The house keeping staff are very prompt, kind and compassionate. They come as soon as they are called and service well. Superviser Arunkumar comes and checks the rooms everyday and also asks for concerns which makes the whole hospital stay more comfortable! Rekha M and Vallapilakshmi are the house keeping staff who cleaned the room in the pictures below. They keep the room clean and tidy and it always smells fresh too!

I was positive for covid and was admitted here because of a mild inflammation in my lungs and the staff here is very welcoming and caring in nature , I was admitted here for almost 3 days and it was quite comfortable , thank you aster .

I had booked an online appointment for a skin allergy with Dr.Shireen furtado. But the hospital didnt let me see her instead sent me to a junior doctor for consultation claiming which they said it is the hospital protocol.. we search for a good doctor and spend so much money. Got excellent service from Uma ,Customer care and Nandini reports section . We had to rush to the Airport , Uma n Nandini ,both were kind enough to understand our problem and got the Covid 19 test report of my grandson updated in time. They are very friendly, understanding and cooperative.

Let me share you my experience. My mother was diagnosed under Dr Bindumathi with many complications. She is very humble and treat my mother well.However, I am disappointed with Asters pathology lab. On 11/09 lab report showed hemoglobin as 6.9..Dr was shocked and we panicked. We were suggested to perform dengue serology test. On 13/09 we did the test along with cbc blood test. Dr requested lab team to perform blood test multiple times since dengue test was negative. The hemoglobin count was 12.1...offcourse we were happy and so is Dr.This lead to untrust their lab reports. I think lab reports has to be perfect as all diagnosis depends on it. May they should have performed few more test when the hameglobin was 6.9

I write today as I must! As a cynic and critic of many things medical… I now actually have a very positive story to share…My mother was admitted in another huge hospital for Mitral Valve Replacement Surgery in Feb this year. While the difficult mitral valve surgery was successful, mom was very slow to come to conciousness after surgery and we were told that she had a left brain stroke post surgery. She was on the ventilator for a month, had developed ventilator dependance and had no movement on the right side at all and we were told that they could do no more for us as they did not have a neuro-rehab department in the hospital.In despair and not knowing what to do we scouted around and got in touch with Dr Ravi Gopal Varma, head of neurosciences at Aster CMI. After a quick review of the case in detail and review internally, he asked us to move mom under his care to Aster CMI as she required multidisciplinary care lead by the Neuro team.We quickly followed instructions and arranged to move mom in a ventilator ambulance to Aster CMI. Looking back, this may have been one of the best decisions in recent times… despite his hectic schedule, Dr Ravi had organized the transfer seamlessly through his team - Ms Girija who manages neuro admin and Ms Nirmala Margaret managing finance for the Neuro team made what could have been a scary experience so pleasant and seamless. We had clear detail on what was to be done to ensure mother was moved in in the safest way.Our ambulance arrived at Aster CMI and mom was immediately moved in into Neuro ICU under the care of Dr Raghavendra Pai who heads neuro anesthesia. He and his team made the impossible possible in 30 days flat. I have never seen such a senior doctor spend so much time with each patient, day after day, night after night tirelessly. In less that 24 hours he figured that mom was not synchronizing with the ventilator and her lungs needed work before attempting a weaning.Every morning Dr Pai explained patiently what the current scenario was and what was being done to keep us at rest. We saw him systematically fix all issues until 30 days later, he said it was time to move her to the ward into neuro-rehab. I must mention that the Neuro ICU team were spectacular… especially Dr Swathi, Dr Lavanya, Dr Pradeep and not to mention the fine attitude of nursing team especially sisters Mamta, Savitha, Ramya, Justina, Niji, Athira, Jhansi, Anumol, Stella, Nazia & Br. Girish. I saw them toil tirelessly with mom and others and each deserves a special mention.Dr Ravi Varma then steered mom into the Neuro ward and sees mom with his team almost everyday to motivate her. 1 month later, her tracheostomy tube removed, she is in neuro-rehab twice daily, beginning to eat orally and is improving every day as we speak, thanks to God and the fine team including Dr Nirmala S, Dr Deepak, Dr Harish and Dr Sunaina!Aster CMIs neuro rehab facility is a unique setup headed by the committed Dr Sumalatha who is in the huge facility everyday, overseeing the rehab for every patient in great detail. The very fine team of therapists(speech, occupational, general physio) including Ms Usha, Muhammad Anas, Atef, Girish, Karthik, Ganesh, Tapu and nursing aide Sandhya work tirelessly every day and results are showing. Mom’s right leg is getting back into action and the right hand is beginning to move too (never thought it was possible). They push her towards mobility everyday. Very grateful.Last but not the least, the Neuro ward team on 5th floor especially Sisters Shyla, Anita, Sonam, Jincy, Ahalia… a very fine bunch deserve a special mention along with nursing aide Ganesh - always positive and smiling!Wanted to pen our experience in detail to show gratitude to such a fine team. I am certain I have missed many others as it is difficult to track the countless souls who make the lives of the sick much better every day. Kudos Dr Ravi Varma and team ASTER CMI. I was admitted at Aster CMI Hebbal .... for a surgery and i must say that i am very happy with the service starting from housekeeping to all the doctor visits.I would like to make a special mention about Chaya Nursing Aid ... who has been really good in her service and not to forget her kind attitude.

