This restaurant did absolutely no justice to its name (mirapakaai translates to chilli in Telugu). Most of the dishes were neither spicy nor tasty.Location:Pretty easy to locate this place as it is right after Keys hotel (after Dakshin Honda ) on hosur road.Ambiance:Only the positive vibe about this place is its ambiance which is bright and looking good. Seating arrangement is little uncomfortable.Staff:I had a tough time to book table for our team lunch. I wont say they are rude but its not the kinda hospitality we would expect from such start up outlet. I called both the numbers to book our table, one number not at all answering and other one asking to call the number which never answers.I booked the table on 22nd December and got the confirmation message but when I called them on the same day the lady who answered my call informed that our reservation was on 21st Dec and they called me couple of times which was not the case, though they were courteous to arrange a table (I felt not required as the restaurant completely empty).They welcomed us warmly and we were shown our table. But I feel staff needs more training on the hospitality.Food:Most of the items were absolutely tasteless with no salt and spiciness. Corn soup was horrible and tasted as if ready made soup ingredients mixed in hot water and served. Why lots of corn stuff like corn soup, corn starters corn that and corn this ?We liked one veg starter but when we had asked it for second time they took ages to serve and the taste was completely different.Dahi vada was good and so was the Gulab Jamoon of all the items.Overall a disappointing experience. Nice place to have tasty dinner.

Its difficult to locate. We found no security guards at the entry and the receptionist was half asleep when we entered.Place was quite good, nice food. Very less options in food. Quantity and service was good too. They need to have more options. And some board with the restaurant name which doesnt leave the commuters searching for it.

Went for a family dinner. The staff seem new. After ordering a drink, we were told there were no juices and hence no cocktails or mocktails possible. Disappointing. One of the main course dishes, Malai Kofta was watery with small sized koftas. Paneer starter had just six pieces. Portions are small overall. Will not visit again.

The pizzas are particularly good. They do take their time to prepare those though.

Food was average...there was was very little variety for desert...overall good experience....would have been better if there were more options for desert.

One of the very good buffet I had here yesterday...Starting with the welcome drink mocktail watermelon mixed with milk, starters lemon chicken was beautifully cooked and seasoned, chicken kabab well made, served in table..Main course chicken biriyani hyderabadi style,egg curry egg was boiled and then roasted and then put in curry..Fish curry was so gud with 8 salads ..The desert section with 8 sweets and icecreams

Worst Food...Please Dont go...Im saying seriously.All items are tasteless and some are spoiled. The Worst experience in Bangalore..And bill is having 25% tax.Never seen before such kind of tax.We had a buffet today 399+tax ..final bill is 1086/- for two 🤔😱😱...If you want to waste your money go to that restaurant.
