than here.Very experienced and very arrogant doctors and do not patience to listen to patients queries - Dr. Padmini IsacAnd consultation starts with 1000/- for 2 min of doctors time.Doctors scribble in prescription such a way that no other chemist understands what they have written and only in hospital medical purchase you have to do.

I have been to jayanagar hospital experience was pathetic...People roaming around without mask and no one is saying anything about it...that too in pediatric ward..I felt quite unsafe and wanted to move out quickly..We booked online and paid online...there was a huge que with no social distancing ....while booking we mentioned clearly its for vaccination after meeting the Doctor we where asked to get vaccination from the pharmacy...No service again and crowding ...I am OK to buy vaccines from pharmacy and give ...with the new circumstances covid protocols were take too lightly...we opted cloud nine because of services or else we could have gone to some government hospital...Where the baby was placed lying to get the injection cloth had stains and uses the same cloth for other patients as well most other hospitals uses ppe cover for each patient ..We somehow managed to finish vaccination and move out again at vallet parking guy did not have change and I was asked to go In and scan qr code for d sheet payment...again to that area which I hated the most as covid protocols are not followed which has provoked me to wrightAfter all of these when we reached home the stickers where not pasted in vaccination..3 vaccination taken only 1 sticker was plasted. Even though book was given it was not updated and no signature of the doctor.. tried calling over phone to enquire on the same no one picked up the calll even after multiple tries...Pathetic experience overall !!I would have ignored all other issues if attest I feel the place is safe!

Why I rated 1 star:Since there is no direct contact number of Jayanagar Cloudnine hospital. The number available is central number IVRS. During urgent contacts needed you end up devil with this IVRS response and waiting. I needed to connect to a doctor to get clarification on some observations of my child but this IVRS has tested my patience. Technology should be supportive of mankind not the other way. I think all parents or people out there would have felt the same. This IVRS thing is killing the communication ease.