First experience is very poor as there too much traffic on the entrance. It took me almost 15 mins to get from main road to entrance door . These minutes can be crucial for patient. Traffic has to be better managed

Very good hospitality given by all the hospital staff especially sister JerinMol. She was very caring and very helpful at each and every moment.Cafetaria also provided very good, and hygienic food for the patients. Their service was nice .Cafetaria staff Miss Anindita, Rajesh , Krishna appa , Shashikala and supervisor Jeevan were also very cooperative.

One of my relative was admitted in LDRP ward for her delivery. We have got a very nice experience there. The nursing staffs were very good, provided excellent care to her all the way during her labor. I would like to thank all the staffs there for providing such an wonderful experience.

I Have been showing my mom to Dr Swathi Rajgopal from past 6 months. Her treatment is very good and takes care of my mom health condition very well she is having a speedy recovery. Vasantha vani the dr assistant is very soft spoken and responds very well to all our concerns. overall the treatment at aster is good.

I am sharing this review based on my personal experience with this hospital. My close relative was admitted in this Hospital on 23.08.2021 and was discharged on 24.08.2021.If one word is to define this hospital, it is money minded hospital.Least care for patients and the most extortion of the money. If you report with an insurance, you are doomed.On 23.08.2021, despite the poor patient opting for the general ward, the hospital forced admission in semi private due to insurance.The urine sample collected on 23.08.2021 was lying on the bedside cupboard of the patient for next 3 hours despite praying to nursing staff.No explanation of bedside bell and no care by nursing staff.The patient required dental clinic due to pain and was left in eye surgeon room for 2 hours.MRI was required for both knee but was done only for right knee for Rs.20k+.Support staff will drop off to xray or other procedures after you pray and plead to the nursing staff but they will not be available to bring you back to your ward or room.Many reports awaited even on 25.08.2021.I have heard the discharge staff humiliating an ex military person.I have attached a bill of this hospital wherein my patient was charged 20,400/- for MRI right knee.This hospital is insanely expensive and not caring. Get admission at your own risk and to your peril.

I am admitted to Aster CMI hospital recently for some my health issues. I alloted room 506. Dr. Mallikarjun and his team provided excellent support. The sisters Sonam, Surya and Amrutha are very service oriented and available whenever required. The nursing aids Ganesh Sono, Pavan and Gowtham did their work effectively and excellent in their support. HK Sudha g, Vallapi Lakshmi provided hygenic room service and they are excellent. The security Vimala is very strict and managed covid.

