Nice, neat and clean, not crowded. Foods are good. Service is also good. Restaurant have good views of outside.

We had a few variety rice dishes and all tasted good. Schezwan and Mushroom fried were the best from what we had.

The food is average. But there are far better restaurants around.

The hotel staff is extremely pathetic and rude down to waiters. Specially Monu Kumar that handles restaurant calls. Very Rude and Ill-mannered, hangs up calls on people. How do these people even get hired in hospitality with this mindset?

Restaurant is neat and clean. But Price is a beat high in comparison with other restaurant nearby. Their Target customer is Bengali people who actually check in at the Online Suits or Shantiniketon Homes. So they try to add Bengali Flavor in their food. Interesting thing is that Veg items price is equal or higher than the price of Non Veg Item in the restaurant.

Nice place and the food is just awesome among that chicken briyani its are wonderful. Nice greenary around the hotel and well maintained. Rooms are nice but not that awesome and the rates starts from 450/- to 2000/- 450/- rooms are common room with two beds and the common bathrooms are attached at the end of the floors.Items are not much expensive here and are affordable Prices.

Neat and clean Restaurant. You will not get everything from menu because they have very few item ready to serve. If you like to eat Bengali meal then you should visit the restaurant.

One of most horrible food ever tasted ....they give breakfast from remains of yesterdays dinner. Dinner caused food poisoning to 35 student only 2-3 students were remained safe...
