One of the best hotels in the city and the best on this side of Bangalore. The staff are courteous and helpful. Ample parking space is a great advantage. The systems are well oiled and work as expected. The rooms, lobby, restaurant are all very well maintained. Though the pricing of the rooms are on par with other hotels in the same category, the food and drinks are a tad bit costlier. Overall, a great hotel and a easy choice if on this side of the city.

I have stayed here for more than 10 days. The only reason why I will come back to this place is because of the food and service by the Chef and FNB Team. Chef Naresh, Rajveer and Ramzan are the ones who are keeping this place going well in terms of the food. Never in 10 days I felt that the food was not good. May it be continental, oriental or Indian. Everyday I was excited to taste something different and something good. Rajiv and has team has been great in terms of fnb service. One one issue why I am not giving 5 star is because of their key it doesnt work and everytime I have to come down to reception from my room to get the room opened.

I choose BGs pool side Bar &Grill . I would say its just not worth for any food lovers . I cannot even say the food was average . The ambience is the only one positive thing I felt about this palce . I had visited other restaurants in here the experiance was cool , but this time was too bad . I would request management to see to it as this was quite unexpected from a group like Marriot .

Loved the place. Booked the room with lounge access so got free drinks and pre dinner snacks 😀 Would have loved some cookies or juice in the rooms mini fridge for the price I paid for late night snacks...!! 😅

Where do i start 🤔....great hospitality right from the reservation experience. They managed to place a few of my special requests within a few minutes....everyone was extra sweet and courteous....hospitality which i though was a dying art is still alive and kicking here....food is definitely very good ....service is amazing...the service staff can bring things even before you anticipate...Rooms are so well maintained and clean....especially the bathrooms which even a picky traveler like me couldnt get any observation ....the sheets were also very clean spotless and crisp. The covid sanitation levels seems to be very high...I felt so special staying here with them and i was treated like a king in this hotel.Thank you everyone at Marriott Courtyard

The courtyard by Marriott on the outer ring road is a fantastic hotel for long-term and short-term business stays. Do you have an above average breakfast menu which is creative for maybe a week but in my case if you’re staying for months sometimes the food might seem the same but at least it taste and quality is very good. The hotel 19th great hygiene and room service from cleaning room to special requests I tackled very superbly. Do you have all the nooks and crannies a gym spa and swimming pool but due to the virus they’re closed. They have a very nice next to the pool restaurant and bar which serves great dinner. The rooms are warm and friendly and the Decour is very welcoming I totally recommend this place

Overall a good accommodation room n parking wise. Courteous n helpful staff. Expectedly the food n drinks price is exorbitant but given the location n Marriott name, you know what you are in for.

This was my first visit to Courtyard Marriot, Bellandur, Bengaluru, although it was a short stay of 1 night, believe me the experience was remarkable. The food was phenomenal & the behaviour of the staff was highly professional & amiable. I had visited Mayfair & Ginger before but the experience I had here was heavenly. It certainly keeps up its reputation in this regard. I would rate this as 10 stars (5 stars extra for living beyond my expectations)😀. A must recommended hotel for friends, family or just for pampering yourself!

A rather quiet and small property by Marriott at Bellandur. Tried the place for their banquet halls for a family event. Decor and ambiance were modest. The hall are small and buffet area very compact. Only one restaurant functional. Didnt suit our requirements, however the concerned staff was very cooperative in sharing information.

Amazing place filled with great staff who showed wonderful hospitality, rooms are top class and food tastes very good. The venue also has a very big spacious Ball room to conduct functions and pool side place is very soothing. Overall an amazing place to stay and spend time.

Loved every minute details of the place. I flew in from the US at an ungodly hour to check in and the folks at the front desk took care of the check in process extremely well. They made me feel welcome and safe given the current situation. All the staff (front desk, MoMo cafe folks and the maintenance folks) were very professional and extremely helpful and approachable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay for a week . The highlight for me was the breakfast spread esp the filter coffee (or to be very authentic Kaapi). A great place to stay for both personal and business visits. Special thanks to all the folks at the Momo cafe and breakfast bar and a special shout out to the chef!!!! Thanks again for making my stay very pleasant.

Some exceptional customer service. The front office staff not only remembered my name but also my dining preferences after just one day. Everything about the hotel is as good as expected. Within walkable or short distance to many offices on the ring road, so good place to stay if you are travelling for work.

Great experience though this is a biz hotel and pandemic forced restrictions. The Marriott team members like Nishant (FO), Pooja (GRE), Sreeram (f&b service) to name a few made the experience more pleasant. The breakfast and dinner spread was good and the happy hours at the lounge!!

Its been a 8 day stay, very courteous staff. Things are not perfect but they made up with theit great attitude.Special mention to Sumit and Harish in restaurant and Bharath in room cleaning. Well done !

They came to our Apartment and served a rotten veg noodles whoever purchased it. Later on they wanted to refund and give some other foods. Which none of us took because that is not the solution for selling rotten food. I have long relationship with this chain. Stayed in many properties all over India and outside. Never expect this dilution of the quality. Sorry to see the quality and commitment.

Fantastic hotel at outer ring road in Bangalore. Located close to several offers with make this optional for a business stay.Rooms are well decorated and spacious.Pool is nice but a bit open for swimming. Pool bar is nice but a bit slow service but good food.Breakfast buffet is really good with all the choices you can think of.Staff at the front desk are helpful and effective and fast when checking in and out.

Wonderful stay at the Courtyard. Was a pleasant surprise to see a handwritten note welcoming us to the hotel by the Guest Relations Manager: Priyanka Rawat! Loved that welcome. The dinner buffet was good and compliments to the chef on making a very yummy Alfredo pasta. Sopu at Momo Cafe was wonderful.Labib, Shafirdeen and Sameer were excellent hosts! Mounica at the front desk made sure we had everything we needed. Overall quick but lovely stay.

It was one of the worst experience as the staff is really utmost careless. I ordered vegetarian food and they delivered fish by mistake which was acceptable. I asked them to at least clear the food and when and when I returned after 7 hours the food was still lying in my room. It was a disaster that made me take a decision of checking out due to pathetically careless service at midnight 2 o clock. Honestly the top management ( Pranav and Harshal) did not care about it at all.Avoid staying with such a careless property who can’t even take care of bonvoy member and you can imagine how would they treat you. Shameless staff and an experience worth lodging a formal complaint against this property. If anyone knows how ans where to lodge a complaint, I am up to teach them a lesson.Marriot group please seriously look into it.

Modern, clean, and most importantly have an amazing staff. you feel at home and comfortable. options for delicious meals at the hotel restaurants. gym is very nice and hotel spa services are worth a visit.Executive lounge serves an afternoon happy hour with food and drinks. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. Again staff are amazing and overall, it is a great hotel in the outer ring area.
