The overall patient care has been amazing. Only thing that I would request the management is to probably provide a single point of contact to every patient, so that they can coordinate the tests and treatments that need to be provided across multiple departments. Sometimes, we felt that we did not know what to do next and were left waiting for quite a long time outside the department for a test.

A very good Cancer Hospital. We had come over here with the fear but going back home with lot of energy. The Doctors are very kind, nursing staff makes us feel like family and food is completely homely. Its now a challenge to us to provide everything which was over here at home. Cant beat it. Treatment is good - But administration is worst than a government hospitalWhy we prefer private sector hospitals? Why we pay them? - To get a proper time slot, to save our time & We expect better service. This are the core factors we consider when we pay for a service.There are times -Visited HCG hospital by taking appointment and when we reach there, they said no medicine left - we wasted our entire day by waiting in the hospital, lose of travel expense, time , energy & effort.Poor Administration I will not even rate one star- Even if you prefer government hospital you will get good treatment but you have to wait for long the same now we are waiting in HCG.When we ask them they reply - There is no exception for you, other patients are also waiting outside, and why you cant wait? - Once of the worst customer management skills!!! - Have to train the staffs with soft management skillsYou have to understand - You are actually asking Cancer patience to wait for a day and once medicine get over you will ask them to come tomorrow, again patience doesnt have capacity to getup and fight with you for this nasty behavior. Doctors are very good at what they are doing. A little more feedback from doctor would be appreciated. Only problem we faced once was that medication started very late after admission around 3 hrs late. Other than that treatment is very good. Food taste could be improved by a lot.

HCG is definitely a very good professionally driven health care centre for cancer patients .Medical professional and staff have sound knowledge and nice caring attitude.Medically I felt it is a very good option in Bangalore and probably in the country.Only some area of improvement I felt is in administrative coordination and parking facility and chargesParking charges for in patients should be made more moderate ( although not a big concern just from the view perspective)

We had enquired about the hospital and its services rom a few friends, and thankfully, the doctor who was assigned to us initially, informed us that he is a consultant surgeon here. We were relieved to hear this as we would be getting treatment from the best doctor that we know and at one of the top hospitals. The treatment went well and the patient was taken good care of throughout, and post the surgery. All the doctors and staff and nurses ensured time to time help was given and there are absolutely no complaints. The doctor who treated is Dr. Satish.C who is very patient and kind and the best in his field I would say. Overall it was a safe and good place to be treated at.

HCG treatment is best. But my concern problem is about visiting hours and general ward. In general ward the staff behaviour was not good, they were rude and as in visiting hours security is not allowing even for family members to attend the patient. Its a request to look after our problem

Presently my wife is undergoing treatment at HCG BMT. Since the beginning the treatment is going well. The doctors and health care staff taking good care of patient. I am happy with the approach.Apart from the treatment hospital authorities have to look after different tests which are related to the treatment. There is lack of coordination between different labs and ward. Hence patients are suffering like unnecessary waiting for test and supporting staff help to bringing patients to the lab.Doctors prescription to pharmacy and admission section to be integrated digitally. If so unnecessary waiting, miscommunication and wrong tests to be avoided.Above 2 are suggestions and concern.Thanking you

Dr.Mudassir Rashid HOD physiotherapyRecently  visited Dr.Mudassir for frozen shoulder.I was very much impressed by his approach, in a week time I got very good result .now I am able to move my hand freely .He made videos and sent  to me so that I can do the exercises planned by him properly  at home which helped me a lot .He is very humble  and always available to help. Our experience at HCG where my wife was admitted for a surgery has been very pleasant.The admission and insurance coordination desks at the hospital were efficient and in less than 10 minutes from our arrival at the reception lobby, she had been allocated a room and our claim for insurance registered.The surgical team led by the gentle and caring and very experienced Dr. Jagannath Dixit, with Dr.Suma and the surgical nursing practitioner Brother Sabanna have been wonderful.The nurses in the ward under Nursing Supervisor Ms Anitha have been exceptional ...always cheerful and always responding to a call in less than a minute. We were also very happy with the housekeeping and cleaning support staff who were very regular and thorough.The Billing desk has also been very proactive and efficient.Overall, an excellent experience.

We have done Tomotherapy from Dr. Sridhar. It was very nice experience in HCG as everything went smooth and whole staff was very helpfull and was available for any discussion on any doubts or query throughout the course of therapy.Dr. Sridhar himself is an very cheerfull Doctor and he makes you very comfortable and ease from the very first visit. It gives lots of positivity to the patient.Tomotherapy staff was very polite and helfull in providing daily schedules and they always try to help you with required slots.Overall it is good treatment we have got in HCG and definately it is one of best hospitals for cancer care treatment.

When we came as emergency, Dr.srinivas sir medical onco and emergency side of department and pushpalata sister responded well and treated well.As well as Dr.srinivas sir team and Dr.chinthan treated the patient and the way their response to patient attenders is also good.Caring towards patient has been good.Mainatainance of cleanliness everywhere is appreciated.Canteen is quite expensive has to come down.
