Jain farms was my first choice for an agricultural land for adding greenery, tranquility and peace to our city life. Situated at just 32 kms from our residence and work place at Whitefield, it ticks all the boxes. It is a lovely serene 45 to 50 min drive. A fully secured gated farmland, it is fully protected from any encroachments, gives you the flexibility to either use your farm for just having an eco friendly green pasture with fruits and vegetables being grown for your needs, or the added advantage of making a beautiful second home to stay on your weekends and holidays. The management takes care of the maintenance and drip irrigation of the trees and garden at a nominal cost. It is a serene place which rejuvenates your inner self whenever you visit and spend time. I experienced complete honesty and transparency in all dealings with the management including proper legal verification of all papers and all ownership formalities were completed without any hassle. Apart from having our own farmland and cottage, we also have the added advantage of having access to a clubhouse with a restaurant, lot of AC cottages for accommodating guests, a conference hall to conduct functions and optional participation in weekend full day activities at the clubhouse. The proximity to the eastern part of Bangalore makes it a must see and must own option for those desiring to have a farmland for weekend fun or planning for a quiet lifestyle.

I have finalised a plot on first visit three years ago. And till date I find refreshing whenever I visit the place. And loved the fruits taste from my plot, which were delivered to corporate office on request after COVID unlock 1.0.

Currently this is closed and morons have found no time to update even after many complained about it. We went with so much and was very furious and disappointed to see it is closed and had to return home in the same cab!!

Motivation to visit - relatively cheaper when compared to other resorts in Bangalore. Service quality of staff is excellent. The property maintenance is average - its more like 10 cottages with a play area and pool. No activities for adults as such. Post evening, if you planning to stay, there would be minimal lighting available - you cant go around the property also. Food will be served during specified time - beyond that there is none.

Over all a pleseant experience nice place to visit with family especially child beautiful locality food and staff were very good ambience and cleanliness well maintained good facilities and events for entertainment and fun loved and recommend all of you to please visit once

Family picnic at Jain Farms. Recently visited on a Saturday to this place. Open and spacious area filled with lots of trees, which I really enjoyed. Complete village feeling and natural. Son enjoyed pottery, magic show, tattoo and rain dance. Bullock cart ride was too good. Food was nice and healthy. Relaxing place for a day.

Simple n nice place for family day outing. Swimming pools are small but ok for small crowds. Rain dance area is small but with fun loving group it can be enjoyed too. Food is normal, not bad. Some live shows attract kids. Overall good place for family.

Resort is a very good place for a day out with family. My children enjoyed the rain dance, pottery, trampoline and magic show. Magic show was super. Food is tasty and decent spread for vegetarians. Good trip.

Upset with Jain Farm-We had made a booking 7 days back (day outing) for 23rd Feb and today (22-feb) 9:30 pm i received call from the resort and they said please cancel your booking because we are over-crowded.And the best part I cant even cancel the booking now since it was done from thrilophilia and their helpline closes @9:00 PM.Also their cancellation policy says the amount is non refundable.You have ruined our anniversary plan. unprofessional behaviour

Whats Good : 2 points given were strictly for the food., Which was served hot and was tasty.So many Bad things to share:pool, v dirtyCarom, pool table, table tennis , library all in one small room. Figure out yourself how to play!! All broken, wet, in a dark room as if it has not been opened since 20 years!!Dripping roof almost make it look like a haunted place.Very poor Maintainance. Keep yelling for help at the store or at the resteraunt no one is gonna hear you ;)8 people to maintain 200 visitors, imagine now the service.We paid 100 Rs. Per head for the pool, which was not cleaned since a lifetime. By the way there is a free pool too for kids.... 2.5 ft deep and full of sticks, tree leaves and other things floating.

Its waist of money...i went with family only some magic show was there that was good for kids and veg food.We didnt used swimming pool as it was not clean

We went on 31st Dec and had a overnight stay..we were 15 people..had a grt time..there hospitality is just awesome..food is excellent..this is our 3 rd visit..buffet spread is good..The food is hot n very tasty..very friendly staff

Sadly theres no option to rate it negative and hence I atleast have to give one star cz thats bare minimum. The place is undoubtedly sad and pathetic and utter waste of money. In the name of farm and village like feeling, theres nothing. Pool, service, food, setup, games- all of 3rd grade quality. Actually theres no setup apart from few hut shaped rooms. Would never recommend.