My Dad has been admitted at Aster CMI and post his neuro surgery under Dr. Santosh and his team, is recovering very well and has since been at the 5th floor ward. I had taken a slot for covid vaccination , its been a bad experience, the facility is on the back of hospital premises, I struggled to take my parents who have mobility issues, alasWe went at 1:20 after all the efforts of parking getting a wheel chair...etc, but till 2:12 no one at the counter to attend, we were told both personnel went for lunch, is this the plan , either one could have manned the facility, as predominantly its aged people getting vaccinatedI feel govt public health centers are way ahead in service, cleanliness and caretaking.....authorities need to revisit the scheme at CMI aster on covid vaccination resources and infrastructureThe incidence is on 20th March, posting my comments live from locationIf there is a rating less than 1 star, I prefer to do the same.

Extremely unprofessional behavior, would make you wait for hours before the doctors arrive. There is no respect for time in this hospital especially with their charges. I would suggest everyone reading this post to stay away from this hospital.

Aster service in emergency is very bad the surrounding staff before admitting are not helpful at all. For getting wheelchair assistance it took 15 min. It an emergency for that reason will get patient still behaviour of staffs are so causal.Once you admitted they will take care properly. Doctors and nurses are helpful and prompt.And adding to above their customer service on phone for booking appointment they will never pick call we have to call at least 5-6 time then will get a call back, this we have to do every time when we call for appointment its your luck if it get connected.

I was admitted for 4 days in the hospital very recently. I have no hesitation in saying that Aster CMI is one of the best hospitals in Bangalore, with a team of highly professional doctors, very caring nursing team and pleasing supporting staff. During my stay, I never felt that I was admitted in the hospital. The premises is very spacious and very well kept. I have a special mention for the dietitian, Ms. Pravalika and her team who prepared a wonderful diet chart and carefully monitored regularly.Prior to my admission to hospital, I underwent number of tests based on the advise given by Dr. Vishnu Motukuru, Vascular Surgeon. All the tests were conducted very professionally by the concerned team. Ms Syeda, Technician, was very good in conducting ABI assessment.I sincerely thank Aster CMI for the great job done to me and ensuring that I returned home soon.

My mom was admitted for acute appendicitis and had her laparoscopic appendicectomy done at Aster. I was by her side, attending to her. We were fairly happy with our experience there. Writing this review after fully observing the scenario in the hospital:1. Nursing staff is pathetic. Very rude... sometimes they even forget the schedule. Baby wipes (which is basic) were also not provided.2. Customer care if u complaint..they will come...thats it...if u have multiple complaints they wont even listen or even respond back3. Main doctors are good...on duty doctors and junior doctors are very rude....they dont have patience to listen. They dont even have patience to listen..even if they go on leave...they wont update...and there is no replacement also4. If something is wrong..they never accept their mistakes..rather try to cover it...and ask you to provide good reviews5. Billing errors are very common...kindly check your bills thoroughly before u pay money. But one good part is...if you ask..they will check and if it is an error..they will correct it ..I am happy with that.What I suggest is...you are charging hefty money....please provide services for that.

I was admitted due to gastroenteritis and received very satisfactory care. The room quality and cleanliness was great, the doctor, the nurses, the dietician Pravalika all were very helpful and checked up with me timely until my discharge.After three days of discharge I am now back to good health thanks to the dieticians Pravalikas recommended diet.Very happy with the service offered!

I am Satyavati Behera, underwent total knee replacement bilateral surgery on 11 th September, performed by Dr Thitumalesh K Reddy and team Dr Shaff Abdul Karim, Dr Prajwal Ramegowda. After two weeks I have almost become normal and continuing physio as advised. Administrative assistants Mr Chetan, Ms Sanjana are polite and receptive. All the Nursing team served with care and warmth. Nursing aid Ms Suneeta, Ms Manju are cheerful girls, served with great interest and care.I recommend this efficient team to all.
